1.1. General Information/ Thông tin chung
This manual contains information regarding the safe installation and handling
of the photovoltaic module (hereafter is referred to as “module”) which are pro-
duced by IREX Energy Joint Stock Company (hereinafter is referred to as “IREX”).
Tài liệu hướng dẫn này bao gồm các thông tin liên quan đến việc lắp đặt và vận
hành module quang điện (dưới đây được gọi là “module”) một cách an toàn được sản
xuất bởi Công ty Cổ phần Năng lượng IREX (sau đây gọi là “IREX”).
Installers must read and understand the manual before installation. Any
questions, please contact the sales or customer service personnel of IREX for
further explanations. The installer should conform to all safety precautions in the
manual and local laws & regulations when installing module; before installing a
solar photovoltaic system, installers should become familiar with the mechanical
and electrical requirement for such a system. IREX has the right to refuse to
compensate for the product damaged due to construction or design defects of the
solar photovoltaic system.

vui lòng liên hệ với nhân viên bán hàng hoặc nhân viên dịch vụ khách hàng của IREX
để biết thêm chi tiết. Người lắp đặt phải tuân thủ tất cả các biện pháp phòng ngừa
an toàn trong các quy định của pháp luật và hướng dẫn sử dụng khi lắp đặt module;

Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference (care and maintenance)
and in case of sale or disposal of the modules.

handling, use and maintenance of the customer are beyond the range specified in

connected with installation, operation, use, or maintenance by using this manual.

Nameplate: It is located on the back side of module. According to EN 50380
Directives it gives information about the main parameters of the module: Product
Type, Maximum Power (Pmax), Current at Maximum Power (Imp), Voltage at
Maximum power (Vmp), Open Circuit Voltage (Voc), Short Circuit Current (Isc), all
as measured under Standard Test Conditions (STC), weight, dimensions, Maximum
System Voltage, etc. The nameplate of IREX module are shown Appendix I. IREX
recommends connecting the same Imp class modules in series in order to avoid or
minimize power loss due to mismatch effects in arrays.

Serial number: It is a unique bar code derived from the model and serial
number of each individual module. The serial number has 14 digits. The 5th and
the 6th digits are the year code, the 7th and the 8th are the month code, and the
9th and the 10th digits are the day code. For example, ABCD190821XXXX means the
module was assembled and tested in the 21st August of 2019. They are permanently
inserted inside the laminate, under the front glass of the module, visible when
viewing from the front of the module.
Số sê ri: Mỗi tấm pin riêng biệt được xác định bởi một số sê-ri duy nhất kèm
theo mã vạch. Số sê-ri có 14 chữ số. Các chữ số thứ 5 và 6 là mã năm, thứ 7 và 8 là mã
tháng, thứ 9 và 10 là mã ngày. Ví dụ, ABCD190821XXXX có nghĩa là tấm pin được sản
xuất và kiểm tra vào ngày 21 tháng 8 năm 2019. Chỉ có một số sê-ri duy nhất kèm theo

1.4. Product identification and sorting / Tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và an toàn
IREX module meet all the requirements of following official Standards in terms
of Quality and Safety:

Standards in terms of Quality and Safety:

2.1. General information / An toàn chung
IREX PV modules have passed all the required safety tests according
to the IEC EN 61730 Directive with Application Class II and they are certified as
Safety Class II devices according to the IEC EN 61140 Directives.
Các tấm pin IREX PV đã vượt qua tất cả các yêu cầu kiểm tra an toàn theo
Tiêu chuẩn IEC EN 61730 với Loại ứng dụng là loại II và chúng được chứng nhận là
Thiết bị an toàn loại II theo tiêu chuẩn IEC EN 61140.
IREX PV module is complied with the Class C fire rating requirement
of UL 790 and fire performance type 1 according to UL 1703, in combined with a
PV mounting structure that evaluated for system fire class according to UL 1703
complete a system fire class requirement.
2. SAFE PRECAUTION

