Συμβουλές Aσφαλείας
Οι οδη ίες χρήσης περιλαμβάνουν σημαντικές οδη ίες ια την
ασφάλειά σας και την σωστή χρήση της συσκευής. Όταν
χρησιμοποιείτε τη συσκευή σας θα πρέπει να ακολουθείτε πάντα τις
παρακάτω οδη ίες ασφαλείας.
Διαβάστε προσεκτικά τις οδη ίες χρήσης και κρατήστε τις σε ασφαλές
σημείο ια μελλοντική αναφορά.
• Η συσκευή αυτή πρ ρίζεται μόν για ικιακή χρήση.
• Χρησιμ π ιείτε την συσκευή μόν για την ενδεδειγμένη ή πρ τεινόμενη
χρήση.
• Πριν συνδέσετε τη συσκευή, ελέγξτε αν η τάση π υ υπ δεικνύεται στη
συσκευή συμφωνεί με την τάση της κεντρικής παρ χής στ σπίτι σας. Αν δεν
ισχύει κάτι τέτ ι , επικ ινωνήστε με ένα από τα εξ υσι δ τημένα κέντρα
επισκευών ΜΠΕΝΡΟΥΜΠΗ και μην χρησιμ π ιείτε τη συσκευή.
• Πάντα συνδέετε την συσκευή σας με πρίζα π υ διαθέτει γείωση. Η μη
τήρηση αυτής της υπ χρέωσης μπ ρεί να δηγήσει σε ηλεκτρ πληξία και
ενδεχ μένως σε σ βαρό τραυματισμό. Για λόγ υς ασφαλείας, η πρίζα πρέπει
να πληρ ί τις πρ διαγραφές π υ ισχύ υν στη χώρα σας. Αν η ηλεκτρική σας
εγκατάσταση δεν διαθέτει γείωση, πριν βάλετε τ φις στη πρίζα θα πρέπει
πωσδήπ τε να ζητήσετε από ένα εξ υσι δ τημέν τεχνικό να τρ π π ιήσει
την ηλεκτρική σας εγκατάσταση σύμφωνα με τις τεχνικές πρ διαγραφές.
• Οπ ι δήπ τε λάθ ς στη σύνδεση ακυρώνει την εγγύηση.
• Κάθε επισκευή από μη εξ υσι δ τημέν τεχνικό των κέντρων Service
ΜΠΕΝΡΟΥΜΠΗ ΑΚΥΡΩΝΕΙ ΤΗΝ ΕΓΓΥΗΣΗ.
• Μην χρησιμ π ιείτε π τέ τη συσκευή στ μπάνι , τ ντ υς ή την πισίνα η
άλλ υς εξωτερικ ύς χώρ υς .
• Μην βυθίζετε π τέ τη συσκευή σε νερό ή σε π ι δήπ τε άλλ υγρό.
• Μην τ π θετείτε και μην χρησιμ π ιείτε π τέ τη συσκευή σε μέρη όπ υ
μπ ρεί να βραχεί ή να έρθει σε επαφή με νερό.
• Π τέ μην αφήνετε τη συσκευή εκτός της επίβλεψής σας κατά τη διάρκεια της
λειτ υργίας.
• Π τέ μην συνδέετε τ καλώδι τ υ ρεύματ ς στην πρίζα σε περίπτωση π υ
η επιφάνεια της συσκευής είναι βρεγμένη ή έστω νωπή.
• Π τέ μην επιχειρείτε να ακ υμπήσετε μια συσκευή π υ έχει πέσει σε νερό ή
έχει βραχεί. Κατεβάστε τ γενικό διακόπτη τ υ ρεύματ ς και βγάλτε τ
καλώδι τ υ ρεύματ ς από την πρίζα.

