Instruction for electric scooters
This is a motorized scooter with low power,which is specially used for sporting and
entertainment,speed reducing on hydraulic disc brake front and Drum brake rear ,motor
transmission,electric saved,assembled with powerful single battery ,motor,which make you safe
and comfortable when you are riding it.
I.General safety precaution
Scooters can be hazardous to operate.Please operate it with the following safety instructions,if
you fail to take proper precautions,a collision or fall may quickly occur.If you have any questions
while operating your scooters turn off the engine and have the scooter checked and repaired.These
scooters should be ridden by persons with excellent vision,balance,coordination,reflex muscle
tone,strength,and good decision making capability.
1.Pls read this manual and all safety labels carefully,know about its function,maintenance and
service method completely,and follow correct operating procedures.
2.Minors shall never operate without adult supervision.
3.Never operate your scooter on smooth or witty surfaces,which are slick or unstable due to
dampness,loose gravel,etc.
4.Never operate your scooter on any public street,road,or highway.
5.Never operate your scooter without wearing proper safety equipment.To
include:helmet.shoes,protective clothing and pads,
6.Never operate your scooter under influence of magnet.alcohol or drugs.
7.Always ride with both hands on the handles
8.Never operate at excessive speeds.Proper speed is determined by terrain,visibility,operating
condition and experience.
9.Never attempt wheelies,jumps,or other stunts.
10.Always inspect your scooter prior to riding to make sure it is in safe operating
condition.Follow inspection and maintenance procedures and schedules described in this manual.
11.Never operate your scooter on steep hills or inclines
12.Do not turn at excessive speeds
13.Maintain proper tire pressure as described in this manual.(If solid tire,free of filling air)

III.Assembly instruction:
1.Assembly
1.1Take out scooter from carton.
1.2Ensure the handle bar to steady.
1.3Fix the screw.
1.4install front fender
2.Adjust rear brake.
3.Adjust rear brake screw to work very well.
3.1If break worn too much,please replace it in time.
4.Remove and install front wheel.
5Loose front shaft screw.remove washer,then remove front wheel as opening direction
6.During the installation,please note that extension bar of the washer must be built in the hole
adjust the wheel to make it correct location(tightening,but turning smoothly），tighten front shaft.
7.check the nut for.
Ⅳ,Check prior to riding and Caution:
1.check the flexibility and reliability on front and rear brake actuation,if it is not in good
situation,adjust it in time.
2.Filling air for front and rear tire should be proper.Normally,air pressure is 85P.S.I.Too much air
can cause non-smooth run,if tire pressure is too less,must have an effect on the speed and electric
consumption will be enlarged.
3.Check all bolts and nuts if they are loose,please tighten it if necessary,
4.Keep body clean and away from moisture high temperature and gas corrosive.
V.Maintenance and service
1.Check electric per start-up,recharging electric in time if electric is not enough,check all bolts and
nut if tightened.
2.In order that the battery has a long life,please recharging every month.
3.If engine is abnormal,please have professional people checked and repaired.
VI.Storage procedure
To store engine,temperature should be 20℃-50℃,moisture not more than 80%,good
ventilation,isolated from easy-burning or erosion chemicals.
