INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
I - L’apparecchio deve essere utilizzato esclusivamente da personale adeguatamente formato. Non osservare le istruzioni contenute
nel manuale e/o un improprio uso possono causare la rottura della reggia con conseguenze per il personale ed i materiali confezionati.
Controllare giornalmente l’apparecchio e non utilizzarlo con parti usurate / danneggiate, ma sostituirle prontamente con personale
qualificato utilizzando parti originali. Non modificare l’apparecchio nelle sue parti.
Non mettere mai dita, mani e altre parti del corpo tra la reggia ed il materiale da imballare.
Voi siete pienamente responsabili di controllare la sigillatura della reggia, una adeguata preparazione è indispensabile per riconoscere
una sigillatura difettosa e per evitare incidenti anche gravi. Non movimentare mai il materiale con sigillature difettose delle reggia.
Per lo svolgimento della reggia utilizzare solo gli appositi dispenser.
Tenere pulita l’area di lavoro ed utilizzare l’apparecchio solo in situazioni di stabilità e sicurezza.
Non movimentare MAI i materiali utilizzando per il sollevamento la reggia applicata.
Per il taglio della reggia utilizzare esclusivamente cesoie di sicurezza. Assicurarsi che durante il taglio non ci sia nessuno sulla
traiettoria della reggia; rimanere a distanza di sicurezza. Tenere premuta la parte superiore in modo che la parte inferiore recisa si
allontani dall’operatore.
Utilizzare in modo errato l’apparecchio, tensionare eccessivamente la reggia, utilizzarne una qualità / sezione non prevista e spigoli
taglienti sul materiale da legare possono causare una improvvisa perdita di tensione e/o la rottura della reggia con conseguente
sbilanciamento e caduta del materiale ed anche un repentino e violento allontanamento della reggia stessa.
Si consiglia di proteggere gli spigoli taglienti, di posizionare in modo corretto le reggia intorno al carico, di mettere un numero adeguato
di regge, di rimanere in posizione di sicurezza (lateralmente alla reggia) durante il ciclo di legatura, di controllare adeguatamente la
qualità della sigillatura e di rispettare scrupolosamente le caratteristiche consigliate per la reggia da utilizzare.
Conservare il presente manuale di istruzioni completo. Per la costruzione dell’apparecchio non vengono utilizzate sostanze nocive per
la salute. Per lo smaltimento rispettare le normative vigenti.
UK - The tool must be not used by people not properly trained in their use. Failure to follow the operating instructions or improper use
could result strap breakage, injuries, packages damage.
Check tool daily, do not use tool with worn or damaged parts, please have a servicing with trained people and use original spare parts.
Never modify any tool’s part.
Do not put fingers, hands or other body parts between the strap and package during the duty cycle.
It is your full responsibility to review the joints made by your tool, a right seal control and adjustment training will be useful to check the
seal quality in order to avoid severe injury. Never move goods with bad quality seals. Use only specific strap dispenser to dispense the
strap. Keep tidy your working area and always use the tool in good balance and safety conditions. Never use straps as a means of
pulling or lifting goods.

