Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Gas Gerät ist zum Entzünden fester Brennstoffe in
Grills, offenen Kaminen, Kachelöfen, Herden, Pellet-
und Holzöfen etc.bestimmt.
Das Gerät ist nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch
konzipiert. Allgemein anerkannte Unfallverhütungs-
vorschriften und beigelegte Sicherheitshinweise
müssen beachtet werden.
Führen Sie nur Tätigkeiten durch, die in dieser
Gebrauchsanweisung beschrieben sind. Jede
andere Verwendung ist unerlaubter Fehlgebrauch.
Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Schäden die hieraus
entstehen.
Was bedeuten die verwendeten Symbole?
Gefahrenhinweise und Hinweise sind in der
Gebrauchsanweisung deutlich gekennzeichnet. Es
werden folgende Symbole verwendet:

Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
•Für einen sicheren Umgang mit diesem Gerät
muss der Benutzer des Gerätes diese
Gebrauchsanweisung vor der ersten Benutzung
gelesen und verstanden haben.
•Beachten Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise! Wenn Sie
die Sicherheitshinweise missachten, gefährden
Sie sich und andere.
•Bewahren Sie alle Gebrauchsanweisungen und
Sicherheitshinweise für die Zukunft auf.
•Wenn Sie das Gerät verkaufen oder weiterge-
ben, händigen Sie unbedingt auch diese
Gebrauchsanweisung aus.
•Das Gerät darf nur benutzt werden, wenn es ein-
wandfrei in Ordnung ist. Ist das Gerät oder ein
Teil davon defekt, muss es außer Betrieb genom-
men und fachgerecht entsorgt werden.
•Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht in explosionsge-
fährdeten Räumen oder in der Nähe von brenn-
baren Flüssigkeiten oder Gasen!
•Ausgeschaltetes Gerät immer gegen unbeab-
sichtigtes Einschalten sichern.
•Benutzen Sie keine Geräte, bei denen der Ein-
Aus-Schalter nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert.
•Halten Sie Kinder vom Gerät fern! Bewahren Sie
das Gerät sicher vor Kindern und unbefugten
Personen auf.
•Überlasten Sie das Gerät nicht. Benutzen Sie
das Gerät nur für Zwecke, für die es vorgesehen
ist.
•Immer mit Umsicht und nur in guter Verfassung
arbeiten: Müdigkeit, Krankheit, Alkoholgenuss,
Medikamenten- und Drogeneinfluss sind unver-
antwortlich, da Sie das Gerät nicht mehr sicher
benutzen können.
•Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür bestimmt, durch Per-
sonen (einschließlich Kinder) mit eingeschränk-
ten physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen
Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und/oder
Wissen benutzt zu werden, es sei denn, sie wer-
den durch eine für ihre Sicherheit zuständige
Person beaufsichtigt oder erhielten von dieser
Anweisungen, wie das Gerät zu benutzen ist.
•Stellen Sie sicher, dass Kinder nicht mit dem
Gerät spielen.
•Immer die gültigen nationalen und internationa-
len Sicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Arbeitsvor-
schriften beachten.
Elektrische Sicherheit
•Das Gerät darf nur an eine Steckdose mit ord-
nungsgemäß installiertem Schutzkontakt ange-
schlossen werden.
•Die Absicherung muss mit einem Fehlerstrom-
Schutzschalter (FI-Schalter) mit einem Bemes-
sungsfehlerstrom von nicht mehr als 30 mA erfol-
gen.
•Vor Anschließen des Gerätes muss sicherge-
stellt sein, dass der Netzanschluss den
Anschlussdaten des Gerätes entspricht.
•Das Gerät darf nur innerhalb der angegebenen
Grenzen für Spannung und Leistung verwendet
werden (siehe Typenschild).
•Netzstecker nicht mit nassen Händen anfassen!
Netzstecker immer am Stecker, nicht am Kabel
herausziehen.
•Netzkabel nicht knicken, quetschen, zerren oder
überfahren; vor scharfen Kanten, Öl und Hitze
schützen.
•Gerät nicht am Kabel anheben oder Kabel ander-
weitig zweckentfremden.
•Kontrollieren Sie vor jeder Benutzung Stecker
und Kabel.

•Bei Beschädigung des Netzkabels umgehend
Netzstecker ziehen. Gerät nie mit beschädigtem
Netzkabel benutzen.
•Bei Nichtbenutzung muss immer der Netzstecker
gezogen sein.
•Vor Einstecken des Netzsteckers sicherstellen,
dass das Gerät ausgeschaltet ist.
•Vor Ziehen des Netzsteckers immer Gerät aus-
schalten.
•Gerät beim Transport stromlos schalten.
Gerätespezifische Sicherheitshinweise
•Geben Sie niemals Zündflüssigkeit oder mit
Zündflüssigkeit getränkte Kohle auf heiße oder
warme Kohle nach.
• Zum Anzünden oder Wiederanzünden keinen
Spiritus, Benzin oder vergleichbare Flüssig-
keit verwenden!
•Während des Betriebs keine zusätzlichen Brand-
beschleuniger (flüssige Grillanzünder, Paste
etc.) verwenden.
•Das Gerät nach der Verwendung niemals unbe-
aufsichtigt lassen. Verletzungs- und Brandge-
fahr!
•Denken Sie daran, dass Asche und Glut vom
Grill oder dem Kamin bei Verwendung aufgewir-
belt werden kann.
•Nach der Entnahme aus dem Grill das Gerät
unbedingt auf einer nicht brennbaren und hitze-
resistenten Unterlage in der Halterung außerhalb
der Reichweite von Mensch und Tier aufbewah-
ren.
•Das Gerät nicht in feuchter Umgebung betreiben
oder feucht werden lassen.
•Nicht Regen oder Feuchtigkeit aussetzen.
•Unsorgsamer Umgang mit dem Gerät bewirkt
erhöhte Brand- und Explosionsgefahr.
•Verbrennungsgefahr! Nicht die heiße Düse
berühren. Schutzhandschuhe tragen.
•Heißen Luftstrom nie auf Personen oder Tiere
richten.
•Gerät nie als Haartrockner oder zum Trocknen
von Kleidung verwenden.
•Die Lufteintrittsöffnungen nicht blockieren.
•Gerät vor der Aufbewahrung vollständig abküh-
len lassen. Die heiße Düse kann Schaden
anrichten und Brände verursachen.
•Symbole, die sich an Ihrem Gerät befinden, dür-
fen nicht entfernt oder abgedeckt werden. Nicht
mehr lesbare Hinweise am Gerät müssen umge-
hend ersetzt werden.

