1. General
Read the following instructions for use carefully before using the IRISgo cup
and keep them in a safe place for future reference.
The IRISgo cup is used for storing and maintaining the temperature of
beverages. Any other use is not in accordance with the intended use.

The IRISgo cup consists of the membrane made of silicone (1), the closure
made of polypropylene (2) and the double-walled and vacuum-insulated
stainless steel cup made of 304 stainless steel (3).

You will receive the IRISgo cup together with:

• 1 Packaging.

Double-wall vacuum insulation keeps drinks hot for up to 3 hours and cold
for up to 6 hours.

3.1 Diseases
Bacterial disease transmission possible through storage of dairy
products, baby food or infant formula.
• Never use the IRISgo cup to store dairy products, baby food or infant
formula.
• Dispose of dairy products, baby food or infant formula as a precaution if
they have been bottled.
• Clean the IRISgo cup thoroughly after storing dairy products, baby food or
infant formula in it.
3.2 Heat
Scalding possible by drinking hot beverages.
• Drink only from the IRISgo cup when the stored beverage is at drinking
temperature.

• Never spill hot drinks on people.
• Never shake the IRISgo cup lled with hot beverages.
• Never place the IRISgo cup lled with hot beverages upside down.
• Always transport the IRISgo cup in an upright position.
• Keep the IRISgo cup lled with hot drinks away from children.
Scalding possible due to hot steam.
• Hot contents can lead to an increase in internal pressure and an escape of
hot water vapor.
• Wait at least three minutes after lling hot liquids before closing the IRISgo
cup, see "Fig. 2: Opening and closing" on page 5.
• Open the shutter only when the IRISgo cup is upright, see "Fig. 2: Opening
and closing" on page 5.
• Never open the IRISgo cup near a face.
• Keep the IRISgo cup lled with hot drinks away from children.
Damage to the IRISgo cup possible due to very hot beverages.
• Never pour boiling water into the IRISgo cup.
• The temperature of lled beverages must not exceed 90 °C.
• Never heat beverages in the IRISgo cup in a microwave oven, an oven, on
a hot plate or similar heat source.
• Never leave the IRISgo cup in the open sun.
3.3 Cold
Frostbite and property damage possible due to dry ice.
• Never store dry ice in the IRISgo cup.
• Do not use the IRISgo cup once dry ice has been lled into it.
• After storing dry ice, the tightness of the IRISgo cup can no longer be
guaranteed.
• Never use the IRISgo cup in an ambient temperature below 5 °C.
3.4 Substances
Property damage due to carbonated beverages possible.
• Never store carbonated beverages in the IRISgo cup.

3.5 Modications and damages
Damage to the IRISgo cup possible due to modications.
• You must not physically modify or disassemble the IRISgo cup.
• Keep pointed and/or sharp objects away from the IRISgo cup.
Damage to the IRISgo cup possible due to falling down.
• Never drop the IRISgo cup.
Damage to the IRISgo cup possible due to incorrect handling.
• Never subject the membrane (1) to punctual stress, e.g. by pulling and/or
biting.
• Do not insert any body parts into the IRISgo cup except for cleaning.
• Never use the IRISgo cup as an erotic toy.
• Dispose of the IRISgo cup properly as soon as it is damaged and do not
use the IRISgo cup any longer.
4. Handling
4.1 Preparation
Clean the IRISgo cup before rst use as follows:
1. Clean the IRISgo cup inside and out with a mild cleaning agent.
2. Dry the IRISgo cup thoroughly.

4.2 Closing and opening

The IRISgo cup is supplied in the open position (🄰).

Close
Close the IRISgo cup correctly (🄱) as follows:
1. Turn the shutter (2) clockwise until you can turn it no further.
2. Secure the fastener by tightening it.
9The IRISgo cup is now closed correctly.
The IRISgo cup can be closed and tightened like any standard drinking bottle.
This system ensures a secure closure.
Open
Open the IRISgo cup correctly (🄰) as follows:
1. Turn the closure (2)to release it.

Never turn the closure (2) further counterclockwise in the open position
(🄰).
Turn the cap until the membrane ( 1) no longer has any folds.
9The IRISgo cup is now opened correctly.
4.3 Use
In the open position, see 🄰 "Fig. 2: Opening and closing" on page 5, the IRISgo
cup can be used like an ordinary drinking vessel.
This is how you improve the use of the IRISgo cup:
• Fill the IRISgo cups up to max. below the membrane, see 1 in "Fig. 1:
Composition" on page 2. In this way, you avoid a Overow of the drink
• If the IRISgo cup is pre-rinsed with hot or cold water before use, maximum
insulation is achieved, depending on whether the contents are to be kept
hot or cold.

5. Care
Attention

• You must not physically modify or disassemble the IRISgo cup.
• Keep pointed and/or sharp objects away from the IRISgo cup.

• Never clean the IRISgo cup in the dishwasher.
• Do not use detergents that contain harsh chemicals, such as:
- Bleach,
- Chlorine,
- Abrasive.
Clean the IRISgo cup by hand after each use as follows:
1. Clean the IRISgo cup inside and out with a soft cloth, sponge or the IRISgo
brush. You can use a mild detergent.
2. Dry the IRISgo cup thoroughly.
3. Keep the IRISgo cup in the open state, see 🄰 in "Fig. 2: Opening and
closing" on page 5, and with the opening facing upward so that the can dry
completely.

6. Storage
Store the IRISgo cup dry, in the open position, see 🄰 in "Fig. 2: Opening and
closing" on page 5, and with the opening facing upward, if it is not in use.
You may not place any objects on the IRISgo cup.
7. Disposal and recycling
Do not disassemble the IRISgo cup. Dispose of the IRISgo cup completely in
the scrap metal.

8. Warranty
The legal provisions of the respective country apply to the warranty. The
warranty becomes void if the IRISgo cup is used improperly.