• Μην ακ υμπάτε τη συσκευή με βρεγμένα ή νωπά χέρια.
• Μην χρησιμ π ιείτε τη συσκευή σε σημεία όπ υ μπ ρεί να υπ στεί πτώση.
• Πάντα απ συνδέετε τ καλώδι τ υ ρεύματ ς από την πρίζα πριν
μετακινήσετε τη συσκευή.
• Ελέγξτε κατά διαστήματα τ καλώδι για τυχόν φθ ρές.
• Αν τ καλώδι ή η πρίζα είναι κατεστραμμένα ή παρ υσιάζ υν βλάβη, μην
λειτ υργείτε τη συσκευή πρ ς απ φυγή κινδύν υ και απευθυνθείτε
σε ένα από τα εξ υσι δ τημένα κέντρα επισκευών ΜΠΕΝΡΟΥΜΠΗ για
έλεγχ και αντικατάσταση.
• Μην αφήνετε τ καλώδι τ υ ρεύματ ς να κρέμεται σε γωνίες τραπεζιών
όπ υ μπ ρεί να πρ σεγγίζεται από παιδιά ή να έρχεται σε επαφή με ζεστές
επιφάνειες.
• Π τέ μην αφήνετε τ καλώδι τ υ ρεύματ ς διπλωμέν κατά την διάρκεια
της χρήσης της συσκευής. Ξεδιπλώστε τ τελείως.
• Η επίβλεψη της συσκευής είναι απαραίτητη όταν χρησιμ π ιείται κ ντά σε
παιδιά ή σε άτ μα με μειωμένες σωματικές ή πνευματικές ικανότητες.
• Η συσκευή δεν πρέπει να χρησιμ π ιείται από παιδιά ή από άτ μα με
μειωμένες σωματικές ή πνευματικές ικανότητες χωρίς επίβλεψη και αν δεν
τ υς έχ υν δ θεί ακριβής δηγίες για τη χρήση της συσκευής από κάπ ι
άτ μ υπεύθυν για την ασφάλειά τ υς. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι δεν χρησιμ π ι ύν
τη συσκευή για παιχνίδι.
• Μην αφήνετε τα παιδία η τα ζώα να παίζ υν η να αγγίζ υν τη συσκευή.
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ! Οι αεραγωγ ί ζεσταίν νται κατά τη διάρκεια της λειτ υργίας .
• Μην καλύπτετε τη συσκευή. Υπάρχει κίνδυν ς υπερθέρμανσης
• Ελέγξτε την κατάσταση της συσκευής, αφ ύ τη βγάλετε από τη συσκευασία
της. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι όλα τα μέρη-εξαρτήματα της συσκευής περιλαμβάν νται
στη συσκευασία και ότι δεν έχ υν υπ στεί φθ ρές.
• Βεβαιωθείτε ότι έχετε απ συνδέσει τ καλώδι τ υ ρεύματ ς από την πρίζα
πριν συναρμ λ γήσετε ή απ συναρμ λ γήσετε τη συσκευή.
• Πάντα απ συνδέετε τ καλώδι τ υ ρεύματ ς από την πρίζα πριν
πραγματ π ιήσετε π ιαδήπ τε διαδικασία καθαρισμ ύ ή συντήρησης.
• Π τέ μην απ συνδέετε τη συσκευή από τ ρεύμα τραβώντας την από τ
καλώδι . Απ συνδέστε τη τραβώντας πάντα από τ φις.
• Μην χρησιμ π ιείτε τη συσκευή σας στ μπάνι ή κ ντά σε πισίνα ή σε
π ι δήπ τε σημεί όπ υ υπάρχει τ ενδεχόμεν να βραχεί.
• Πάντα γυρίζετε τ ν περιστρεφόμεν ρυθμιστή ταχύτητας στη θέση “0” ώστε
να απενεργ π ιηθεί η συσκευή πριν την συνδέσετε ή την απ συνδέσετε από
την πρίζα.
• Πάντα απ συνδέετε την συσκευή από την πρίζα όταν δεν την
χρησιμ π ιείτε.
• Π τέ μην χρησιμ π ιείτε την συσκευή μετά από πτώση ή αν παρ υσιάζει
π ιαδήπ τε βλάβη και απευθυνθείτε σε ένα από τα εξ υσι δ τημένα κέντρα
επισκευών ΜΠΕΝΡΟΥΜΠΗ.
• Αν η συσκευή δεν λειτ υργεί καν νικά, απ συνδέστε τ φις από την πρίζα
και απευθυνθείτε σε ένα από τα εξ υσι δ τημένα κέντρα επισκευών

