user manual
introduction
Thank you for purchasing our Portable Icemaker, and welcome to the Ivation™ family. This user manual is meant to offer
you a brief walkthrough of the device’s features and usage protocols. We hope you find this manual helpful. For additional
information and technical support, please feel encouraged to contact our help team at [email protected].
intended use
The icemaker is a professional product that’s used to produce evenly sized ice cubes in quantity. The Ivation™ Portable
Icemaker features a high-end appearance, antiseptic internal materials, and a built quality that makes it suitable for long-
term use. Thanks to the efficient, automatic ice-making system, ice cubes are produced quickly and in consistent shape,
size and solidity. Two selectable cube sizes offer variety, and the formed ice cubes do not agglomerate while in
the icemaker.

Please be sure to read this manual before using, and use the appliance in accordance with these instructions. Keep the
manual in a safe place for future reference. To ensure the icemaker’s proper function, adhere to the following:

operation
It is recommended to clean the unit before first use. Additionally, for the appliance’s longevity, it is suggested to wait a few
minutes after moving the icemaker around before starting the ice-making process.
1. Plug Power Cord (14) into wall outlet with proper voltage ratings.
2. Open Hinged Cover (7) and remove Ice Storage Box (10).
3. Pour in clean drinking water through until it reaches Water Level Max (11).
4. Select your ice cube size by pressing the corresponding button.
5. Press the Start/Standby Button (1) to initiate the process.
Note: One ice-making cycle lasts approximately 6 to 13 minutes, depending on selection of ice cube size and room
temperature. Recommended room temperature is 50°F to 110°F. If room temperature is below 59°F, it is recommended
to select the smaller ice cube size in order to avoid the cubes sticking together.
When the Water Low Indicator (4) goes on, pour more water into the unit. If an icemaking session is in process, pause it first
by pressing the Start/Standby Button (1). Allow the refrigerant liquid inside the compressor at least 3 minutes to settle before
restarting. Then press the Start/Standby Button (1) to resume.
When the Ice Box Full Indicator (5) goes on, the ice-making process will automatically pause, allowing you to remove ready
ice cubes. Press the Start/Standby Button (1) to resume.
Note: Direct sunlight may cause infrared sensor malfunction. If unit doesn’t stop even when ice cubes obstruct sensors,
move away from sunlight. To maintain hygiene level, change water in unit every 24 hours.
care & maintenance
- Unplug appliance before cleaning.
- Use clean cloth to clean both the appliance’s interior and exterior.
- To clean the internal water tank:
• Open Hinged Cover (7) and remove Ice Storage Box (10).
• Remove cap covering Water Drain (15).
• Allow any excess water to drain from tank, then retighten cap.
• Pour clean water into unit, then use clean cloth to swish the water around and clean inside of unit.
• Unscrew cap again and allow water to drain.
• Repeat steps until water drain fully clean.
- Do not use organic solvents, boiling water, cleaning agents, strong acids, or alkali.
- If icemaker will not be used for a prolonged period of time, unplug power cord, drain water from unit, dry appliance with
a clean cloth, and store unit in a clean, dry place.