NORMAS GENERALES DE SEGURIDAD

To cut the straps use always proper safety strap cutter and keep other people and yourself at safe distance from strap, always stand to
side of strap, away from direction that loosened strap end will go. Hold the upper strap portion and pay attention that the lower strap
will snap forward away from you.
Improper operation, excessive tensioning, using straps not recommended and/or sharp corners on the package could result in a
sudden loss of strap tension or in breakage that causing package / operator to fall and strap flying violently towards you. Use edge
protectors if there are shaped corners, place the strap correctly around a properly positioned package, stand yourself by side of strap
and keep people away, use the correct strap quality, width, thickness, and strength recommended in this manual.
Please preserve the booklet, it is as a part of the tool This tool is manufactured without any substances which could be dangerous to
health. National instructions must be observed for disposal of all the parts.
F - L’appareil devra être utilisé exclusivement par un opérateur ayant reçu une formation sur les instructions et le mode d’emploi. Le
fait de ne pas suivre les instructions et/ou l'emploi incorrect de l’appareil peuvent causer la rupture du feuillard avec des conséquences
dangereuses pour les opérateurs et le matériel à cercler.
Il est indispensable de contrôler l'appareil tous les jours et de ne jamais l'utiliser s’il présente des parties usées / endommagées, le cas
échéant il sera nécessaire de les faire remplacer avec des pièces originales par des opérateurs qualifiés. Ne jamais modifier aucune
partie de l’appareil.
Éviter absolument de mettre les doigts, mains et autres parties du corps entre le feuillard et le matériel à cercler.
Vous êtes entièrement responsable du contrôle de la soudure du feuillard; dans ce but une préparation appropriée est indispensable
pour pouvoir reconnaître les soudures défectueuses et éviter des accidents graves. Ne jamais déplacer le matériel avec le feuillard mal
soudé.
Le déroulement du feuillard doit être effectué en utilisant des dévidoirs prévus à cet effet.
Garder bien propre la zone de travail et utiliser l'appareil seulement dans des situations de stabilité et de sécurité.
Ne jamais déplacer les matériels cerclés en utilisant le feuillard pour le soulèvement.
La coupe du feuillard doit être effectuée exclusivement avec des ciseaux appropriés. Pendant la coupe il est indispensable de garder
une distance de sécurité et de s'assurer que personne ne se trouve dans la trajectoire du feuillard. Pour la coupe garder la partie
supérieure du feuillard contre l’opérateur de façon à ce que la partie inférieure coupée s'éloigne de ce dernier.
L'emploi incorrect de l’appareil, la tension excessive du feuillard, la qualité et la section impropres du feuillard, les bords tranchants du
matériel à cercler peuvent causer une perte de tension inattendue et/ou la rupture du feuillard avec une chute éventuelle du matériel et
un échappement violent du feuillard.
Il est conseillé de se protéger contre les bords tranchants, d'appliquer correctement le feuillard sur le paquet, d'utiliser un nombre de
feuillards approprié, de se mettre en position de sécurité (à coté du feuillard) pendant le cycle de cerclage, de bien contrôler la qualité
de la soudure du feuillard et de respecter scrupuleusement les caractéristiques conseillées pour le feuillard à utiliser.
Bien conserver toute cette notice d'instructions. Aucune substance nuisible à la santé n’a été utilisée pour la réalisation de l’appareil.
Pour l'élimination des matériaux il est indispensable de respecter les normes en vigueur.
D - Das Gerät darf nur von ausgebildetem Personal bedient werden. Die Nichtbeachtung dieser Betriebsanleitung und/oder der
unsachgemäße Gebrauch des Gerätes können zu Rissen des Bandes führen, wodurch das Personal verletzt und die verpackte Ware
beschädigt werden kann.
Das Gerät täglich kontrollieren und bei verschlissenen / beschädigten Teilen nicht benutzen, sondern diese sofort von qualifiziertem
Personal durch Originalteile ersetzen lassen. Keine Änderungen am Gerät vornehmen.
Nie Finger, Hände oder andere Körperteile zwischen das Band und die zu umreifende Ware stecken.
Sie tragen die volle Verantwortung für das richtige Schweißen des Bandes. Für die Erkennung von fehlerhaften Umreifungen und zum
Vermeiden von Unfällen ist eine angemessene Ausbildung erforderlich. Die Ware nie mit defekten Umreifungen transportieren.
Für das Abrollen des Umreifungsbands nur die dazu geeigneten Rollwagen benutzen.
Den Arbeitsbereich sauber halten und das Gerät nur bei Standsicherheit benutzen.
Das Umreifungsband NIE als Lastanschlagmittel verwenden.
Für das Schneiden des Umreifungsbandes nur die dazu geeignete Bandschere benutzen. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich während
des Bandschneidens niemand oder nichts am Weg des Umreifungsbandes befindet. Bitte einen Sicherheitsabstand einhalten. Auf den
oberen Teil drücken, damit sich der untere geschnittene Teil vom Arbeiter entfernt.
Das nicht korrekte Benutzen des Gerätes, sowie das zu straffe Anziehen des Bandes auch an scharfkantigen Stellen, und das
Benutzen eines nicht geeigneten Bandes (zu dünn oder zu schmal), kann ein plötzliches Zerreißen/Platzen des Bandes gefährliche
Folgen nicht nur die Waren sondern auch für die beteiligten Personen haben.
Deshalb wird empfohlen, die Bänder vor scharfkantigen Ecken zu schützen und richtig zu positionieren sowie eine ausreichende
Anzahl von Umreifungen zu verwenden. Ferner muss man sich während der Umreifung in einer sicheren Position (seitlich der
Umreifung) halten, die Verschweißungspunkte kontrollieren und gewissenhaft die technischen Merkmale des eingesetzten Bandes
beachten.
Die gesamte Betriebsanleitung sorgfältig aufbewahren. Dieses Gerät wurde ohne gesundheitsschädliche Stoffe gebaut. Für die
Entsorgung des Gerätes die geltenden Vorschriften beachten.
E - El aparato debe ser utilizado exclusivamente por personal debidamente formado. El incumplimiento de las instrucciones recogidas
en el manual o un uso indebido pueden causar la ruptura del fleje y provocar lesiones al personal o daños al material empacado.
Revise a diario el aparato y no lo use si presenta partes desgastadas o dañadas; en este caso, haga que personal cualificado las
sustituya de inmediato utilizando piezas de recambio originales. No modifique los componentes del aparato.
No introduzca por ningún motivo los dedos, las manos u otras partes del cuerpo entre el fleje y el material que se va a embalar.
Usted es plenamente responsable del control del sellado del fleje; es indispensable estar preparados para reconocer los flejes
defectuosos y para evitar así accidentes graves. No maneje por ningún motivo el material con sellados defectuosos del fleje.
Para el desbobinado del fleje, use únicamente los dispensadores correspondientes.
Mantenga el área de trabajo limpia y utilice el aparato sólo en condiciones estables y seguras.
NUNCA desplace el material levantándolo por el fleje aplicado.
Para el corte del fleje use únicamente cortadores de seguridad. Asegúrese que durante el corte no haya personas presentes en el
trayecto del fleje; mantenga una distancia de seguridad. Mantenga presionada la parte superior de manera que la parte inferior
cortada se aleje del operador.
El uso incorrecto del aparato, el excesivo tensado del fleje, el uso de calidades o secciones no previstas o con aristas cortantes en el
material por atar, pueden causar una pérdida improvisa de tensión y/o la ruptura del fleje y provocar así desequilibrio, caída del
material e incluso un alejamiento repentino y violento del fleje mismo.