ΜΠΕΝΡΟΥΜΠΗ για έλεγχ , επισκευή ή αντικατάσταση.
• Βεβαιωθείτε ότι τ καλώδι τ υ ρεύματ ς δεν είναι σφηνωμέν από
π ι δήπ τε αντικείμεν π.χ. από κάπ ι έπιπλ . Μην πατάτε π τέ τ
καλώδι τ υ ρεύματ ς και μην τ τ π θετείτε π τέ κάτω από χαλιά ή πατάκια
όπ υ υπάρχει κίνδυν ς να τ πατήσετε. Κρατάτε τ καλώδι τ υ ρεύματ ς
σε σημεί όπ υ δεν υπάρχει κίνδυν ς να σκ ντάψετε.
• Η χρήση καλωδίων επέκτασης π υ δεν εγκρίν νται από τ ν κατασκευαστή
της συσκευής μπ ρεί να πρ καλέσει βλάβη, τραυματισμ ύς και ατυχήματα.
• Μην αφήνετε τη συσκευή σε λειτ υργία όταν δεν είστε στ σπίτι.
Βεβαιωθείτε ότι ρυθμιστής ταχύτητας βρίσκεται στη θέση “O” και
ρύθμιστης θερμ κρασίας στην χαμηλότερη θέση. Βγάζετε πάντα τ καλώδι
τ υ ρεύματ ς από την πρίζα .
• Κρατάτε πάντα τη συσκευή σε απόσταση 100εκ τ υλάχιστ ν από έπιπλα,
μαξιλάρια, κρεβάτια, χαρτιά, ενδύματα, κ υρτίνες κλπ. Βγάζετε τη συσκευή
από τη πρίζα όταν δεν είναι σε χρήση. Μην τραβάτε π τέ τ καλώδι
πρ κειμέν υ να τ βγάλετε από τη πρίζα.
• Μην τ π θετείτε π τέ τη συσκευή ακριβώς κάτω από τη πρίζα .
• Μην χρησιμ π ιείτε πότε τη συσκευή σε δωμάτια με διαρρ ή υγραερί υ η
άλλ υ εύφλεκτ υ υλικ ύ όπως βερνίκι η κόλλα.
• Μην τ π θετείτε υφάσματα / ρ ύχα πάνω στη συσκευή για να στεγνώσ υν
ή για π ι δήπ τε άλλ λόγ .
• Κρατάτε πάντα τις εξόδ υς τ υ αέρα ελεύθερες χωρίς κάπ ι αντικείμεν
σε απόσταση 1 μέτρ τ υλάχιστ ν.
Προσοχή: Για την απ φυγή τυχόν κινδύν υ, μην βάζετε ξένα αντικείμενα
π.χ. μ λύβια, κτλ. μέσα στις γρίλιες/εξόδ υς της συσκευής όταν η συσκευή
είναι συνδεδεμένη στην πρίζα και όταν βρίσκεται σε λειτ υργία.
Προσοχή: Π τέ μην βάζετε τα δάχτυλά σας ανάμεσα στις γρίλιες της
συσκευής όταν τ αερόθερμ είναι συνδεδεμέν με την πρίζα και όταν
βρίσκεται σε λειτ υργία.
• Διατηρείτε πάντα τη συσκευή καθαρή. Πριν τ ν καθαρισμό της, πάντα
απ συνδέετε τη συσκευή από τ ρεύμα.
• Τ π θετείτε και λειτ υργείτε τη συσκευή μόν επάνω σε επίπεδη, σταθερή
και στεγνή επιφάνεια.
• Μην χρησιμ π ιείτε τη συσκευή σε εξωτερικ ύς χώρ υς.
• Απ θηκεύετε τη συσκευή σας σε δρ σερό και ξηρό μέρ ς. Πριν
χρησιμ π ιήσετε τη συσκευή ύστερα από μεγάλ χρ νικό διάστημα,
βεβαιωθείτε ότι είναι καθαρή και στεγνή.
• Απ θηκεύστε την συσκευή σε σημεί π υ να μην πρ σεγγίζεται από παιδιά.
• Για την ασφάλειά σας, η συσκευή αυτή συμμ ρφώνεται σύμφωνα με τα
ισχύ ντα πρότυπα, τ υς κανόνες ασφαλείας και τις δηγίες περί χαμηλής
Τάσης, Ηλεκτρ μαγνητικής Συμβατότητας, Πρ στασίας τ υ περιβάλλ ντ ς
κλπ.
• Για να μετακινήσετε τη συσκευή σβήστε τη και χρησιμ π ιείστε τις λαβές.
• Προσοχή: Μην χρησιμ π ιείτε τη συσκευή επάνω σε χαλιά ή φλ κάτες.
• Μην αφήνετε τ καλώδι να έρχεται σε επαφή με τις ζεστές επιφάνειες κατά

