Product Usage
1. After placing the unit on a at surface, remove the tank lid and tank, and
discard the foam piece in the base.
2. With the cord unplugged, ll the tank with only the amount of ionopure Air
Sanitizer needed for one day of use. The sanitizer will lose its potency if it sits
in the tank for more than two days.
Note: THE POWER CORD MUST BE UNPLUGGED WHEN FILLING THE TANK.
3. Carefully place the tank and tank lid back on the base.
4. Plug the power cord into a grounded power outlet. Make sure the unit’s
voltage is correct before use.
5. Turn the “control switch/fog adjustment” button clockwise. Power indicator
lights will turn on blue or green. The volume of fog can be adjusted by
rotating the switch as the unit begins working.
Note: When the tank level is low, the machine will turn o automatically
and the Air Sanitizer shortage indicator light will turn red. Turn o the power
switch, unplug the power cord and add ionopure Air Sanitizer to the tank.

Safety Information
Although very rare, in the event eye irritation occurs when using this product,
simply ensure the unit is on low and move the unit farther away from the
aected person. If irritation continues, add 50/50 mixture of cold water to
ionopure Air Sanitizer.
Avoid close, prolonged exposure to sensitive electronics or untreated metals.
DO NOT use on high setting near optical smoke detectors, as they can mistake
the mist for smoke and cause smoke alarms to go o. Setting the unit on low is
sucient to achieve proper sanitization.
DO NOT run unit in close proximity to clothing, fabrics, upholstery, carpet, etc.
for extended periods, as discoloration may occur in some materials.
To avoid electric shock, DO NOT unplug product if hands are wet.
DO NOT disassemble, repair or alter product.
When product is in use, DO NOT touch mist disc with hands.
Make sure power cord is not damaged, knotted, clamped or pressed against
heavy objects (this could cause electrical shock, short circuit or re).
DO NOT replace power cord without authorization. Unplug product
immediately if there are any operational problems and contact manufacturer.
If power supply wiring is damaged, it must be replaced by a professional.
DO NOT remove tank from base when product is in use.
DO NOT touch sanitizer or base parts when product is in use as this is an
electrical device lled with solution. Avoid spilling solution.
This product is only for use indoors.
Unplug product during thunderstorms or if not in use for long periods of time.
DO NOT turn product over during operation. Sanitizer in base could burn the
internal components.
To avoid accidents, DO NOT allow children to use or operate product. Children
should be supervised near the unit at all times.
Unplug product when lling with water and cleaning.

Safety Information
The power supply voltage must be consistent with the rated voltage of the
product. DO NOT use product if supply voltage does not match.
Use unit at the normal room temperature.
Place unit on at surface to avoid tilting.
DO NOT place unit directly on a wooden oor.
Place unit at least 2 meters from furniture or electrical appliances to avoid
damage.
Keep away from heat sources and avoid direct sunlight.
If temperature is below 32˚F/0˚C, pour out the sanitizer in the tank to avoid
damage due to ice.
Turn o power supply and unplug power cord when pouring out sanitizer.
If changing product location, turn o power supply and unplug power cord.
When cleaning, avoid getting water into the internal electronics of product.

Cleaning and Maintenance
The ionopure Purity unit should be cleaned after every 40 hours of use.
If the unit is not cleaned on regular basis, sodium can build-up and cause
the unit to malfunction.
Simply follow these directions below:
• Unplug the unit before cleaning.
• Rinse the inside of the tank and the lid with warm water. If sodium build-up
is severe, white vinegar can be used.
• DO NOT use abrasive objects when cleaning to avoid damage to parts.
• DO NOT use chemical detergents for cleaning.
• Always replace old sanitizer in the tank to keep the unit clean and working
properly. Sanitizer should not sit in the tank for more than 2 days, or it can
lose its potency.
Scale Removal for Transducer and Frame
1. Turn o power supply and unplug power cord before cleaning.
2. Pour descaling agent into base. Add warm water to dissolve descaling agent
and let soak for 5-10 minutes.
3. Brush transducer surface with a clean blush until scale is removed.
4. Wash the machine seat and the surface of the transducer with clean water.

Warranty Information
With normal use, the ionopure Purity unit has a 6-month warranty from the
date of purchase.
The following circumstances do not fall within the scope of the warranty:
• Failure to follow the instructions and precautions.
• Fault of product caused by unexpected disasters and other factors such as
high voltage, re, ood, earthquake etc.
• Unauthorized changes, misuse or accidental damage by customer
• Use of product in an unsuitable environment
