Invacareguaranteesthattheirwheelchairsarefreefrom
defectsandarefullyfunctional.Thewarrantycoversall
faultsanddefectswhichareveriablyattributabletofaulty
construction,substandardmaterialsorpoorworkmanship.
Warrantyclaimsagainstthemanufacturermayonlybemade
bythedistributorandnotbytheuseroftheproduct.
Thewarrantydoesnotcovernormalwearandtear,the
consequencesofimproperhandlingordamage,poor
maintenanceandincorrectassemblyorcommissioning
bythepurchaserorathirdpersonorfaultswhichare
attributabletocircumstancesbeyondourcontrol.Wearing
partsarenotcoveredbytheguarantee.Thewarrantyis
voidedifmodicationsaremadetotheproductwhichwere

1.6Intendeduse
Themediumactivewheelchairispropelledmanuallyand
shouldonlybeusedforindependentorassistedtransport
ofadisabledpersonwithmobilitydifculties.Thismanual
wheelchairisintendedtoprovidemobilitytopersonsages
15andup(adolescentsandadults)withamaximumweight
capacityof125kg.Thedeviceisindicatedtoprovide
mobilitytopersonslimitedtosittingposition.Whenused
withoutanassistant,itshouldonlybeusedbypersonswho

arephysicallyandmentallyabletousethewheelchairsafely
(e.g.topropelthemselves,steer,brake).Thewheelchair
shouldonlybeusedonlevelgroundandaccessibleterrain,
aswellasindoors.
Thismediumactivewheelchairneedstobe
subscribedandttoyourspecichealthcondition.