τη διάρκεια της λειτ υργίας.
• Μην χρησιμ π ιείτε τη συσκευή σε εξωτερικό χώρ ή σε υγρό πάτωμα.
• Η συσκευή σας διαθέτει πρ στατευτικό πλέγμα τ π ί εμπ δίζει την
άμεση επαφή με τις θερμαντικές λάμπες, και πρέπει να βρίσκεται
τ π θετημέν στην κατάλληλη θέση όταν η συσκευή βρίσκεται σε λειτ υργία.
• Προσοχή: Μην συνδέετε τη συσκευή με εξωτερικές συσκευές π υ ανάβ υν
αυτόματα τη συσκευή σας όπως πρ γραμματιστής, χρ νόμετρ ή άλλ ,
καθώς υπάρχει κίνδυν ς πρόκλησης φωτιάς εάν η συσκευή καλυφθεί ή δεν
έχει τ π θετηθεί σωστά.

Τα Μέρη της Συσκευής
Οδη ίες χρήσης
Πριν θέσετε τη συσκευή σε λειτ υργία, θα πρέπει να ελέγξετε τα παρακάτω:
1. Αν υπάρχει π ιαδήπ τε βλάβη, φθ ρά ή σπάσιμ στις αντιστάσεις ή στ καλώδι τ υ
ρεύματ ς.
2. Πριν συνδέσετε τη συσκευή, ελέγξτε αν η τάση π υ υπ δεικνύεται στη συσκευή συμφωνεί
με την τάση της κεντρικής παρ χής στ σπίτι σας. Αν δεν ισχύει κάτι τέτ ι , επικ ινωνήστε με
ένα από τα εξ υσι δ τημένα κέντρα επισκευών ΜΠΕΝΡΟΥΜΠΗ και μην χρησιμ π ιείτε
τη συσκευή.
• Τ π θετήστε τη συσκευή σε επίπεδη, σταθερή και μη εύφλεκτη επιφάνεια. Η χρήση της
συσκευής σε μη επίπεδη επιφάνεια μπ ρεί να επηρεάσει τη σωστή λειτ υργία της.
• Συνδέστε τ καλώδι τ υ ρεύματ ς στην πρίζα. Η λυχνία ένδειξης λειτ υργίας θα ανάψει.