Vor dem Starten überprüfen!
– Überprüfen Sie den sicheren Zustand des Gerä-
tes:
– Überprüfen Sie, ob die Lufteintrittsöffnungen frei
von Blockierungen sind.
– Überprüfen Sie alle Teile auf festen Sitz.
– Prüfen Sie, ob es sichtbare Defekte gibt: gebro-
chene Teile, Risse usw.
Grill entzünden
►S. 3, Punkt 1
– Legen Sie die Kohle oder Briketts pyramidenför-
mig auf die eine Seite des Grills.
– Schliessen Sie den Anzünder an das Elektronetz
an und halten Sie den Anzünder unter die Pyra-
mide, so dass das Ende des Anzünders die
Kohle berührt.
– Drücken Sie den Ein-Aus-Schalter (2) und halten
Sie den Anzünder ca. 2–3 Minuten in derselben
Position, bis eine Flamme sichtbar wird.
– Wenn die Kohle zu brennen beginnt, führen Sie
den Anzünder langsam 20-30 cm vom Feuer
weg.
– Halten Sie den Ein-Aus-Schalter gedrückt und
richten Sie den Anzünder weiterhin auf die selbe
Stelle der Kohle.
Kamin entzünden
►S. 3, Punkt 2
– Stellen Sie die größten Holzscheite nach hinten
und die kleineren nach vorne.
– Verteilen Sie zerknülltes Papier zwischen den
kleineren Holzscheiten.
Vor Inbetriebnahme Gebrauchsanweisung
lesen und beachten.
GEFAHR! Explosions- und Verbren-
nungsgefahr! Während des Betriebs nie-
mals zusätzlichen Brandbeschleuniger
(Spiritus, Benzin, flüssigen Grillanzünder,
Grillanzünderpaste, etc.) verwenden.
GEFAHR! Brandgefahr! Den Anzünder
niemals direkt ins Feuer oder in die Glut hal-
ten!
WARNUNG! Verbrennungsgefahr! Grill-
handschuhe und entsprechende Kleidung
tragen.
GEFAHR! Verletzungsgefahr! Das Gerät
darf nur in Betrieb genommen werden,
wenn keine Fehler gefunden werden. Ist ein
Teil defekt, muss es unbedingt vor dem
nächsten Gebrauch ersetzt werden.
Hinweis: Abhängig von Menge und Quali-
tät der Kohle dauert es ungefähr 5–6 Minu-
ten, um eine grillfertige Glut zu bekommen.