Tấm pin IREX PV tuân thủ yêu cầu về sự lây lan ngọn lửa theo loại C của tiêu
chuẩn UL 790 và hiệu suất cháy loại 1 theo tiêu chuẩn UL 1703, cùng với cấu trúc lắp
PV được đánh giá về cấp độ cháy của hệ thống theo tiêu chuẩn UL 1703 hoàn thành
yêu cầu về hệ thống phòng cháy.
Beforeinstallingmodules,contacttheappropriateauthoritiestodetermine
permissions, installation and inspection requirements, which should be followed.
Việc lắp đặt các tấm pin phải tuân theo các luật và quy định của địa phương
có liên quan. Cần có các giấy chứng nhận cần thiết, chẳng hạn như giấy phép xây
dựng.
The installation of modules requires a great degree of skill and should only
be performed by qualified licensed professionals, including, without limitation,
licensed contractors and licensed electricians, and at least two people are required.
Installers should assume the risk of all injuries that might occur during installation,
such as electric shock. Appropriate safety procedures must be applied when
working with this electrical system.
Việc lắp đặt hệ thống quang điện mặt trời đòi hỏi kỹ năng và kiến thức đặc
biệt. Lắp đặt chỉ nên được thực hiện bởi người có trình độ và bắt buộc ít nhất hai
người. Người lắp đặt nên dự đoán được các rủi ro do thương tích có thể xảy ra trong
quá trình lắp đặt, chẳng hạn như sốc điện. Các thủ tục an toàn thích hợp phải được

All instructionsshouldberead and understoodbeforeattempting
to install, wire, operate, and maintain the module. The modules
generate DC electrical energy when exposed to sunlight or other
light sources, so cover the entire front surface of the modules
with a dense, opaque material such as a cardboard box, during
installationandhandlingofthe modules.Contactwithelectrically
active parts of the module, such as terminals, can result in injury
or death, irrespective of whether or not the module and the other
electrical equipment have been connected.
Trước khi tiến hành lắp đặt, vận hành và /hoặc cung cấp tấm pin và
các thiết bị điện khác, bạn nên đọc và hiểu tất cả các tài liệu hướng
dẫn. Các đầu nối tấm pin PV truyền qua dòng điện một chiều (DC)
khi tiếp xúc với ánh sáng mặt trời hoặc các nguồn ánh sáng khác.
Khi tiếp xúc trực tiếp với các bộ phận hoạt động điện của tấm pin,

Follow all safety precautions of other system components used, checked
and followed.

Photovoltaic modules are designed for outdoor use. Modules may
be mounted on ground, rooftops, vehicles or boats. For modules mounted on
roofs, special construction or structures may be required to help provide proper
installation support. Mounting holes or clamp range and numbers suggested in
this manual shall be used.
Tấm pin quang điện được thiết kế để sử dụng ngoài trời. Các tấm pin có thể
được gắn trên mặt đất, mái nhà, xe cộ hoặc tàu thuyền. Thiết kế các cấu trúc lắp đặt
phù hợp là trách nhiệm của các người thiết kế hoặc các người lắp đặt. Các lỗ lắp ráp

A single module may produce the direct current (hereafter is referred to as
DC) voltage of above 30V in direct sunlight and it is extremely dangerous to contact
it. Do not touch or lean on an operating module. Prevent the panels automatically
generating current (electricity) when exposed to light, shield the system with a
non-transparent cover during installation, maintenance or repair work.

DC) có điện thế trên 30V khi có ánh sáng mặt trời trực tiếp và rất nguy hiểm khi tiếp

Do not disconnect under load.

Do not treat the back sheet or front surface with paint or adhesives. Keep
all electrical contacts clean and dry.

Do not change the wiring of the bypass diodes. Do not disassemble the
module, or remove any parts installed by the manufacture.

Do not use mirrors or other magnifiers to artificially concentrate sunlight on
the modules. Do not expose the backside of modules directly to sunlight for a long time.