- Επιλο ή θερμοκρασίας :
O: Η συσκευή είναι κλειστή
I: Χαμηλό επίπεδ θερμότητας με κατανάλωση περίπ υ 600W
II: Μεσαί επίπεδ θερμότητας με κατανάλωση περίπ υ 1800W
III: Μέγιστ επίπεδ θερμότητας με κατανάλωση περίπ υ 2400W.
Η συσκευή σας διαθέτει 3 επίπεδα θερμότητας. Για να επιτύχετε τ χαμηλό επίπεδ
θερμότητας ή την κατανάλωση 600W στρέψτε τ διακόπτη στη θέση “Ι”. Η μεσαία λάμπα θα
ανάψει. Σε αυτή τη θέση θα είναι μ νίμως αναμένη και για λόγ υς ασφαλείας θερμ στάτης
δεν μπ ρεί να ρυθμιστεί έτσι ώστε να τη σβήσει.
Για να επιτύχετε τ μεσαί επίπεδ θερμότητας ή την κατανάλωση 1800W στρέψτε τ
διακόπτη στη θέση “ΙΙ” και τ ν θερμ στάτη δεξιόστρ φα στ μάξιμ υμ. Οι επάνω δύ λάμπες
θα ανάψ υν, ενώ η κάτω λάμπα δεν θα ανάψει.
Για να επιτύψετε τ ανώτατ επίπεδ θερμότητας ή την κατανάλωση 2400W στέψτε τ
διακόπτη στη θέση “ΙΙΙ” και τ ν θερμ στάτη στ μάξιμ υμ. Η συσκευή λειτ υργεί πλέ ν σε
πλήρη ισχύ και έχ υν ανάψει και ι τέσσερις λάμπες.
Σημείωση: Μπ ρείτε επίσης να επιτύχετε τ χαμηλό επίπεδ θερμότητας ή την κατανάλωση
600W στρέφ ντας τ ν διακόπτη θέρμανσης είτε στη θέση “Ι” είτε στη θέση “ΙΙ” και τ
θερμ στάτη αριστερόστρ φα στ μίνιμ υμ.
Έλε χος της θερμοκρασίας: Η συσκευή σας διαθέτει θερμ στάτη. Πρόκειται για τ μεγάλ
περιστρεφόμεν κ υμπί π υ βρίσκεται επάνω από τ διακόπτη θερμότητας. Η συσκευή σας
θα διατηρήσει την επιθυμητή θερμ κρασία δωματί υ π υ επιλέξατε στρέφ ντας τ κ υμπί.
Στρέφ ντας τ κ υμπί δεξιόστρ φα θα διατηρήσετε μία πι υψηλή θερμ κρασία δωματί υ.
Στρέφ ντας τ κ υμπί αριστερόστρ φα θα διατηρήσετε μία πι χαμηλή θερμ κρασία
δωματί υ.
Όταν επιτευχθεί η επιθυμητή θερμ κρασία δωματί υ, θερμ στάτης θα σβήσει αυτόματα την
επάνω και την κάτω λάμπα (μόν για τη θέση “ΙΙΙ”). Για λόγ υς ασφαλείας η μεσαία λάμπα θα
συνεχίσει να ανάβει.
Εάν η θερμ κρασία πέσει κάτω από τ επιθυμητό επίπεδ , θερμ στάτης θα ανάψει
αυτόματα την επάνω και την κάτω λάμπα (μόν για τη θέση “ΙΙΙ”) κ. .κ. Διατηρώντας τ
επιθυμητό επίπεδ θερμ κρασίας.
ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ: ο θερμοστάτης θα λειτουρ εί μόνο όταν ο επιλο έας θερμοκρασίας
βρίσκεται στη θέση “ΙΙ” και “ΙΙΙ”.
• Πάντα γυρίζετε τ διακόπτη επιλ γής ταχύτητας στη θέση «0», τ ν διακόπτη επιλ γής
θερμ κρασίας αριστερόστρ φα ώσπ υ να τερματίσει, και απ συνδέετε τ καλώδι τ υ
ρεύματ ς από την πρίζα:
- Αμέσως μετά την χρήση, και εφόσ ν δεν χρειάζεστε περαιτέρω θέρμανση στ ν
χώρ σας
- Πριν μετακινήσετε τη συσκευή
- Πριν πραγματ π ιήσετε π ιαδήπ τε διαδικασία καθαρισμ ύ ή συντήρησης.
Καθαρισμός-Αποθήκευση
• Πριν πρ χωρήσετε σε π ιαδήπ τε διαδικασία καθαρισμ ύ ή συντήρησης, πάντα
απ συνδέετε τ καλώδι τ υ ρεύματ ς από την πρίζα.
• Κατά τακτά χρ νικά διαστήματα, καθαρίζετε τ κυρίως σώμα της συσκευής με ένα μαλακό
πανί. Για να καθαρίσετε τυχόν επίμ ν υς λεκέδες, χρησιμ π ιείστε ένα υγρό πανί και μαλακό