Se recomienda proteger las aristas cortantes, colocar correctamente el fleje alrededor de la carga, poner un número adecuado de
flejes, permanecer en una posición segura (lateralmente respecto al fleje) durante el ciclo de flejado, controlar apropiadamente la
calidad del sellado y respetar rigurosamente las características recomendadas para el fleje que se va a utilizar.
Conserve este manual de instrucciones íntegro. Para la fabricación del aparato no se usan sustancias nocivas para la salud. Para su
eliminación, respete las normas vigentes.
I - Per il funzionamento dell’apparecchio NON utilizzare mai aria compressa in bombole o altri gas. Rispettare i limiti di pressione
indicati nel manuale. Scollegare sempre l’apparecchio dalla rete in caso di malfunzionamento e per ogni intervento di manutenzione
e/o pulizia. Usare aria compressa pulita, priva di condensa e leggermente lubrificata.
UK - Never operate this tool using a bottled air or other gas source. Respect always the air pressure range as showed in the
operations manual, do not exceed. For all adjustments, repairs or cleaning of the tool, disconnect always air supply. Use always dry,
clean and lubricate air compressed.
F - Pour le fonctionnement de l'appareil ne jamais utiliser de l’air comprimé en bouteille ou des gaz différents. Respecter toujours les
limites de pression indiquées sur cette notice d'instructions. Débrancher l'appareil du réseau de l'air comprimé, en cas de mauvais
fonctionnement et pour chaque intervention de réglage et/ou nettoyage. Utiliser seulement de l’air comprimé propre, sans
condensation et légèrement lubrifié.
D - Für den Betrieb des Geräts NIE Druckluft in Flaschen oder andere Gase verwenden. Die angegebenen Druckgrenzwerte im
Handbuch beachten. Bei Störungen und bei Instandhaltungs- und/oder Reinigungsarbeiten das Gerät immer vom Versorgungsnetz
abtrennen. Saubere kondensatfreie und leicht geschmierte Druckluft verwenden.
E - Para el funcionamiento del aparato NUNCA utilice aire comprimido en bombonas u otros gases. Respete los límites de presión
indicados en el manual. Desconecte siempre el aparato de la red en caso de anomalías y para todas las operaciones de
mantenimiento y/o limpieza. Use aire comprimido limpio, sin condensado y ligeramente lubricado.

