The Multiple Attachment Pulley (RP282) can be loaded with a karabiner in either or both of the attachment
eyes. The larger attachment eye can accommodate upto two karabiners simultaneously.

Activities involving the use of this type of equipment are inherently dangerous. The diagrams illustrate
only some of the possible correct and incorrect methods of use. It is impossible to cover every eventuality
relating to the use of this equipment. This equipment should not be used by persons with a medical
condition(s) that may affect the safety of the user. This equipment should only be used by a competent
person or a person specically trained in its use who is under the direct supervision of a competent
person. If unsure, seek professional training from a fully qualied and competent instructor prior to
engaging in any activity. You are responsible for your own actions. These instructions do not replace the
need for professional training.
General
ISC equipment and components for prevention of falls from height meet or exceed recognised European,
American or other International standards. It is the users’ responsibility to read and understand these
instructions before use. If this product is sold outside of the original country of sale, it is the reseller’s
responsibility to supply this document in the language of re-sale. It is mandatory that a Risk Assessment
be carried out prior to any use and a rescue plan be in place for any work at height. Always ensure that
all components within a safety system are compatible and allow the system to function safely. A full body
harness is the only acceptable body holding device that can be used in a fall arrest system. Refer to your
harness instruction to identify the relevant connection point to use. It is recommended that the viability
of any installation should be veried by a suitably qualied person. It is essential to check and verify the
required clearance below the user before each use in order to avoid any impact with the ground or an
obstacles in case of a fall. If there is any doubt about the compatibility of the products you have chosen
please consult the manufacturer. Do not exceed loads either specied by the manufacturer or loads
derived from the specied MBS using a recognised factor of safety. Do not modify or alter this device in
any way.
UseRequirements
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure understanding of the correct safe use of this equipment, to use it
only for the purposes for which it is designed, and to practise all proper safety procedures. Extreme care
should be taken when using this product near harmful chemicals, moving machinery, electrical hazards or
near sharp edges and abrasive surfaces. Wet and icy conditions may cause rope to become slippery. A
dangerous situation can occur when using a combination of items of equipment where the safe function
of any one item is affected by or interferes with the safe function of another. The manufacturer or
distributor will not be held responsible for the eventual damages, injuries or death resulting from an
improper use of this equipment.
Inspection&Maintenance
Immediately before, during and after use make visual inspections of the product to ensure that it is in a
serviceable condition and is operating correctly. In addition to the basic visual inspections conducted by
the user, the product must be examined at least annually, or more frequently depending on local
legislation or intensity of use, by the manufacturer or a competent person authorised by the manufacturer.
Other things, such as, extreme temperatures, humidity, the effects of chemicals, rust, cuts, abrasions or
the frequency of use could affect the required service interval of the equipment. The details of the
inspection should be recorded in the product record card/section. The product should be immediately
withdrawn from use and not used again until conrmed in writing by a competent person that it is safe to
do so, should any doubt arise about its condition for safe use or, if it has been used to arrest a fall, or if
