CARE & MAINTENANCE TRANSPORT GUIDELINES
DO NOT LEAVE IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT
Damage resulting from heat is not covered by manufactures warranty!!
Never leave paddle board exposed to direct sunlight when out of the water.
Always keep in the shade when notinthe water.Ifyoumustexposeyour
boardto direct
sunlightduringtransport ortemporarystorage, itissafestto keep
the (bottom) facing up.
RECOMMENDED PRESSURE 15 PSI
iRocker Boards can hold up to 25 PSI, however the recommended PSI is 15 PSI
as the board will remain rigid at 15 PSI and no further benefit is gained when
inflating over 15 PSI
Do not transport an
inflated paddle board on top of
a vehicle.
TIPS FOR TRANSPORTING
This inflatable board is designed to be compact
for convenient storage & travel. Due to a lack of
weight when inflated, they will travelpoorly if
strapped to a vehicle rooftop.
Damages or warping incurred by improper
transport are not covered by the manufacturer’s
warranty!
When transporting the board, be sure to clear any
sharpobjects.Puncturesarenotcoveredbythe
manufacturer's warranty!
If inflated cold to 25 psi, and then the board is placed in direct sunlight pressure will
increase from the heat causing potential over inflation and damage to the seams –this
is not covered by warranty.
PUMP MAINTENANCE
Over time, the pump may naturally lose
lubrication and you may need to reapply. We
recommend white lithium grease. To lubricate,
open the top and pull out plunger and spread a
thin layer of lubricant on the black gasket on
the bottom of the plunger and then reassemble.
Also, regularly clean the air filter located under
the pressure gauge. The gauge unscrews from
the top by hand.
BOARD MAINTENANCE
Sun, sand andsaltwater will degrade anyman-made
material over time. Rinse off sand and saltwater
deposits from your paddle board with fresh water
and store in a cool, dry environment after each use.
Keep the board clear of any heat producing items
such as camp stoves, propane lamps, etc.

Allow the board to completely drybefore tightly
rolling for packing. Excess moisture may cause
mildew or mold damage.
IMPORTANT

WATER SAFFTY GUIDELINES
ALWAYS WEAR A COAST GUARD APPROVED PERSONAL
FLOTATION DEVICE(PFD).
INFLATING&DEFLATING BOARD
BOARD INFLATION
NEVER GO PADDLE-BOARDING IN SEVERE WEATHER OR WATER
CONDITIONS THAT MIGHT AFFECT YOUR ABILITY TO STEER THE
BOARD OR RETURN TO SHORE.
NEVER ALLOW MINORS TO USE THIS BOARD WITHOUT ADULT
SUPERVISION
NEVER CONSUME ALCOHOL OR ANY OTHER SUBSTANCE THAT
MAY IMPAIR YOUR COORDINATION, JUDGEMENT, OR ABILITY
TO SAFELY PADDLE THE BOARD.
NEVER USE THIS BOARD BEYOND YOUR SKILLS OR ABILITY.
Generally, the pressure gauge will start to register a pressure reading after
about 150 pumps. The board should take about 250 pumps to achieve 15 PSI.
To start pumping make sure the action control setting is set to the 1 position
on the pump. At approximately 100 pumps the handle will become more
difficult to lift up, at this point switch the action control setting to the 2
position and continue pumping. When the pumping becomes even more
difficult, around 10 psi, switch the action control setting to position 3.
Continue pumping until 15 psi is achieved.
NEVER USE THIS PRODUCT AFTER SUNSET, BEFORE DAWN
OR AT ANY TIME IN POOR LIGHTING.
CHECK LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS REGARDING PROPER
AND SAFE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.
INNER VALVE POSITIONING
The inner valve will prevent air
from escaping when disengaged
("UP" position).
BOARD DEFLATION
Open valve cover.
Depress inner valve and twist to lock in the
open or "down" position.
Allow air to freely escape board
Beginning at the nose, tightly roll up board
to force remaining air through the air valve

IMPORTANT
•Fasten air hose to pump.
•Locate the air valve on tail section of the board deck
•Open valve cover.
•Make sure the inner valve is disengaged in the "UP"position
•Connect air hose to air valve.
•Set Action Control setting on pump to 1 and begin pumping
•Once board has inflated midway, switch to setting 2
•For final inflation, switch to setting 3, to pump to max PSI
•Inflate board to 14-15 psi.
•Disconnect air hose from valve. Inner valve will prevent air from
escaping when disengaged in the "UP"position.

FININSTALLATION
Insert fin into notched section of fin box first then rock fin towards rear of
the board until fin is seated completely in the fix box.
Lock fin into place by flipping the lever lock down into the locking position
Test to make sure fin is secured.
Note: The two fixed side fins may become bent/curved due to the manner
that the board is packaged into the box for shipping. This is not a defect
and the fins will move back into place.
REPAIR KIT CONTENTS&APPLICATION
REPAIRING LEAKS &TEARS
THE REPAIR KIT
The board comes equipped with
an emergency repair kit for small
leaks and/ortears including a valve wrench
and repair patches.
*Repair glue is not included*
The wrench included in the repair kit should ONLY be used for leaking valves. Should
you hear air escaping around the edge of the valve please ONLY use to tighten by
turning clockwise and ONLY when the board is fully inflated. It should not be used to
deflate your board. Improper use of this tool will void the 2 year warranty.
DIRE CTIONS FOR REPAIR KIT USE
1. Completely deflate the paddle board
2. Thoroughly clean the surface around the leak and the matte side of the patch
with rubbing alcohol. Both surfaces must be free of moisture, oil, and debris.
3. Apply glue (not included) carefully and evenly to both paddle board surface and
matte side of the patch.
4. Apply thin layer around edge of patch to seal patch to the board
5. Allow glue to dry for 24 hours before using paddle board.
