1. Why are the keyboard and mouse not responding?
The default port configuration of the KeyMander 2 is as follows. Please setup the corresponding port
configure in the app.

•It is required to change the controller’s communication method from Bluetooth to USB in the PS4
settings menu.
•Please go to “Settings > Devices > Controllers > Communication Method”, and select “Use USB
Cable”.
For Nintendo Switch
•The default profile for the KeyMander 2 is PS4 , it is required to first change the profile to NS (LED
lights red).
•KeyMander 2 allows user to connect keyboard and mouse for working.
•Please enable Pro Controller Wired Communication under Controllers.

2. What Keyboard and Mouse work with KeyMander 2?
Our KeyMander 2 supports wired and wireless keyboard and mouse sets. When using a wireless
keyboard and mouse, you are required to plug the wireless USB connector into the keyboard port on
the KeyMander 2.

3. How do I upgrade firmware for KeyMander 2?
KeyMander 2 supports on-the-air (OTA) update to upgrade the firmware using app.
•The Firmware Update notification will only appear on the app when there is a newer version
firmware available for upgrade, or your firmware version is older than the most recent version.
•Tap “Update” beside “New Firmware Available” if it is shown on the device tab, or tap the Settings
icon and select “Update Now”.
•Now the KeyMander 2 will begin to upgrad. Press “Close” when the upgrade process complete,
and the unit will reboot and reconnect itself.
4. What games are suitable with KeyMander 2?
The KeyMander 2 is compatible with all console games, e.g., Xbox, PlayStation or Nintendo Switch, and
provides the ultimate gaming experience for FPS titles such as these popular games listed below:

5. Does KeyMander 2 support other non-FPS games?
Yes, KeyMander 2 is mainly an analog game console controller, so it does not affect the operation of any
games in the media cabinet.
6. What operating systems does KeyMander 2 App support?
•KeyMander 2 app supports Android system with version 7 or later.
•KeyMander 2 app supports iOS system with version 10 or later.
7. Will my headset work when my controller is connected to KeyMander 2?
Xbox –All audio features of your Xbox controller are supported by the KeyMander 2, you can plug your
favorite compatible headset directly to your controller and hear the sound just the way you like it.
PS4 –All audio features of your PS4 V2 controller are supported, but the audio features of the PS4 V1
controller are not compatible with the KeyMander 2.

Nintendo Switch –Headsets are not supported. To use a headset for audio only, connect a headset via a
USB audio adapter directly to the NS
8. How do I stop my mouse from jittering? (Adjust deadzone)
Here are some tips to help remove the jittery / choppy mouse movements in your gameplay.
Connect KeyMander 2 to the app and use the KeyMander 2 app to adjust the deadzone settings:
•Start the game and select “Edit Deadzone”from the bottom of the Advanced Settings.
•Select the area type. If you don't know the area type, select Automatic.
•Use the lower pull bar to adjust the position of the white point.
•Looking at the game screen, if the screen is rotating, slide the pull bar to the left to decrease the
value. If the screen is still, swipe right to increase the value. Until the picture in the game moves
slightly at the slowest speed in the direction of adjustment.
•Remember, you must stop adjusting the chart at the point where the screen starts to rotate in the
game to set the blind zone accurately. If this point is exceeded, just decrease the value until it
stops rotating, and then repeat step 4.
•Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each point on a different axis.
•Press “Save”. The blind zone settings are immediately saved to the current profile and uploaded to
KeyMander 2.
9. How to setup a Macro?
The macro can execute multiple game controller actions with a single keyboard key or mouse click.
For example, you can set: "UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, X, O" which can be executed just by pressing the "Y"
button.
Use the KeyMander 2 App to record macros and set trigger keys. Each macro can record about 20 game
controller actions.
To enable macro keys while playing a game, press F11 on your keyboard to turn on Macro ,ode.
10. How to setup Turbo Mode?
Turbo mode allows the game controller buttons to automatically perform continuous spot firing. You
can enable continuous shooting for any controller button and choose between 10 intervals.
It works when the button is set and the continuous shooting mode is enabled.
To enable continuous shooting mode while playing a game, press F10 on the keyboard.