– Halten Sie den Anzünder so, dass er das Papier
berührt und drücken Sie den Ein-Aus-Schal-
ter (2).
– Wenn das Papier zu brennen beginnt, führen Sie
den Anzünder ungefähr 20–30 cm vom Feuer fort
und schalten Sie ihn nicht aus, bis die kleineren
Holzscheite Feuer gefangen haben.
Nach dem Entzünden
– Sofort nach Beendigung der Arbeit den Netzste-
cker ziehen und das Gerät auf dem Ständer (5)
stehend abkühlen lassen.
Reinigung
– Gerät mit einem leicht angefeuchteten Tuch
abwischen.
– Das Gerät niemals mit Wasser bespritzen oder
dem Wasser aussetzen.
– Zur Reinigung niemals Reinigungs- oder
Lösungsmittel verwenden. Dem Gerät könnten
irreparable Schäden zugefügt werden. Die
Kunststoffteile können von den Chemikalien
angegriffen werden.
– Lufteintrittsöffnungen und Düse von Verunreini-
gungen und Blockierungen befreien.
Aufbewahrung
– Gerät vor Einlagerung vollständig abkühlen las-
sen.
– Lagern Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen Ort.
Störungen und Hilfe
Wenn etwas nicht funktioniert…
Oft sind es nur kleine Fehler, die zu einer Störung füh-
ren. Meistens können Sie diese leicht selbst behe-
ben. Bitte sehen Sie zuerst in der folgenden Tabelle
nach, bevor Sie sich an den Händler wenden. So
ersparen Sie sich viel Mühe und eventuell auch Kos-
ten.
Können Sie den Fehler nicht selbst beheben, wenden
Sie sich bitte direkt an den Händler. Beachten Sie
bitte, dass durch unsachgemäße Reparaturen auch
der Gewährleistungsanspruch erlischt und Ihnen ggf.
Zusatzkosten entstehen.
Entsorgung
Gerät entsorgen
Das Symbol der durchgestrichenen Müll-
tonne bedeutet: Batterien und Akkus, Elek-
tro- und Elektronikgeräte dürfen nicht in den
Hausmüll. Sie können umwelt- und gesund-
heitsschädigende Stoffe enthalten.
Verbraucher sind verpflichtet, Elektro-Altgeräte,
Gerätealtbatterien und Akkus getrennt vom Hausmüll
über eine offizielle Sammelstelle zu entsorgen um
eine sachgerechte Weiterverarbeitung zu gewähr-
leisten. Informationen zur Rückgabe erhalten Sie bei
Ihrem Verkäufer. Die Rücknahme erfolgt kostenfrei.
Batterien und Akkus, die nicht fest in Elektro-Altgerä-
ten verbaut sind, müssen vor der Entsorgung ent-
nommen und getrennt entsorgt werden. Lithiumbatte-
rien und Akkupacks aller Systeme sind nur im entla-
denen Zustand bei den Rücknahmestellen
abzugeben. Die Batterien sind immer durch abkleben
der Pole vor Kurzschlüssen zu sichern.
Jeder Endnutzer ist selbst für die Löschung perso-
nenbezogener Daten auf den zu entsorgenden Altge-
räten verantwortlich.
Verpackung entsorgen
Die Verpackung besteht aus Karton und
entsprechend gekennzeichneten Kunststof-
fen, die wiederverwertet werden können.
– Führen Sie diese Materialien der Wie-
derverwertung zu.
WARNUNG! Verbrennungsgefahr! Legen
Sie das Gerät während des Abkühlens so
ab, dass sich niemand verletzen kann.
Zur Ablage des Gerätes den Ständer (5)
verwenden. Gerät nicht auf leicht brennba-
rer Unterlage ablegen.
GEFAHR! Verbrennungsgefahr! Vor allen
Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten Gerät
ausschalten und den Netzstecker ziehen.
Warten, bis alle beweglichen Teile vollstän-
dig zum Stillstand gekommen sind und das
Gerät abgekühlt ist.
WARNUNG! Verletzungsgefahr! Stellen
Sie sicher, dass unbefugte Personen keinen
Zugang zu dem Gerät haben!
ACHTUNG! Gefahr von Geräteschäden!
Das Gerät darf nicht im Freien aufbewahrt
werden.
GEFAHR! Verletzungsgefahr! Unsachge-
mäße Reparaturen können dazu führen,
dass Ihr Gerät nicht mehr sicher funktio-
niert. Sie gefährden damit sich und Ihre
Umgebung.
Fehler/Störung Ursache Abhilfe
Gerät heizt nicht. Keine Netzspannung? Kabel, Stecker, Steckdose und Sicherung prü-
fen.
Anschlusskabel defekt? Durch Elektrofachkraft ersetzen lassen.
Gerät defekt? Service-Partner kontaktieren.

strom. Gebläse defekt. Gerät stromlos schalten. Nicht mehr verwen- den.

Utilizzo conforme alla destinazione d’uso
L’apparecchio a gas è pensato per l’accensione di
combustibili solidi in barbecue, caminetti, stufe a pia-
strelle, cucine, stufe a pellet e a legno, ecc.
Questo apparecchio non è destinato all’uso commer-
ciale. Osservare le norme generali relative alla pre-
venzione degli incidenti e le indicazioni di sicurezza in
dotazione.
Eseguire unicamente le attività descritte nel presente
manuale di istruzioni. Qualsiasi altro impiego verrà
considerato come un utilizzo improprio. Il produttore
non risponde per eventuali danni derivanti da tale uti-
lizzo.
Cosa significano i simboli usati?
Indicazioni di pericolo e note sono contraddistinte
chiaramente nel manuale di istruzioni. Si utilizzano i
simboli seguenti:

Precauzioni generali
•Per lavorare e gestire questo apparecchio in
sicurezza è necessario che l’utilizzatore se ne
serva per la prima volta dopo aver letto e ben
compreso le presenti istruzioni per l’uso.
•Osservare tutte le precauzioni! Se non si osser-
vano le indicazioni di sicurezza, si mettono in
pericolo se stessi e gli altri.
•Conservare tutti i documenti con le istruzioni per
l’uso e le precauzioni per il futuro.
•In caso di vendita o di cessione dell’apparecchio,
è indispensabile consegnare insieme anche le
presenti istruzioni per l’uso.
•L’apparecchio può essere utilizzato esclusiva-
mente se si trova in perfette condizioni operative.
Se il dispositivo o una parte di esso presenta un
difetto bisogna subito spegnerlo e smaltirlo nel
modo corretto.
•Non utilizzare mai l’apparecchio in ambienti a
rischio d’esplosione o nelle vicinanze di liquidi o
gas infiammabili!
•Assicurarsi sempre che l’apparecchio sia spento
per evitare riaccensioni involontarie.
•Non usare apparecchi nei quali l’interruttore on/
off non funziona correttamente.
•Tenga lontani i bambini dall’apparecchio! Con-
servi l’apparecchio al sicuro da bambini e per-
sone non autorizzate.
•Non sovraccaricare l’apparecchio. Utilizzare
l’apparecchio solo per gli scopi previsti.
•Lavorare sempre con prudenza e in perfette con-
dizioni personali: stanchezza, malattie, uso di
alcol, influenze di medicinali o droghe non per-
mettono di avere un comportamento responsa-
bile poiché non consentono di utilizzare l’appa-
recchio con sicurezza.
•Questo dispositivo non è concepito per essere
utilizzato da persone (inclusi i bambini) con limi-
tazioni fisiche, psichiche o sensoriali o prive di
esperienza riguardo all’uso del dispositivo stesso
e le stesse dovrebbero essere sorvegliate da una
persona competente, la quale dovrebbe istruirli
sull’uso corretto del dispositivo.
•Assicurarsi che i bambini non giochino con
l’apparecchio.
•Osservare sempre le normative nazionali e inter-
nazionali in vigore e inerenti alla sicurezza, alla
salute e al lavoro.
Sicurezza elettrica
•Collegare gli apparecchi soltanto ad una presa di
corrente con contatto di protezione corretta-
mente installato.
•La protezione deve essere eseguita con un sal-
vavita (interruttore di protezione) con una cor-
rente di guasto nominale non superiore a 30 mA.
•Prima di collegare l’apparecchio alla rete elet-
trica, assicurarsi che l’allacciamento di rete coin-
cida con i dati d’allacciamento.
•Gli apparecchi si devono usare soltanto nei limiti
indicati per la tensione, la potenza e la velocità
nominale (vedi targhetta identificativa).
•Non toccare la spina con le mani bagnate! Scol-
legare la spina dalla presa a muro, afferrando
soltanto la spina stessa e non tirando il cavo.
•Non piegare, schiacciare, trascinare o travolgere

