Important precautions & safety measures:
• Never disassemble the scale and handle the
scale carefully to avoid breakage.
• Never drop the scale or hit the glass surface with
any object as it can break and may cause injuries.
• Never jump or stamp on the scale. This scale is a
high-precision measuring device and doing so
can damage the internal components.
• Never immerse the scale in water or any other
liquid. To clean the surface, use a damp cloth or
glass cleaner. Do not use any chemicals.
• Never use the scale on a soft surface such as
carpet or linoleum as it may affect the accuracy
of the readings. Place the scale on a hard, flat
surface during use.
• If the scale is not to be used for long periods, it’s
recommended to remove the battery to avoid
damage to the scale due to possible battery
leakage.
• Do not mix old and new batteries, with different
compositions or of different brands in order to
prevent possible leakage or explosion.

How to use your scale
1. Open the battery compartment on the bottom of
the scale by sliding the cover and insert the AAA
batteries included in the box. Place the cover
back to secure the battery compartment.
2. Select your preferred unit of measure
(kg/lb/st:lb) by pressing the button on the
bottom of the scale. Unit will change with each
press of the button.
3. To start the calibration process, place the scale
on a hard, flat surface.
4. Step onto the scale with one foot until the screen
lights up and the scale starts measuring the
weight. Then, step off immediately.
5. The screen will show “0.00” indicating the
calibration process is now complete.
6. Step onto the scale with both your feet now to
take your weight reading.

Note: Repeat steps 3 to 5 if the scale has been
moved or flipped upside down. Recalibrating the
scale is necessary to ensure accurate readings.
Additional features & Add-ons
• The scale features Auto step-on & step-off
function. You can step onto the scale directly to
take your weight. Afterwards, the scale will
automatically turn off to save battery.
• A Retractable body tape measure has also been
included in the box. You can use the tape to
measure your body as well as height and
calculate your BMI.

Frequently Asked Questions
• The scale is not working at all / The screen is
not lighting up
Please check if the batteries are installed
properly. Install new batteries if necessary and
try again.
• I have replaced the batteries but still the scale
is not working
Please ensure the batteries are properly inserted
following the polarity (+ / -) signs in the battery
compartment.
• The scale is giving inaccurate/inconsistent
weight readings
Please ensure the scale is being used on a hard,
flat surface. Perform the calibration steps and try
again.
I have tried the above methods but my issue is still
not resolved / My issue is not listed above