Không sử dụng gương hoặc các gương cầu khác để tập trung ánh sáng mặt
trời vào các tấm pin. Không để các mặt sau của tấm pin tiếp xúc trực tiếp với ánh sáng
mặt trời trong một thời gian dài.
Modules should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment in the
storage and handling process, in case of inclement weather (rain, snow, wind,
etc.), materials such as plastic film and waterproof cloth need to be covered on the
packing boxes.
Các tấm pin cần được đặt trong môi trường khô ráo và thoáng khí trong quá
trình lưu trữ và vận hành. Trường hợp thời tiết khắc nghiệt (mưa, tuyết, gió, vv), vật liệu
như màng nhựa và vải không thấm nước cần được phủ lên kiện hàng.
During normal work, materials such as plastic film and waterproof cloth
are forbidden to be covered on the glass surfaces of modules.
Trong quá trình hoạt động bình thường, không được phủ các vật liệu như
màng nhựa và vải chống thấm trên bề mặt kính của tấm pin.
Never connect metallic or other conductive objects into connectors. Do
not puncture or damage the back sheet of a module. Do not use the PV module
and make a replacement, when scratch exposing conductive part is found on the
backsheet. Wear suitable clothing, e.g. non-slip footwear, insulated gloves and
insulated tools.
Không bao giờ cắm kim loại hoặc các vật dẫn điện khác vào đầu kết nối. Sử
dụng thiết bị an toàn phù hợp, ví dụ: giày chống trượt, găng tay cách điện và dụng cụ
cách điện.
Solar panels produce current when exposed to sunlight. Do not connect
the system to the inverter during exposure to solar.
Các tấm pin mặt trời tạo ra dòng điện khi tiếp xúc với ánh sáng mặt trời.
Không kết nối hệ thống với biến tần trong khi tiếp xúc với mặt trời.
Do not use or install broken modules. If you find a breakdown such as glass
breakage, contact the professional installer to replace it promptly. If the panel glass
is broken or laminate back sheet is damaged, it can expose personnel to hazardous
voltages.
Không sử dụng tấm PV bị nứt hoặc bị hư hỏng. Nếu tấm kính bị vỡ hoặc tấm
mặt sau bị hỏng, có thể tiếp xúc với điện áp nguy hiểm.
2.2. Handling and transport safety / An toàn xử lý và vận chuyển
2.2.1. Handling safety/ An toàn xử lý
Children and unauthorized persons should not be allowed near the
installation of modules. Improper transportation and placing may lead to glass
breakage or power loss of the modules, resulting in the loss of the use value of
modules.

Không được để trẻ em và những người không có trách nhiệm tới gần khu vực
có các tấm pin trong khi vận chuyển và lắp đặt chúng. Vận chuyển và thao tác không
đúng cách có thể dẫn đến vỡ kính hoặc tổn hao điện năng tấm pin, kết quả làm giảm
giá trị sử dụng của tấm pin.
Module should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid
direct sunlight and moisture. If modules are stored in an uncontrolled environment
for less more than 3 months, extra precautions should be taken to prevent moisture
exposure to connectors or sunlight exposure to modules.
Tấm pin nên được lưu trữ trong môi trường khô ráo và thoáng khí, tránh ánh
sáng trực tiếp và độ ẩm. Nếu các tấm pin được lưu trữ trong một môi trường không
được kiểm soát, thời gian bảo quản nên ngắn hơn 3 tháng và cần phải thực hiện các
biện pháp phòng ngừa để tránh cho các mối nối tiếp xúc với hơi nước hoặc ánh sáng
mặt trời.
During long-term or overnight storage, modules must be protected against
foreign materials and the elements.
Trong quá trình lưu trữ dài hạn hoặc qua đêm, các tấm pin phải được bảo vệ
chống lại các vật liệu và các yếu tố khác thường.
Unpack module pallets carefully, following the unpacking instruction in
Appendix II. Transport and store the modules carefully. Modules must always be
unpacked by two people. Do not handle modules by their cables or junction box.
Handle them by the frame with both hands in any situation.

Lift and put down modules gently. Do not drop modules or drop object on
the modules. Pay attention not to collide, scratch or press the module sides when
transporting and installing the panels. The double glass module should be handled
more carefully. Non-slip gloves are required when handling and during installation.
Nâng lên và hạ xuống các tấm pin một cách nhẹ nhàng. Không thả rơi tấm
pin hoặc thả các vật nặng lên trên tấm pin. Đặc biệt chú ý không gây va chạm, trầy
hoặc nhấn mạnh vào các mặt tấm pin khi vận chuyển và lắp đặt. Các tấm pin hai mặt
kính phải được xử lý cẩn thận hơn. Mang găng tay không trơn trượt khi vận chuyển và
trong quá trình lắp đặt.
It is forbidden to pull the junction box or cables when carry or lift the
modules. One or two persons should be involved in lifting up the middle of the
panel is necessary for frameless module.