Controllare prima di iniziare
– Controllare le condizioni di sicurezza dell’appa-
recchio:
– Controllare che le aperture per l’ingresso dell’aria
siano libere da ostruzioni.
– Assicurarsi che tutti i componenti siano serrati
saldamente.
– Verificare la presenza di guasti visibili: compo-
nenti rotti, incrinature, ecc.
Accendere la griglia

– Disporre il carbone o le bricchette a forma di pira-
mide su un lato del barbecue.
– Collegare l’accenditore alla rete elettrica e tenere
l’accenditore sotto la piramide, in modo che
l’estremità tocchi il carbone.
– Schiacciare l’interruttore on/off (2) e tenere
l’accenditore per circa 2-3 minuti nella stessa
posizione, finché la fiamma non diventa visibile.
– Quando il carbone inizia a bruciare, allontanare
lentamente l’accenditore di 20-30 cm dal fuoco.
– Tenere l’interruttore on/off schiacciato e conti-
nuare a dirigere l’accenditore nella stessa posi-
zione del carbone.

– Quando la carta inizia a bruciare, spostare
l’accenditore a circa 20-30 cm dal fuoco e non
spegnerlo finché i ciocchi di legno più piccoli non
si siano infiammati.
Dopo l’accensione
– Subito dopo aver terminato il lavoro bisogna
estrarre la spina dalla presa e far raffreddare il
dispositivo sul sostegno (5).
Pulizia
– Pulire l’apparecchio con uno straccio legger-
mente inumidito.
– Non spruzzare mai l’apparecchio con acqua né
esporlo all’acqua.
– Per la pulizia non utilizzare mai detersivi o sol-
venti. Questi potrebbero danneggiare irreparabil-
mente l’apparecchio. Le parti in materiale sinte-
tico potrebbero essere intaccate dalle sostanze
chimiche.
– Liberare le aperture per l’ingresso dell’aria e
l’ugello da impurità e intasamenti.
Conservazione
– Prima di riporre l’apparecchio lasciarlo raffred-
dare completamente.
– Tenere l’apparecchio in luogo asciutto.
Guasti ed Assistenza
Se qualcosa non funziona…
Spesso sono solo piccoli difetti che portano a un gua-
sto. Di solito essi possono essere risolti facilmente
dall’utente stesso. Si prega di controllare nella
seguente tabella prima di rivolgersi al rivenditore. In
tal modo si risparmiano molta fatica ed anche even-
tuali spese.
Se non si è in grado di eliminare l’errore da soli, si
prega di rivolgersi direttamente al rivenditore. Le ripa-
razioni inappropriate invalidano la garanzia e pos-
sono causare costi aggiuntivi a suo carico.
Smaltimento
Smaltimento dell’apparecchio
Il simbolo del bidone della spazzatura bar-
rato vuol dire che: batterie e accumulatori,
apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche
non vanno smaltiti nei rifiuti domestici. Que-
sti potrebbero contenere sostanze dannose per
l’ambiente e la salute.
I consumatori hanno l’obbligo di differenziare le appa-
recchiature elettroniche, le batterie vecchie delle
apparecchiature e gli accumulatori dai rifiuti dome-
stici e di smaltirle presso il centro di raccolta ufficiale
per garantire un riutilizzo consono. Le informazioni
sulla restituzione sono fornite dal venditore. Il ritiro è
gratuito.
Batterie e accumulatori non integrati in modo fisso nei
rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche vanno tolti prima
dello smaltimento e smaltiti separatamente. Le batte-
rie al litio e gli accumulatori di tutti i sistemi vanno
consegnati ai punti di raccolta solo una volta scarichi.
Le batterie vanno sempre assicurate da possibili cor-
tocircuiti applicando del nastro adesivo sui poli.
L’utente finale è responsabile della cancellazione dei
dati personali dalle apparecchiature da smaltire.
Smaltimento dell’imballaggio
L’imballaggio è composto da cartone e par-
ticolari in plastica adeguatamente contras-
segnati per essere riciclati.

