2. The whole machine is warranted for one year since unboxed. If there is product quality problem
during the warranty period, please contact your local dealer, and our customer service will help you
solve the problem as soon as possible.
3. During the warranty period, ITD SAFETY reserve the rights to refuse the warranty service. 3.1
Product failure or damage caused by improper use;
3.2 Incomplete product packaging and instructions, damaged product labels, missing or altered
invoices;
3.3 Damage caused by disassembly and repair by non-certified service personnel;
3.4 Damage caused by force majeure.

Specifications
The Temp Guardian Auto Hand Scan Thermometer is a self-service electronic equipment with
multiple functions such as temperature screening, self-service registration, identity check, record
archive, which can reduce the risk of cross infection, lower down the investment of prevention and
control resource, and improve the scanning efficiency.
Method 1 - Rapid Screening Mode: The user should use bare wrist with palm up through the tempera-
ture measuring area, and stay stably. After hearing the hint sound, the temperature measurement is
completed.
Method 2 - Self Service Registration Mode: Touch ID card in reading area. After the information is
read successfully, use method 1 to measure temperature.
After the completion of temperature measurement, the screen synchronously displays the temperature
measurement results.If something goes wrong in the process, system will notify and guide to re-measure.
When need export data, go to System Settings / Export page (initial password: admin) . Insert the USB
disk and till recognition successfully , click the export data button. After system notifies that the data is
exported successfully, unplug the USB disk. If failed, please try again according to system guide.
Measuring Steps
1. The equipment should be used in indoor environment with the temperature between 60.8F~ 95˚F.
Keep it away from the heat source and vent;
2. During the measurement, users should put wrist below the sensor window 1.79 inches and
ensure the skin not covered by clothes or other objects;
3. Entering the room from the cold outdoor environment will affect the accuracy of temperature
measurement, so please stay in room for at least three minutes before measurement or, choose skin
area which covered by cloth before entering room.

Installation Guide
Step 1: Take the product out of the package.Remove the anti-collision sponge and protective film.
Step 2: Insert the product into the groove of the base as shown in the figure. Pay attention to the
edge and angle alignment.
Step 3: Align the six screws in the package with the screw holes respectively from the bottom of the
product, and use the wrench to tighten the screws clockwise.
Step 4: Stand the product on the flat ground, and connect the host and external power supply with
the power line in the package. Turn on the power switch to finish the startup.
If the machine cannot be started, please check the fuse near the power switch. Turn off the power
switch on the back of the product when it needs to be turned off.
