Introduction
Food service requires the monitoring of temperatures of refrigeration systems,
heated holding units and food products. Currently these temperatures are being
recorded manually by the operator or not at all.
The Temp Minder Color™ system continuously monitors temperature of
equipment in food service areas. Wireless temperature transmitters are placed in
refrigeration and hot holding units and the temperatures are shown on a display
on site. If the temperature moves outside the set limits an alarm will alert the
users. The display has an integrated internet gateway that sends the temperature
data to the Temp Minder web site for automatic report generation, o site alarm
notification and archiving of temperature data.