L’appareil à gaz est conçu pour allumer des combus-
tibles solides dans des grils, des cheminées à foyer
ouvert, des poêles en faïence, des cuisinières, des
poêles à bois et à pellets, etc.
L’objet n’est pas conçu pour une utilisation commer-
ciale. Les directives généralement reconnues en
matière de prévention des accidents et les consignes
de sécurité jointes doivent impérativement être res-
pectées.
Réalisez uniquement des activités qui sont décrites
dans ce mode d’emploi. Toute autre utilisation est
une utilisation non conforme et non autorisée. Le
fabricant décline toute responsabilité pour les dom-
mages en résultant.
Signification des symboles utilisés
Les mises en garde contre des dangers éventuels et
les consignes de sécurité sont distinctement identi-
fiables dans le mode d’emploi. Les symboles sui-
vants seront utilisés :

•Ne pas toucher la fiche secteur avec les mains
mouillées ! Enlever la fiche secteur par la prise et
non pas en tirant sur le câble.
•Ne pliez pas, n’écrasez pas ou n’arrachez pas le
câble secteur ; protégez-le des arêtes tran-
chantes, de l’huile et de la chaleur.
•Ne soulevez pas l’appareil par son câble et n’uti-
lisez pas ce dernier à d’autres fins que celles
auxquelles il est destiné.
•Contrôlez la prise et le câble avant chaque utili-
sation.
•En cas d’endommagement du câble secteur,
débranchez immédiatement la fiche secteur.
N’utilisez jamais l’appareil si le câble secteur est
endommagé.
•Lorsque l’appareil n’est pas utilisé, il faut toujours
que la fiche secteur soit débranchée.
•Avant de brancher la fiche secteur, vérifiez que
l’appareil est hors tension.
•Avant de débrancher la fiche secteur, éteignez
toujours l’appareil.
•Lorsque vous transportez l’appareil, veillez à ce
qu’il soit hors tension.
Consignes propres à l’appareil
•Ne jamais rajouter du liquide d’allumage ou du
charbon trempé de liquide d’allumage sur du
charbon brûlant ou chaud.
• Ne pas utiliser de pétrole, d’essence ou de
liquide comparable pour allumer ou réactiver
le feu !
•Pendant l’exploitation, ne pas utiliser d’accéléra-
teurs de feu supplémentaires (allume-charbon
liquide, pâte, etc.).
•Après l’utilisation, ne jamais laisser l’appareil
sans surveillance. Risque de blessures et
d’incendie !
•Pensez au fait que la cendre et les braises du gril
ou de la cheminée peuvent être remuées lors de
l'utilisation.
•Après avoir retiré l’appareil du barbecue, le stoc-
ker impérativement sur une surface résistante à
la combustible et à la chaleur dans son support,
et le tenir hors de portée pour enfants et ani-
maux.
•Ne pas exploiter l’appareil dans un environne-
ment mouillé ou humide.
•Ne pas exposer à la pluie ou à l’humidité.
•Une manipulation non attentionnée de l’appareil
contribue à un risque d’incendie et d’explosion
accru.
•Risque de brûlures ! Ne pas toucher la buse très
chaude. Porter des gants de protection.
•Ne jamais diriger le courant d’air chaud sur des
personnes ou des animaux.
•Ne jamais utiliser l’appareil comme séchoir ou

Contrôler avant le démarrage !
– Vérifiez les dispositifs de sécurité et l’état de
sécurité de l’appareil :
– Contrôlez si les ouvertures d’entrée d’air sont
libres de blocages.

Allumer le barbecue

– Placez le charbon ou les briquettes en pyramide
sur un côté du gril.
– Branchez l’allume-feu à l’alimentation secteur et
tenez-le sous la pyramide pour que l’extrémité de
l’allume-feu soit en contact avec le charbon.
– Appuyez sur l’interrupteur Marche/Arrêt (2) et
maintenez l’allume-feu dans la même position
pendant environ 2 à 3 minutes jusqu’à ce qu’une
flamme soit visible.
Lisez et respectez le manuel d’utilisation
avant la mise en service de l’appareil.
DANGER ! Danger d’explosion et de
brûlure ! Pendant l’exploitation, ne jamais
utiliser d’accélérateurs de feu supplémen-
taires (pétrole, essence, allume-charbon
liquide, pâte d’allume-charbon, etc.).

– Lorsque le charbon commence à brûler, éloignez
lentement l’allume-feu à 20-30 cm du feu.
– Maintenez l’interrupteur Marche/Arrêt enfoncé et
maintenez l’allume-feu pointé vers le même
endroit du charbon.
Allumer la cheminée
►P. 3, point 2
– Placez les plus grosses bûches à l’arrière et les
plus petites à l’avant.
– Répartissez le papier froissé entre les bûches
plus petites.
– Tenez l’allume-feu de sorte qu’il touche le papier
et appuyez sur l’interrupteur Marche/Arrêt (2).
– Lorsque le papier commence à brûler, approchez
l’allume-feu à environ 20 à 30 cm du feu et ne
l’éteignez pas avant que les bûches plus petites
n’aient pris feu.
Après l’allumage
– Dès que vous avez terminé le travail, débranchez
la prise et laissez refroidir l’appareil debout sur le
support (5).
Nettoyage
– Essuyez l’appareil avec un chiffon légèrement
humidifié.
– Ne jamais arroser l’appareil avec de l’eau ou
l’exposer à l’eau.
– Pour le nettoyage, ne jamais utiliser de produits
de nettoyage ou de solvants. L’appareil peut
subir des dommages irréparables. Les pièces en
plastique peuvent être attaquées par les produits
chimiques.
– Libérer les ouvertures d’entrée d’air et la buse
d’encrassements et de blocages.
Stockage
– Laissez refroidir intégralement l’appareil avant
de le stocker.
– Entreposez l’appareil dans un endroit sec.
Pannes et solutions
Lorsqu’un élément ne fonctionne pas…
Il s’agit souvent de petits défauts qui conduisent à
une défectuosité. Vous pouvez souvent éliminer le
problème par vous-même. Veuillez tout d’abord
consulter le tableau suivant avant de vous adresser à
votre revendeur. Vous économisez ainsi un dérange-
ment et éventuellement aussi des coûts.
Si vous n’êtes pas en mesure d’éliminer la panne par
vous-même, veuillez vous adresser directement à
votre revendeur. Notez que la réalisation de répara-
tions non conformes entraîne l’annulation de la
garantie et vous entraîne éventuellement des coûts
supplémentaires.
Mise au rebut
Mise au rebut de l’appareil
Le symbole de la poubelle barrée signifie :
Les batteries et les accus, les appareils élec-
triques et électroniques ne doivent pas être
jetées avec les ordures ménagères car ils pourraient
contenir des substances nocives pour l’environne-
ment et la santé.
Les consommateurs sont tenus d’éliminer appareils
électriques usagés, les batteries et accus usagés
d’appareils électriques séparément en les remettant
à un point de collecte officiel afin de garantir un trai-
tement adéquat. Pour de plus amples informations
sur le retour, adressez-vous auprès de votre reven-
deur. La reprise est gratuite.
Les batteries et les accus qui ne sont pas intégrés
dans les appareils électriques usagés doivent être
retirés et éliminés séparément avant l’élimination.
Remarque : Selon la quantité et la qualité
du charbon, il faut environ 5 à 6 minutes
pour obtenir des braises prêtes à rôtir.
AVERTISSEMENT ! Risque de brûlures !
Pendant la période de refroidissement, pla-
cer l’appareil de telle manière que personne
ne puisse se blesser.
Pour poser l’appareil, utilisez toujours le
support (5). Ne pas poser l’appareil sur un
support facilement inflammable.
DANGER ! Risque de brûlures ! Éteindre
l’appareil et débrancher la fiche de la prise
avant la réalisation de tous travaux de net-
toyage et de maintenance. Attendre que
toutes les pièces mobiles soient immobili-
sées et que l’appareil ait refroidi.
AVERTISSEMENT ! Risque de bles-
sure ! Assurez-vous que les personnes non
autorisées n’aient pas accès à l’appareil !