απ ρρυπαντικό. Κατόπιν αφαιρέστε τα υπ λείμματα τ υ απ ρρυπαντικ ύ με ένα καθαρό υγρό
πανί. Στεγνώστε καλά.
Προσοχή: Για την απ φυγή κινδύν υ ηλεκτρ πληξίας, π τέ μην βυθίζετε τη συσκευή σε
νερό ή π ι δήπ τε άλλ υγρό.
• Μην τ π θετείτε και μην χρησιμ π ιείτε π τέ τη συσκευή σε μέρη όπ υ μπ ρεί να βραχεί
ή να έρθει σε επαφή με νερό. Π τέ μην συνδέετε τ καλώδι τ υ ρεύματ ς στην πρίζα σε
περίπτωση π υ η επιφάνεια της συσκευής είναι βρεγμένη ή έστω νωπή.
Προσοχή: Για την απ φυγή κινδύν υ ηλεκτρ πληξίας ή πυρκαγιάς διατηρείτε τη συσκευή
πάντα στεγνή. Π τέ μην αφήνετε να στάξει νερό ή π ι δήπ τε άλλ υγρό στ εσωτερικό της
συσκευής.
Προσοχή: Μην χρησιμ π ιείτε π τέ διαβρωτικά ή σκληρά απ ρρυπαντικά ή διαλυτικά υγρά
π υ μπ ρεί να αλλ ιώσ υν τ χρώμα.
• Πάντα αφαιρείτε τ καλώδι τ υ ρεύματ ς από την πρίζα όταν δεν χρησιμ π ιείτε τη
συσκευή.
• Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η συσκευή είναι στεγνή και καθαρή πριν την απ θηκεύσετε.
• Απ θηκεύστε τη συσκευή σε καθαρό, δρ σερό και ξηρό μέρ ς μέσα στ κ υτί της ή έτσι
ώστε να είναι πρ στατευμένη από τη σκόνη.
• Πριν χρησιμ π ιήσετε τη συσκευή ύστερα από μεγάλ χρ νικό διάστημα, βεβαιωθείτε ότι
είναι καθαρή και στεγνή και ότι κανένα αντικείμεν δεν υπάρχει ανάμεσα στις αντιστάσεις.
• Απ θηκεύστε την συσκευή σε σημεί π υ να μην πρ σεγγίζεται από παιδιά.
• Μην χρησιμ π ιείτε τη συσκευή σε εξωτερικ ύς χώρ υς.
• Π τέ μην χρησιμ π ιείτε την συσκευή μετά από πτώση ή αν παρ υσιάζει π ιαδήπ τε
βλάβη, και απευθυνθείτε σε ένα από τα κέντρα επισκευών ΜΠΕΝΡΟΥΜΠΗ.
• Σε περίπτωση π υ η συσκευή δεν λειτ υργεί καν νικά, απ συνδέστε τ φις από την πρίζα
και απευθυνθείτε σε ένα από τα εξ υσι δ τημένα κέντρα επισκευών ΜΠΕΝΡΟΥΜΠΗ για

Safety Interlocks
Read carefully and save the instructions for use provided with the
appliance and keep them for future reference.
• Use the appliance only for the intended use as indicated in this instructions
manual.
• Before connecting the appliance on the supply mains, check that the
voltage indicated on the data plate of the appliance corresponds to that of the
voltage mains in your home. If this is not the case, do not use the appliance
and contact one of the authorized BENRUBI Service Centres.
• Always connect your appliance by means of an earthed plug. Non-
compliance with this obligation can cause an electric shock and may lead to
serious injury. It is vital for your own safety that the earthed socket
corresponds to the electrical installation standards in force in your country. If
your household electrical system does not include an earthed socket, it is
vital that you call in an authorized technician before plugging in the
appliance, in order to bring your electrical system up to standard.
• Any fault in the connection, cancels the warranty.
• Any repairs made from a non authorized Benrubi Serivce center, cancel the
warranty.
• Do not use the appliance in the bathroom, near a swimming pool or in any
place where it may get wet.
• Do not place the appliance in places where it may come into contact with
water.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended during use.
• When switching on the appliance for the first time, allow it to run at full
power for about two hours to get rid of the unpleasant smell. Make sure that
the room in which the appliance is located is well ventilated during this
operation. It is normal for the appliance to emit small cracking sounds when
you turn it on during the first use.
• To reduce hazard of injury due to electric shock, always follow the
safeguards as stated below:
• To protect against the risk of electric shock, do not immerse the appliance in
water or any other liquid. The heater should never be used under conditions
where it may be immersed, or come in contact with water. Similarly do not
plug in your heater if its surfaces are wet or damp.

• Never leave the power cable wrapped during use. Unwind it completely.
• Close supervision is necessary for this appliance being used near children.
• This appliance is not intended for use by any person, including children,
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
• Unplug the appliance from the mains supply before any cleaning or
maintenance operations.
• Never pull the power cord to disconnect the appliance from the electrical

Caution : To prevent the risk of overheating do not cover the appliance.

• This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch
hot surfaces. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding,
papers, clothes, and curtains at least 1m from the front of the heater and
keep them away from the sides and rear.
• Avoid the use of an extension cord because the extension cord may
overheat and cause a risk of fire. Never use the appliance with an extension
cord if the plug cannot be fully inserted in place.
• Do not run cord under any material. Do not cover the cord in anyway.
• Do not use the appliance in the presence of or close to explosive or
flammable substances.

unoccupied summer cottage).

