½” box wrench
10mm box wrench

Force-2 Frame assembly

Hardware

Fork assembly and 2 rear wheels

Footrest and stra x 2

Drafting bum er

Leg guard and 2 zi -ties

Chainguard, safety flag and flag
holder

Seat and back cushion
2” foam seat
cushion and seat
restraint.
Back cushion

Ste 1
Tighten camber tube
clam s before
attaching rear
wheels

Ste 2
Insert axle into rear
wheel
Re eat for other
wheel

Ste 3
Secure each rear
wheel to frame with
6 mm wrench.
Tighten so there is
no lay or threads
showing.

Ste 4
Set frame with rear wheels attached on table with
cushion to su ort the front frame as shown below

Ste 5
Attach late to
rubber dam ener by
threading bolt into
dam ener.

Ste 6
Place fork clam
loosely over lower
art of fork.

Ste 7
Slide lower half of
clam over lower
section of the front
of the frame.

Ste 8
Place second clam
over the frame and
the fork/frame
attachment late.

Ste 9-Tighten both
clam s
Firmly tighten both
u er and lower
clam s.
Make sure they are
evenly tightened
side-to-side.

Ste 10
Loosely tighten
dam ener bolt to
hold fork in lace
Tighten again after
front wheel is
aligned see ste 11

Ste 11
To center front
wheel, with
dam ener bolt
slightly loose,
tighten set screws
on side of dam ener
late.
Then tighten
dam ener screw.