I - Il periodo di garanzia per ogni apparecchio Itatools è pari a 12 mesi a partire dalla data di spedizione indicata sul documento di
accompagnamento. La società Itatools srl si impegna per il periodo di garanzia a sostituire gratuitamente tutte le parti che a suo
insindacabile giudizio dovessero presentare difetti che li rendano non idonei all’uso. La sistemazione in garanzia è franco ns.
stabilimento. I termini di garanzia decadono per gravi carenze di manutenzione, manomissione dell’apparecchio, riparazioni arbitrarie,
uso improprio dello stesso, la non osservanza delle norme indicate nel manuale, uso di parti non originali, mancanza del numero di
serie impresso durante la produzione,eventi eccezionali. Restano escluse dalla garanzia le parti ad usura espressamente identificate
nella lista ricambi. Non possono essere rivendicate dalla clientela richieste di risarcimenti, nei confronti di Itatools srl, per fermi di
produzione, danni ad oggetti e persone derivanti da deficienze dell’apparecchio perché nei termini di garanzia. La società Itatools srl si
riserva il diritto di modificare i prodotti e la documentazione senza l’obbligo di aggiornarne i precedenti.
UK - Itatools srl warrants all its tools during a period of 12 months from the shipping date document. The warranty includes all
deficiencies clearly resulting from poor manufacturing or faulty materials in our judgement, these parts will be without charge at our
workshop. The warranty will be void to any tool which has been subjected to misuse, misapplication, incorrect handling and
maintaining, arbitrary modifications and reparations, use of not original parts, disregard of directions in the operation manual, and
missing serial number, exceptional events. The warranty excludes the wearing parts showed on spare parts list.
Damage claims as a result of production shoutdowns, damage to people and to property from warranty deficiencies cannot be
asserted by the customer. Itatools srl reserves at any time to improve the tools and documentations without any obligation to update
previous ones.
F - Chaque appareil Itatools est garanti pour une période de 12 mois, à partir de la date indiquée sur le document de livraison.
Pendant cette période la Sté. Itatools s'engage à remplacer gratuitement franco départ notre usine toutes les pièces qui se sont
démontrées défectueuses. La garantie n'est pas valable en cas d'emploi incorrect de l'appareil, manque d'entretien, manipulations non
autorisée, réparations arbitraires, non-observation des instructions du fabriquant, emploi de pièces non originales, manque du numéro
de série imprimé pendant la production, événements exceptionnels. Les pièces d'usure indiquées sur la liste ne sont pas couvertes par
la garantie. Le client ne peut demander aucun dédommagement pour des arrêts de production et des dommages à des personnes et
objets causés par des défauts de l'appareil. La Sté. Itatools se réserve le droit de modifier les produits et la documentation sans
l'obligation de mettre à jour les précédents.
D - Die Garantiezeit aller Itatools Geräte beträgt 12 Monate und beginnt ab dem Datum des Lieferscheins. Die Fa. Itatools srl
verpflichtet sich, alle nachweisbar defekten Teile, die das Gerät unbrauchbar machen, innerhalb dieser Zeit, kostenlos auszutauschen.
Reparaturen unter Garantie erfolgen ab unserem Werk. Die Garantiebedingungen verfallen bei schlechter Wartung, Beschädigungen,
eigenmächtigen Reparaturen, unsachgemäßem Gebrauch, Nichtbeachtung der Handbuchanweisungen, Einsatz von
Nichtoriginalersatzteilen, außergewöhnlichen Ereignisse und bei Fehlen der Seriennummer, die währen der Produktion aufgestempelt
wurde. Ausgenommen von der Garantie sind Verschleißteile, die eigens in der Ersatzteilliste angeführt sind. Es kann kein
Schadenersatz wegen Produktionsausfall oder Sach- und Personschäden an Itatools srl erhoben werden. Die Fa. Itatools srl behält
sich das Recht vor, ihre Geräte und Unterlagen zu verändern, ohne verpflichtet zu sein, die vorhergehenden Versionen zu
modifizieren.
E - El período de la garantía de cada aparato Itatools es de 12 meses a partir de la fecha de envío indicada en el documento de

garantía no cubre las piezas sujetas a desgaste específicamente indicadas en la lista de recambios. No se efectúan reembolsos, bajo
ninguna circunstancia, en caso de paradas de producción, daños a objetos o lesiones a personas, causados por un mal
funcionamiento del aparato, por fuera de los términos de garantía. La empresa Itatools srl se reserva el derecho a modificar los

