OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
NEEDLE FITTING INSTRUCTIONS CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Connect applicator to the product pack by attaching a draw-o
tube to the hose spigot.
Set applicator to the maximum dose. To adjust, squeeze the handles
together and then turn the dose selector.
To prime, hold the applicator with the needle pointing vertically
upward. Squeeze the handles and then release to allow the barrel to
ll with product. Repeat until all air is expelled from the barrel.
Rotate dose selector to the desired dose rate.
Remove the draw-o tube from the product pack.
Place the end of the tube into hot, soapy water and ush through
the applicator until product is removed. Then ush with clean water.
Unscrew the barrel from the ngerbar. Soak the o-ring on the piston
with vegetable oil. (DO NOT USE MINERAL OIL)
Re-attach barrel to the ngerbar and store in a cool, dry place.
Note: The needle cap does not need to be removed when
tting needles.
To attach needle, turn needle into the needle cap in a
clockwise direction until secure (nger tight).
To remove needle, turn needle in an anti-clockwise
direction and pull gently.
