ABOUT THE DEVICE
The appliance is designed to provide an efficient, comfortable and healthy heating
system for residential or commercial properties.
Infrared heating panels can reduce air circulation and help maintain a clean, quiet,
and dust-free environment.
Infrared panels are designed for indoor environments with normal heating needs.
They are ideal for homes, schools, hospitals and offices. They should not be used
outdoors or in large internal areas such as workshops or warehouses.
Infrared heating works differently from traditional heating. As a result of the
radiation, people are heated (such as by solar radiation) and it takes a while for
objects to give back heat (such as the earth does at night due to the warming
during the day). This means that most users have to get used to infrared as a heat
source.
Many suppliers of infrared panels finish their panels with an aluminum front.
Since infrared radiation is a form of light, this means that such devices no longer
actually emit infrared. The heat that is created is then actually contact heat that
leads to convection. Invroheat does not work that way and ensures that the film
used transmits infrared radiation and thus retains the actual effect. As a result, the
surface may show slight bumps. This is not dangerous and is normal. As soon as the
device is switched off, the bubbles disappear again. It will also decrease over time.
In this way we do deliver the best quality infrared radiation and you will actually
experience heat.
Invroheat’s range of infrared panels are available in a wide variety of sizes and
styles. Invroheat products are manufactured in the EU and meet European quality
standards.

INFRARED HEAT
What is infrared heat and how does it work?
Infrared radiation is actually (invisible) light. It is electromagnetically charged light.
As soon as the light comes into contact with mass, the radiation is converted into
heat. If you cover the beam of light, you will no longer feel the heat. Compare it
to the sun. When you stand in the sun you feel nice and warm even on a cold day.
However, as soon as the clouds appear in front of the sun, you no longer feel the
pleasant radiation and it immediately feels cold.
Infrared functions in the same way. The infrared radiation makes us feel warm and
comfortable. So it is not comparable to convection heat. Convection heat (such as
radiators generate) ensures that the air in a room is heated. As a result, we feel that
warm air and we feel warm (warm air is actually insulation and therefore not heat in
science). That’s not how infrared works. Infrared radiation heats objects and people
in a room. The heat is absorbed by objects that give it back to the room over time.
Ultimately, this also heats the air, but that is not the primary purpose.
That is good to realize if you have purchased infrared panels. Infrared panels cannot
be compared to traditional central heating, but they do provide pleasant thermal
comfort. Correct placement of panels in the room is essential. On the ceiling at an
angle of 63 degrees is the optimum!
Infrared radiant heat is much healthier than convection heat. Convection constantly
moves the air, causing pollen, particulate matter, viruses and fungi to float through
the room. Warm air contains less oxygen, so you have to ventilate more often,
which in turn costs extra energy!
Infrared, on the other hand, does not heat up the air and does not create airflow, so
you achieve a healthier indoor climate. In addition, a room is more comfortable after
airing, because the objects radiate heat and you immediately feel the heat from the
panels again.
Heating air is very inefficient anyway and is possibly the biggest historical mistake.
Heating moist air is even much more inefficient (which often has to be done in
poorly insulated houses).
A special pattern has been applied to our panels, so that the particles that have to
collide with each other move faster and therefore collide more often. That is why
Invroheat panels are more efficient than other products on the market. Our pattern
is patented and converts 99.6% of the electricity directly into heat.

INFRARED HEAT
What kind of infrared radiation is used?
Sun rays and tanning beds give UV light, also a form of infrared radiation. Likewise,
the heaters that glow orange give so-called close infrared radiation, another form
that also gives heat (but is much more dangerous for indoors). Infrared panels use
far infrared radiation, which gives a pleasant feeling, does not penetrate the skin
and is not dangerous.
What is the best way to mount?
Basically you can hang an infrared panel on the wall. It is even more efficient to let
the radiation come from above (from the ceiling - but not too high). The very best,
however, is placement on the ceiling at an angle of 63 degrees. Then the radiation
reaches the largest surface and does not lose power. It is not possible to hang
panels in this way in all cases.
Why are our panels provided with a foil?
As explained earlier, infrared is actually light. Many of our competitors make
products and give them a premium look with a very thin aluminum plate as a
front finish. However, this is a big problem. After all, light does not pass through
aluminum and the infrared radiation will not be felt. This negates all the advantages
described.
For this reason, we have developed a film together with Neschen GmbH that is
not only printable (for your own images), but also allows infrared radiation to pass
through and is also removable. This system is also patented. This allows you to
enjoy your most beautiful image combined with a wonderful warmth.

How is this panel made?
Since 2014, Invroheat has been working to produce the best panel for you! Panel
production starts with a carbon paste recipe. The three basic materials for this are
carbon, graphene and crystals. The right mix ensures the intensity of radiation.
Every manufacturer has its own recipe. It goes without saying that we have also
tried to achieve the optimum here.
We apply this paste to a translucent FR4 plate (we know this plate from a printed
circuit board in a computer). We do this in a specific pattern, so that the crystals
collide more often and harder and more radiation is released. This makes our panels
super efficient. In 2017 we applied for a patent for the application of this paste,
which was obtained in 2019. We produce more heat with the same amount of
electricity than our colleagues.
Wishing you lots of warmth!
You have chosen the best panel currently available on the market! Our entire team
wishes you lots of warmth!