Intended use
Gas device is designed for igniting solid fuels in grills,
open fireplaces, tiled stoves, stoves, pellet and wood
stoves etc.
This product is not intended for commercial use. Gen-
erally acknowledged accident prevention regulations
and enclosed safety instructions must be observed.
Only perform work described in these instructions for
use. Any other use is improper. The manufacturer will
not assume responsibility for damage resulting from
such use.
What are the meanings of the symbols used?
Danger notices and information are clearly marked
throughout these instructions for use. The following
symbols are used:

General safety instructions
•To operate this device safely, the user must have
read and understood these instructions for use
before using the device for the first time.
•Observe all safety instructions! Failure to do so
may cause harm to you and others.
•Retain all instructions for use, and safety instruc-
tions for future reference.
•If you sell or pass the device on, you must also
hand over these operating instructions.
•The device must only be used when it functions
properly. If the product or part of the product is
defective, it must be taken out of operation and
disposed of correctly.
•Never use the device in a room where there is a
danger of explosion or in the vicinity of flammable

Electrical safety
•The device may only be connected to a socket
that is correctly installed and grounded.
•The fuse must be a residual current circuit-
breaker with a measured residual current of no
more than 30 mA.
•Make sure that the power supply corresponds
with the connection specifications of the device
before it is connected.
•The tool may only be used within the specified
limitations for voltage and power (see type plate).
•Do not touch the mains plug with wet hands!
Always pull out the mains plug at the plug and not
by the cable.
•Do not bend, crush, pull or drive over the power
cable, protect from sharp edges, oil and heat.
•Do not lift the device using the cable or use the
cable for purposes other than intended.
•Check the plug and cable before each use.
•If the power cable is damaged immediately dis-
connect the plug. Never use the device if the
power cable is damaged.
•If the device is not in use make sure the plug is
pulled out.
•Make sure that the device is switched off before
plugging in the mains cable.
•Make sure that the device is switched off before
unplugging it.
•Disconnect the power supply before transporting
the device.

Device-specific safety instructions
•Never add igniting fluid or coals soaked in igniting
fluid to hot or warm coals.
• Do not use any spirits, gasoline or similar liq-
uids for igniting or re-igniting!
•Do not use any additional fire accelerants (liquid
grill igniters, pastes, etc.) during operation.
•Never leave the device unsupervised after use.
Risk of injury and fire!
•Remember that ash and embers from the grill or
stove may be thrown up during use.
•After removing the device from the grill, be sure
to store it on a non-combustible and heat-resist-
ant base in the holder, beyond the reach of peo-
ple and animals.
•Do not operate the product in moist environments
or allow it to become moist.
•Do not expose to rain or damp.
•Careless handling of the product increases the
risk of fire and explosion.
•Risk of burns! Do not touch the hot nozzle. Wear
protective gloves.
•Never point the hot air current at persons or ani-
mals.
•Never use the product as a hair dryer or for dry-
ing clothing.
•Do not block the air inlet openings.
•Let the product completely cool before storing.
The hot nozzle can cause damage and fires.
•Symbols affixed to your tools may not be
removed or covered. Information on the device
that is no longer legible must be replaced imme-
diately.

