This instruction manual must be read carefully before using the IRISgo cup
and be kept for future reference.
The IRISgo cup consists of three parts: a polypropylene-closure (), a sili-
cone-membrane () and a double-walled and vacuum-insulated stainless
steel cup, made of 304 stainless steel ().

Warning
The IRISgo cup must not be used for storing dairy products and / or
baby / child food (due to risk of bacterial growth).
Caution: The drink in the IRISgo cup may still be very hot. Drink carefully and
keep away from children (due to risk of burns)!
The IRISgo cup must not be shaken and / or turned upside down while hot
drinks are inside. Hot contents can cause the internal pressure to rise and
hot water vapour to escape. Open the closure only when the cup is placed
upright. Keep the IRISgo cup away from your face when opening it (overpres-
sure).
When the IRISgo cup is not in use, it must always be kept in the open position
() and stored with the opening facing upwards.
The IRISgo cup must not be used for fizzy drinks and / or dry ice.
After filling hot liquids, wait at least three minutes before closing the
closure ().
Do not fill with boiling water (max. temperature 90°C).
When filling up your IRISgo cup, the liquid may be filled up to max. below the
membrane (). The IRISgo cup sip has a capacity of 350ml / 12oz. and the
IRISgo cup drop of 200ml / 7oz.
Avoid accidental opening of the IRISgo cup if possible. Always transport the
IRISgo cup upright.
Do not place the IRISgo cup in the microwave, oven, on a hot hob, in the sun
for too long or near a similar heat source.
Do not use the IRISgo cup in an ambient temperature below 5°C.
The IRISgo cup must not be physically altered in any way. No contact with
pointed and / or sharp objects. No punctual force on the membrane () e.g.
by pulling and / or biting. Avoid damage through impact. Do not continue to
use the IRISgo cup if it is damaged! Do not insert any body parts and do not
use as an erotic toy.

Care
No disassembly is necessary to clean the IRISgo cup. The IRISgo cup
must not be disassembled.
The IRISgo cup must be cleaned thoroughly before the first use and then be
dried completely.
Clean the IRISgo cup immediately after each use and then dry it completely.
The IRISgo cup is dishwasher safe (top rack only). For powdercoated IRISgo
cups, cleaning by hand is recommended.
Do not use cleaning agents containing bleach, chlorine, scouring agents
and/or other aggressive chemicals for cleaning.
Tip: To remove stubborn stains, leave the stainless steel cup () filled with
soda solution overnight. Then clean and dry.
Store in open position () and with opening facing upwards. Thus the
IRISgo cup can dry completely.

Handling
The IRISgo cup is delivered in the open position ().

Close: To close the IRISgo cup correctly (), turn the closure () clockwise
until it cannot be turned any further. The closure () is secured by tightening.
Open: To open, loosen the tightened closure () by turning the closure ()
counterclockwise. The IRISgo cup is in the open position when the membra-
ne () no longer has any folds.
Caution: The closure () must not be turned further counterclockwise in the
open position (), as this may damage the locking system.
The double-walled vacuum insulation keeps drinks warm for up to 3 hours
and cold for up to 6 hours.
Tip: Maximum insulation will be achieved by pre-rinsing the IRISgo cup with
hot or cold water, depending on whether the content is to be kept warm or
cold.

Warranty
The legal warranty provisions of the respective country apply.
The warranty expires if the IRISgo cup is used improperly or the
instruction manual not been followed. Consumable and wear parts such as
the membrane () are not included in the warranty.
