safety warnings
• Read all the instructions carefully before using the unit

Damage
• Please inspect the unit for damage after unpacking.
• Do not continue to operate the unit if you are in any
doubt about it working normally, or if it is damaged in
any way - switch o and consult your dealer.
Temperature
• Avoid extreme degrees of temperature, either hot or
cold. Place the unit well away from heat sources such as
radiators or gas/electric res.
• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and other sources
of heat.
Naked Flames
• Never place any type of candle or naked ame on the
top of or near the unit.

Moisture
• To reduce the risk of re, electric shock or product
damage, do not expose this unit to rain, moisture,
dripping or splashing. No objects lled with liquids, such
as vases, should be placed on the unit.
• If you spill any liquid into the unit, it can cause serious
damage. Switch it o and consult your dealer.
Interference
• Do not place the unit on or near appliances which may
cause electromagnetic interference. If you do, it may
adversely aect the operating performance of the unit,
and cause a distorted picture or sound.
Supervision
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the unit.
• Never let anyone especially children push anything into
the holes, slots or any other openings in the case - this
could result in a fatal electric shock.

Service
• To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not remove
screws. The unit does not contain any user-serviceable
parts. Please leave all maintenance work to qualied
personnel.

• Ensure to unplug the unit from any PC/USB and audio
connections before cleaning.

Remove all items from the packaging. Retain
the packaging. If you dispose of it please do so
according to local regulations.

Connect the AUX IN cable to a portable audio
device.
2. ON/OFF Switch
Power switch to turn the unit on/o.
3. DC IN 5V Socket
Connect the USB to Micro USB Cable to a USB
power equipment.
4. RESET Button
Reset all settings to default.

rst time use
PLEASE CHARGE THE UNIT FULLY, when you
use the unit for the rst time or unused for long
periods of time. The Charging Indicator lights
up red while charging. It will turn o when the
unit is fully charged.

Connect the Micro USB plug into the DC IN 5V
Socket of the unit, and the USB plug into the
socket of a USB power equipment (e.g. PC, TV
etc.). Make sure that the USB power is switched
on for charging the unit.

The unit is partially charged at shipment. Charge
the unit to full for rst time use. It takes about 12
hours to fully charge the unit.

using the AUX IN connection
Use the AUX IN Cable to connect the
headphone socket of an audio device and the
AUX IN socket of the unit.

• When an AUX IN cable is connected with the
unit, it will switch the source to AUX IN mode
automatically, even if you are listening to
music via Bluetooth connection. (Bluetooth is
still connected)
• If the unit is connected with a mobile device
via Bluetooth connection, you can still use the
unit to receive a phone call while an AUX IN
cable is connected.
• Disconnect the AUX IN cable to enable
Bluetooth mode.

switching on / o the speaker
• Slide the power switch to ON to switch on
the unit. You will hear a greeting sound.
• Slide the power switch to OFF to switch o
the unit.
If no connection is detected via AUX IN or
Bluetooth within 3 minutes, the unit will switch
o automatically. Slide the power switch to OFF
and then to ON to switch on the unit again.

adjusting the volume
• Press the VOL + / – Button to adjust the
volume.
• In AUX IN mode, press the / Button
to mute the speaker. Press the /
Button to resume.
• A two beep audible warning sounds when
the volume is adjusted to its minimum or
maximum level.
• You may also Increase the volume level of the
audio device (e.g. mobile phone/computer)
connected to the Bluetooth speaker if the
volume of the Bluetooth speaker is low.

If the connected Bluetooth device supports
Advanced Audio Distribution Prole (A2DP),
you can listen to the music stored on the device
through the player.
to play / pause playback
In Bluetooth mode:
• Press the / Button to start or pause
playback.
• When playback is paused, press the /
Button to resume playback.

bluetooth operation
The unit has a Bluetooth function that can
receive a signal within 8 metres.
Pair the unit with a Bluetooth device to listen
to music:
1. Switch on the unit.
2. The unit will enter Bluetooth mode. The
Bluetooth indicator will ash green and red
alternately.
OR
Press and hold the / Button. The unit
has entered pairing mode and become
discoverable. The Bluetooth indicator will
ash green and red alternately.