Check before starting!
– Check the safe condition of the product:
– Check that the air inlet openings are not blocked.
– Check all parts to make sure that they fit tightly.
– Check whether there are any visible defects: bro-
ken parts, cracks, etc.
Igniting the grill
►P. 3, item 1
– Place the charcoal or briquettes in a pyramid on
one side of the grill.
– Connect the lightter to the power supply and hold
the lighter under the pyramid so that one end of
the lighter touches the coals.
– Press the On-Off switch (2) and hold the lighter in
the same position for approximately 2–3 minutes
until a flame is visible.
– When the coals start to catch fire, slowly move
the lighter back to 20-30 cm away from the fire.
– Continue to hold the On-Off switch down and
point the lighter at the same area of the coals.
Lighting a fire
►P. 3, item 2
– Place the largest pieces of wood at the back and
the smaller ones at the front.
– Distribute scrunched paper between the smaller
pieces of wood.
– Hold the lighter so that it touches the paper and
press the On-Off switch (2).
– When the paper starts to burn, move the lighter
about 20–30 cm away from the fire and do not
switch off until the smaller pieces of wood have
caught fire.
After igniting
– As soon as the work is completed pull out the
mains plug and put the product on its stand (5) to
let it cool down.
Read and observe the instructions for use
before using for the first time.
DANGER! Risk of explosion and burns!
Never use any additional fire accelerants
(spirits, gasoline, liquid grill igniters, grill
ignition paste, etc.) during operation.
DANGER! Danger of fire! Never hold the
lighter directly in the fire or embers!
WARNING! Risk of burns! Wear grilling
gloves and appropriate clothing.
DANGER! Risk of injury! The product
must only be put into operation if no defects
are found. It is crucial that any defective
parts are replaced before the product is
used again.
Note: Depending on the quantity and qual-
ity of the coals, it will take approximately 5–
6 minutes to achieve embers suitable for
cooking.
WARNING! Risk of burns! During the
cool-down period, lay the device down in
such a way that no one can be injured.
Use the stand (5) for resting the device.
Don’t put the device down on any inflamma-
ble surface.

Cleaning
– Wipe down the product with a slightly damp cloth.
– Never spray the product with water or expose it
to water.
– Never use detergents or solvents for cleaning.
This can cause irreparable damage to the prod-
uct. The plastic parts can be eaten away by the
chemicals.
– Keep the air inlet openings and nozzle clear of
impurities and blockages.
Storage
– Allow the product to cool off completely before
storing.
– Store the product in a dry place.
Faults and remedial measures
When something isn’t working…
Malfunctions are often caused by minor faults. You
can easily remedy most of these yourself. Please
consult the following table before contacting the ven-
dor. You will save yourself a lot of trouble and possibly
money too.
If you can’t fix the fault yourself, contact your nearest
vendor. Please be aware that any improper repairs
will also invalidate the warranty and additional costs
may be incurred.
Disposal
Disposal of the appliance
A crossed-out wheelie bin icon means: Bat-
teries and rechargeable batteries, electrical
or electronic devices must not be disposed of
with household waste. They may contain
substances that are harmful to the environment and
human health.
Consumers must dispose of waste electrical devices,
spent portable batteries and rechargeable batteries
separately from household waste at an official collec-
tion point to ensure that these items are processed
correctly. Information on returning these items is
available from the seller. Sellers are required to
accept these items free of charge.
Batteries and rechargeable batteries, which are not
permanently installed in waste electrical devices,
must be removed prior to disposal and must be dis-
posed of separately. Lithium batteries and battery
packs in all systems must only be retuned to a collec-
tion point when discharged. Batteries must always be
protected against short circuits by covering the poles
with adhesive tape.
All end users are responsible for deleting any per-
sonal data stored on waste devices prior to their dis-
posal.
Disposal of the packaging
The packaging consists of cardboard and
correspondingly marked plastics that can
be recycled.

Použití přiměřené určení
Přístroj je určený k zapalování tuhých paliv v grilech,
krbech, kachlových kamnech, sporácích, kamnech
na pelety a dřevo atd.
Přístroj není určen k použití při podnikání. Musí se
dodržovat obecně uznávané předpisy úrazové pre-
vence a přiložené bezpečnostní pokyny.
Vykonávejte pouze činnosti popsané v tomto návodu
k použití. Jakékoli jiné používání je považováno za
neoprávněné chybné použití. Výrobce neodpovídá za
škody, které z toho plynou.
Co znamenají použité symboly?
Upozornění na nebezpečí a pokyny jsou v návodu k
použití zřetelně vyznačeny. Používají se následující
symboly:

•Když přístroj prodáváte nebo předáváte dál, bez-
podmínečně předejte i tento návod k použití.
•Přístroj se smí používat pouze tehdy, pokud je
bez závady. Jsou-li na přístroji nebo na některé
jeho součásti závady, musí být vyřazen z pro-
vozu a odborně zlikvidován.
•Přístroj nepoužívejte v prostorech ohrožených
výbuchem nebo v blízkosti hořlavých kapalin
nebo plynů!
•Vypnutý přístroj vždy zajistěte proti neúmysl-
nému zapnutí.
•Nepoužívejte nářadí, u něhož spínač Zap/Vyp
řádně nefunguje.
•Zabraňte dětem v přístupu k přístroji! Uložte pří-
stroj tak, aby byl bezpečně chráněn před dětmi a
nepovolanými osobami.
•Nepřetěžujte přístroj. Používejte přístroj pouze
pro účely, pro které byl určen.
•Pracujte vždy opatrně a v dobré fyzické kondici:
Pracovat během únavy, onemocnění, požití alko-
holu, pod vlivem léků a omamných látek je
nezodpovědné, protože přístroj nemůžete bez-
pečně používat.
•Nepoužívejte topné těleso s časovým spínačem
nebo s jiným spínačem, který automaticky spíná
přístroj, hrozilo by nebezpeční požáru.
•Zabezpečte, aby si děti nehrály s výrobkem.
•Dodržujte vždy platné národní a mezinárodní
bezpečnostní, zdravotní a pracovní předpisy.
Elektrická bezpečnost
•Přístroj se smí připojit pouze na zásuvku s řádně
instalovaným ochranným kontaktem.
•Zajištění přístroje se musí provést pomocí prou-
dového chrániče (spínač FI) s dimenzovaným
chybným proudem nepřesahujícím 30 mA.
•Před připojením přístroje se musí zabezpečit,
aby síťová přípojka odpovídala hodnotám pro při-
pojení přístroje.
•Přístroj se smí používat pouze v rámci uvede-
ných limitů napětí, výkonu a otáček (viz typový
štítek).
•Nedotýkejte se síťové zástrčky mokrýma
rukama! Síťovou zástrčku vytahuje vždy za
konektor, ne za kabel.
•Síťový kabel nepřehýbat, nepřiskřípnout, netahat
nebo nepřejíždět, chránit před ostrými hranami,
olejem a horkem.
•Přístroj nezdvíhejte za kabel a kabel nepouží-
vejte na žádné jiné účely.
•Před každým použitím zkontrolujte zástrčku a
kabel.
•Při poškození síťového kabelu okamžitě vytáh-
něte síťovou zástrčku. Nikdy nepoužívejte pří-
stroj s poškozeným síťovým kabelem.
•Pokud se přístroj nepoužívá, musí být síťová
zástrčka vždy vytažená.
•Před zasunutím síťové zástrčky zajistěte, aby byl
přístroj vypnutý.
•Před vytažením síťové zástrčky přístroj vždy
vypněte.
•Pro přepravu uveďte přístroj do stavu bez
proudu.