I - Si consiglia di utilizzare sulla linea una unità di essiccazione aria ed un filtro lubrificatore e regolatore di pressione con manometro
( Itatools codice S100001) in prossimità del punto di collegamento dell’apparecchio per evitare che acqua e corpi estranei finiscano
nelle valvole o nei motori pneumatici. Verificare costantemente la presenza di lubrificante nel gruppo filtro (utilizzare olio tipo Synfilm32
codice S200005). Collegare l’apparecchio alla linea con un tubo di diametro interno minimo 8mm con l’ attacco rapido da ¼” in
dotazione, non superare la lunghezza di 10mt con tubi flessibili tra il gruppo regolazione e l’apparecchio. Controllare che il Vs. impianto
fornisca una portata d’aria continua adeguata alle caratteristiche indicate nel manuale senza cadute di pressione.
UK - Use always a dryer unit near the compressor and a filter-regulator-lubricator unit (Itatools code S100001) as close to air tool to

avoid that water and dirtiness will be inlet in the valves or motors. Check daily the oil in the lubricator (we recommend oil type

10 m sein. Es ist zu kontrollieren, ob die vorhandene Anlage eine angemessene Dauerluftzufuhr für die Merkmale im Handbuch ohne
Druckabfall liefert.
E - Se recomienda utilizar en la línea una unidad de secado de aire y un filtro lubricador y regulador de presión con manómetro

I - E’ possibile regolare l’altezza del rullo di trascinamento per variare la pressione dei denti del rullo sulla reggia; svitare il grano di
fermo (fig.B1), ruotare il grano di regolazione in modo di avere una distanza di 0.1-0.2mm tra il rullo e il rullino di contrasto. Ruotando
in senso orario si diminuisce la distanza,ruotando in senso antiorario la distanza aumenta (fig.B2), una volta regolata l’altezza
ribloccare il grano di fermo.

F - Il est possible de régler la distance entre le rouleau d’entraînement et les pinces de blocage du feuillard afin de changer la pression
des dents sur le feuillard (fig.B1) ; intervenir sur le grain de réglage de manière à avoir une distance de 0.1 - 0.2mmm entre le rouleau
et le rouleau de contraste. En tournant dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre la distance diminue, dans le sens contraire elle
augmente (fig.B2), après avoir réglé la hauteur rebloquer le grain d’arrêt.

arrastre y el de contraste. Al girar hacia la derecha, se disminuye la distancia; al girar hacia la izquierda, aumenta (Fig. B2); una vez
ajustada la altura, apriete nuevamente a tope el tornillo prisionero de fijación.
6) ISTRUZIONI D’USO / OPERATION / MODE D’EMPLOI / BETRIEBSANWEISUNGEN / INSTR. DE USO
I - L’apparecchio modello ITA41 è concepito per reggiare imballi con regge in acciaio. La reggia deve essere avvolta intorno
all’imballo manualmente e quindi inserita, secondo le istruzioni, nell’apparecchio che eseguirà il tensionamento,il taglio e la chiusura
della stessa tramite un sigillo. Infilare la reggia nel sigillo,avvolgere il pacco da imballare e reinserire la stessa nel sigillo ripiegandola
poi su se stessa (fig.C1); premere il pulsante 1 per aprire la macchina ,inserire la reggia già sovrapposta e ben allineata (fig.C2),
premere il pulsande 2 per chiudere la macchina ed iniziare il tensionamento, tendere la reggia fino al raggiungimento della tensione
desiderata o fino al massimo impostato (stallo motore) (fig.C3).
Dopo aver effettuato il tensionamento premere il pulsante 3 di chiusura per graffare il sigillo e tagliare la reggia (fig.C4); dopo aver
concluso la chiusura premere il pulsante 1 per aprire la macchina ed estrarre la reggia (fig.C5).