• Ensure that no other appliances are plugged into the same circuit as your
heater. A circuit overload could occur, resulting in dimmed lights, blown fuses,
tripped circuit breakers, or fire hazard.
• Route the cord so that it will not be walked on, or pinched by furniture.
• This appliance is intended for normal household use.
• Do not use the heater with a programmer, timer or any other device that
switches the heater on automatically.
Warning : To prevent the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this fan
with any solid state speed control device.
• Do not wash the appliance with water and do not touch it with wet hands.
• Do not cover the appliance with any clothing and do not place alongside

Operating Instructions
Always choose a safe location for the heater, keeping in mind the safety precautions
outlined. Ensure that all packaging has been removed from the unit before use.
- Place the heater on a level, hard and non flammable surface.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable 220V ~ 50Hz wall outlet. The red indicator light will come
on to indicate that there is power to the unit or the unit is plugged in.
- Heat Switch Function:
O: Heating Power is not applied to unit
I: Provides approx 600W heat output
II: Provides approx 1800W heat output
III: Provides maximum 2400W heat output.
Your heater is equipped with three heat settings .To achieve low heat output or 600W of
heat from your heater; turn the heat switch to position “I”. The middle bottom will now glow.

In this position, the element will glow continuously and for safety reason the thermostat can
not be adjusted to switch it off.
To achieve medium heat output or 1800W, turn the thermostat control knob to the
maximum (fully clockwise) and turn the switch to position “II”. The top two elements will
glow, the bottom element will not.
To achieve full heat output or 2400W of heat, turn the switch to position “III” and the
thermostat control knob to the maximum. Your heater is now running on full power. All
four elements bars will now glow.
Note: Low heat output or 600 watts of heat can also be achieved by turning the heat
switch to either position “II” and “III” and the thermostat control knob to minimum (fully
anticlockwise)
- Temperature control
Your heater is also fitted with a thermostat. This is the large rotary knob situated above the
heat switch. Your heater will maintain the desired room temperature you select by turning
the knob. By turning the knob clockwise you will maintain a warmer room temperature. By
turning the knob anti-clockwise your heater will maintain a cooler desired room
temperature.
When the desired room temperature is reached the thermostat will automatically switch off
the top element and bottom element (for position “III” only). For safety reason, the middle
bottom element will glow continuously
If the room temperature drops below the desired comfort level, the thermostat will
automatically switch the top element and the bottom element (for position “III” only) back
on and so forth, maintaining your desired comfort level.
Note: The thermostat will only operate when the heat switch is in position “II” and
“III”
Cleaning Instructions
CAUTION: Always disconnect the cord from the electrical outlet before any cleaning or
maintenance operations.
• Ensure that the heater has been allowed to cool down completely before cleaning.
• Clean the air inlet / outlet grills frequently.
• The exterior surfaces can be cleaned by wiping over with a soft damp cloth and then dried
thoroughly with a soft dry cloth.
• If necessary wipe the exterior surfaces of the heater with a cloth moistened (not dripping wet)
with water. Dry the surface of the appliance thoroughly with a soft dry cloth before operating
the heater.
CAUTION: To prevent the risk of electric shock, do not immerse the appliance in water or any
other liquid.
Caution : Do not allow water to run into the interior of the heater as this could cause fire or
electric shock hazard.
• Never use highly corrosive or abstractive cleaning agents.
• Always unplug the appliance if not in use.
• Make sure the appliance is clean and dry before storage.
• Wrap the power cord on the specially designed position at the lower side of the panel.
• Store the appliance in a clean, dry and cool place in its packaging or in such manner so
that it is protected from the dust.
• Before you use the appliance after a long time period, make sure it is clean and dry and that

no objects is stuck in the openings.
• Allow the appliance to cool down completely before storage.
• Store the appliance away from the reach of children.
• Before cleaning the reflector, please remove the grill by unscrewing the four screws at the
front. The reflector body can be cleaned with a soft damp cloth, using a small quantity of
neutral detergent, taking care not to splash any water in the heater, as this can cause a short
circuit or electric shock. Never use solutions such as benzene, thinners or polishing agents. In
order to get the maximum heat, the reflector must be kept clean.
Safe Appliance Disposal
This product should not be disposed with other household wastes at the end of its working
life. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste
disposal, please separate it from other types of waste and recycle it responsibly to promote the
sustainable reuse of material resources. Household users should contact either the retailers
where they purchased this product, or their local government office, for details of where and
how they can take this item for environmental safe recycling. This product should not be mixed
with other commercial wastes for disposal.