Upozornění specifická pro přístroj
•Na horké nebo teplé uhlí nikdy nepřidávejte
tekutý podpalovač nebo uhlí nasáklé tekutým
podpalovačem.
• Pro zapálení nebo opětovné zapálení nepou-
žívejte líh, benzín nebo podobnou kapalinu!
•Během provozu nepoužívejte žádné další urych-
lovače hoření (tekuté podpalovače grilu, pasty,
atd.).
•Přístroj nenechte po použití nikdy bez dozoru.
Nebezpečí zranění a požáru!
•Nezapomeňte, že při používání se může popel a
žhavé uhlíky z grilu nebo krbu rozvířit.
•Po odebrání přístroje z grilu jej bezpodmínečně
odložte do držáku, umístěného na nehořlavé a
horku odolné podložce, mimo dosah lidí a zvířat.
•Stroj nikdy nepoužívejte ve vlhkém prostředí ani
ho nenamočte.
•Nevystavujte dešti nebo vlhkosti.
•Neopatrná manipulace s přístrojem má za násle-
dek zvýšené riziko požáru a exploze.
•Nebezpečí popálení! Nedotýkejte se horké
trysky. Noste ochranné rukavice.

Před spuštěním přístroj zkontrolujte!
– Zkontrolujte bezpečný stav přístroje:
– Zkontrolujte, jsou-li všechny vstupní otvory vzdu-
chu volné.
– Zkontrolujte, zda jsou všechny součásti pevně
utaženy.
– Zkontrolujte, zda nejsou nějaké viditelné závady:
prasklé díly, trhlinky atd.
Zapálení grilu
►S. 3, bod 1
– Uhlí nebo brikety položte do tvaru pyramidy na
jednu stranu grilu.
– Zapalovač zapojte do elektrické sítě a podržte jej
pod pyramidou tak, aby se jeden konec zapalo-
vače dotýkal uhlí.
– Stiskněte tlačítko zap./vyp. (2) a držte zapalovač
asi 2 – 3 minuty ve stejné poloze, dokud neuvi-
díte plamen.
– Jakmile začne uhlí hořet, pomalu vzdalte zapalo-
vač 20 - 30 cm od ohně.
– Držte tlačítko zap./vyp. a nadále směrujte zapa-
lovačem na stejné místo uhlí.
Zapalování ohně v krbu
►S. 3, bod 2
– Největší polena položte dozadu a menší
dopředu.
– Mezi menší polena rozložte zmačkaný papír.
– Zapalovač držte tak, aby se dotýkal papíru a
stiskněte tlačítko zap./vyp. (2).
– Jakmile začne papír hořet, vzdalte zapalovač cca
20 – 30 cm od ohně, ale nevypínejte jej, dokud
nezačnou hořet menší polena.
Po zapálení
– Ihned po skončení práce vytáhněte síťovou
zástrčku a nechte přístroj na stojánku (5)
vychladnout.
Před uvedením do provozu si přečtěte návod
k použití, a řiďte se jím.
NEBEZPEČÍ! Nebezpečí výbuchu a
popálení! Při provozu nikdy nepoužívejte
další urychlovače hoření (líh, benzín, tekutý
podpalovač grilu, podpalovací pastu, suchý
líh, atd.).
NEBEZPEČÍ! Nebezpečí požáru! Nikdy
nepřikládejte zapalovač přímo k ohni nebo
žhavým uhlíkům!
VAROVÁNÍ! Nebezpečí popálení! Použí-
vejte rukavice a oděv vhodný pro grilování.
NEBEZPEČÍ! Nebezpečí poranění! Pří-
stroj se smí uvést do provozu jen tehdy,
nebyly-li při kontrole zjištěny žádné závady.
Je-li některá součást vadná, je nutno ji před
dalším použitím bezpodmínečně vyměnit.
Poznámka: V závislosti na množství a kva-
litě uhlí budou uhlíky připraveny na grilování
za přibližně 5 – 6 minut.
VAROVÁNÍ! Nebezpečí popálení! Přístroj
odložte za účelem ochlazení tak, aby se
nikdo nemohl zranit.
K odložení přístroje používejte stojan (5).
Neodkládejte přístroj na snadno vznětlivé
podložky.