Controllare infine che la chiusura sia stata effettuata in modo corretto verificando che il sigillo presenti delle marcate incisioni,questo
controllo è molto importante per capire l’efficienza della chiusura (fig.C6).
UK - The tool model ITA41 is designed to strap packages with steel strap. The strap is fed around the package manually and inserted
in the tool, as showed in the instructions, tension, cut and closed the strap with a seal joint. Make the strap slip into the seal and wind it
up around the package; then make strap bottom pass a second time into the seal and bend it (pic.C1); push button 1 to open the
machine and load it with the strap already prepared (pic.C2),push button 2 for close the machine and tensioning the strap and hold it
until operation is over (pic.C3).
Once strap tension operation is over, press button 3 for close the seal and cut the strap (pic.C4) ; once sealing and cutting cycle is
over, it is sufficient push the button 1 for open the tool and outing the strap (pic.C5).
To check finally if the sealing is good and if the seal joint seal present of the marked recordings, this control is a lot important in order
to understand the efficiency of the closing (fig. C6).
F - L’appareil modèle ITA41 a été conçu pour cercler des emballages avec des feuillards en acier. Le feuillard doit être enroulé
manuellement autour de l’emballage et être inséré ensuite dans l’appareil qui exécutera le tensionnement, la coupe et le scellage en
suivant les instructions fournies. Enfiler le feuillard dans le sceau, enrouler le matériel à cercler et réinsérer le feuillard dans le sceau
en le repliant sur lui-même (fig.C1) ; appuyer sur le bouton 1 pour ouvrir la machine la machine, insérer les extrémités du feuillard
superposées et bien alignées (fig.C2) ; appuyer sur le bouton 2 pour fermer la machine et commencer l’opération de tensionnement
jusqu'à obtenir la tension requise ou à la force maximum programmée (calage du moteur) (fig.C3).
Après avoir terminé l’opération de tensionnement appuyer sur le bouton 3 de fermeture pour le sertissage du sceau et couper le
feuillard (fig.C4) ; une fois cette opération terminée, appuyer sur le bouton 1 pour extraire le feuillard (fig.C5).
Contrôler ensuite si la fermeture a été effectuée correctement en vérifiant si le sceau reporte des incisions profondes, il s’agit d’un
contrôle extrêmement important qui permet de contrôler l’efficacité de la fermeture (fig.C6).
D - Das Gerät ITA41 wurde für das Umreifen mit Stahlband entwickelt. Das Band muss von Hand umführt werden, um dann laut
Bedienungseinleitung in das Gerät eingelegt zu werden, wo es dann gespannt, geschnitten und mit einem Siegel verschlossen wird.
Das Band in das Siegel einführen und es dann um die Ware führen. Danach das Bandende erneut in das Siegel stecken und
zusammenfalten (Abb. C1). Den taste 1 drücken, um das Gerät zu öffnen. Das bereits übereinander gelegte Band einführen (Abb. C2)
und den taste 2 drücken, um das Gerät zu schließen. Nun kann das Band mit der gewünschten bzw. eingestellten Spannkraft
gespannt werden (Würgen des Motors) (Abb. C3).
Nach dem Spannen den Schließ taste 3 drücken, um das Siegel zu verklammern. Das Band abschneiden (Abb. C4). Danach den
taste 1 drücken, um die Maschine zu öffnen, und das Band herauszuziehen (Abb. C5).
Zuletzt muss kontrolliert werden, ob der Vorschluss korrekt erfolgt ist. Es müssen tiefe Einkerbungen vorhanden sein (Abb. C6).
E - El aparato modelo ITA41 ha sido concebido para envolver embalajes con flejes de acero. El fleje debe enrollarse en el embalaje
manualmente y a continuación, introducirse, conforme a las instrucciones, en el aparato que efectúa el tensado, el corte y el cierre del
mismo mediante un sello.Introduzca el fleje en el sello, envuelva el paquete que se va a embalar e introduzca nuevamente el fleje en
el sello doblándolo sucesivamente sobre sí mismo (Fig. C1). Presione el pulsador 1 para abrir la máquina, introduzca el fleje ya
sobrepuesto y bien alineado (Fig. C2); presione el pulsador 2 para cerrar la máquina e inicie el tensado; tense el fleje hasta alcanzar
el punto deseado o hasta el punto máximo configurado (punto muerto del motor) (Fig. C3).
Tras haber efectuado el tensado, presione el pulsador 3 de cierre para grapar el sello y cortar el fleje (Fig. C4); al terminar el cierre,
presione el pulsador 1 para abrir la máquina y extraiga el fleje (Fig. C5).
Controle, por último, que el cierre se haya efectuado en modo correcto, asegurándose de que el sello presente incisiones marcadas;
este control es de suma importancia para verificar la eficiencia del cierre (Fig. C6).
