INSTALLATION
01. Unpack the thermometer.
02. Pull out the battery cover.
03. Fully extend the probe cable.
04. Pull out the battery insulation strip.
OPERATION
01. As soon as the thermometer is switched on, it will perform a self test and show all display segments for
about 2 seconds and then display the measured temperature instantly.
02. Insert the probe into test substance about 25mm / 1” minimum; get the reading when it becomes stable.
SELECT TEMPERATURE UNIT
01. Press [°C/°F] to select temperature unit.
02. For option 3, press and hold [°C/°F] for about 3 seconds then release to change temperature unit.

2) -50 ~ 300 °C / -58 ~ 572 °F

DATA HOLD
01. Press [HOLD] once will retain the display reading and ‘HOLD’ icon will be flashing.
02. Press the button again to return to normal display.
MAXIMUM/MINIMUM TEMPERATURE MEMORY
01. Press [MAX/MIN] to display the maximum reading and the ‘MAX’ icon will be ashing.
02. Press the button once more to show the minimum reading and the ‘MIN’ icon will be ashing.
03. Press the button again to return to normal display.
04. Reset the memory once before taking new maximum/minimum reading.
05. To reset the memory, switch the thermometer o the on.
HIGH/LOW TEMPERATURE ALARM SETTING (OPTIONS 3 ONLY)
01. Press [SET] and the HI value will ash.
02. Press [ ] or [ ] to set the desired high alarm limit*.
03. Press [SET] to conrm high alarm limit and start low alarm limit setting.
04. Press [ ] or [ ] to set the desired low alarm limit*.
05. Press [SET] to nish alarm limit setting.
06. When the temperature reading is out of the set limits the alarm will sound. Press any key to stop the
alarm sound. The HI or LO icon ill be ashing until the reading is within the set limit.
*Press and hold button to increase or decrease the value automatically and press [ ] to switch the limit
o or on.
POWER OFF/ON
Press [ ] to switch thermometer o/on
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
When the reading becomes dim replace the battery.
NOTE
01. Clean the probe immediately with cleaning wipes after each measurement to avoid
cross contamination.
02. When the maximum/minimum reading is being displayed or the data hold function is activated the
thermometer can not be powered o until all the activated functions are released.
03. If thermometer shows abnormal operation then push the [RESET] button once.
04. If the thermometer is not in use for a long period of time then remove the battery to avoid
battery leakage.
05. Do not operate the thermometer in an environmental temperature lower than 0°C/32°F or higher than
50°C/122°F otherwise readings may be incorrect and it could damage the thermometer.
06. Do not place test probe inside the oven.

INSTALLATION

FONCTIONNEMENT

MAINTIEN DES DONNÉES
01. Appuyez une fois sur [HOLD] pour maintenir la valeur d’achage ; l’icône « HOLD » clignote.
02. Appuyez à nouveau sur le bouton pour revenir à l’achage normal.
MÉMOIRE DE TEMPÉRATURE MAXIMUM/MINIMUM
01. Appuyez sur [MAX/MIN] pour acher la valeur maximale ; l’icône « MAX » clignote.
02. Appuyez sur le bouton une nouvelle fois pour acher la valeur minimale ; l’icône « MIN » clignote.
03. Appuyez à nouveau sur le bouton pour revenir à l’achage normal.
04. Réinitialisez la mémoire une fois avant de relever de nouvelles valeurs maximum/minimum.
05. Pour réinitialiser la mémoire, éteignez puis rallumez le thermomètre.
RÉGLAGE D’ALARME HAUTE/BASSE TEMPÉRATURE (OPTION 3 UNIQUEMENT)
01. Appuyez sur [SET] ; la valeur HI clignote.
02. Appuyez sur [ ] ou sur [ ] pour dénir la limite d’alarme haute souhaitée*.
03. Appuyez sur [SET] pour conrmer la limite d’alarme haute et démarrer le réglage de la limite
d’alarme basse.
04. Appuyez sur [ ] ou sur [ ] pour dénir la limite d’alarme basse souhaitée*.
05. Appuyez sur [SET] pour terminer le réglage de la limite d’alarme.
06. L’alarme retentit si la valeur de température est hors des limites dénies. La sonnerie d’alarme s’arrête
en appuyant sur n’importe quelle touche, mais l’icône HI ou LO continue de clignoter jusqu’à ce que la
valeur se trouve dans la limite dénie.
* Maintenez le bouton enfoncé pour augmenter ou diminuer automatiquement la valeur et appuyez sur [ ]
pour activer ou désactiver la limite..
MARCHE/ARRÊT
Appuyez sur [ ] pour éteindre/allumer le thermomètre.
REMPLACEMENT DE LA PILE
Lorsque l’achage s’atténue, remplacez la pile.
REMARQUE
01. Pour éviter toute contamination croisée, nettoyez immédiatement la sonde avec des lingettes après
chaque mesure.
02. Lorsque la valeur maximum/minimum est achée ou que la fonction de maintien des données est
activée, le thermomètre ne peut pas être éteint tant que toutes les fonctions activées ne sont
pas relâchées.
03. Si le thermomètre présente un fonctionnement anormal, appuyez une fois sur le bouton [RESET].
04. Si le thermomètre n’est pas utilisé pendant une longue période, retirez la pile pour éviter les fuites.
05. Ne vous servez pas du thermomètre à une température ambiante inférieure à 0 °C / 32 °F ou supérieure
à 50 °C / 122 °F. Les valeurs pourraient être incorrectes ou le thermomètre pourrait
être endommagé.
06. Ne placez pas la sonde de test à l’intérieur d’un four.

TEMPERATUREINHEIT AUSWÄHLEN
01. Drücken Sie [ °C/ °F], um die Temperatureinheit auszuwählen.
02. Drücken und halten Sie für Option 3 [°C/ °F] ca. 3 Sekunden lang gedrückt und lassen Sie dann los, um
die Temperatureinheit zu ändern.
DATA HOLD
01. Durch Drücken von [HOLD] wird der angezeigte Wert festgehalten und das Symbol
„HOLD“ blinkt.
02. Durch erneutes Drücken der Taste wird wieder die normale Anzeige angezeigt.
SPEICHERUNG DER MAXIMAL-/MINIMAL-TEMPERATUR
01. Drücken Sie [MAX/MIN], um den Maximalwert anzuzeigen, das Symbol „MAX“ blinkt dann.
02. Drücken Sie die Taste erneut, um den Minimalwert anzuzeigen, das Symbol „MIN“ blinkt dann.
03. Drücken Sie die Taste erneut, um zur normalen Anzeige zurückzukehren. ‘
04. Setzen Sie den Speicher einmal zurück, bevor ein neuer Maximal-/Minimalwert gemessen wird.
05. Um den Speicher zurückzusetzen, schalten Sie das Thermometer aus- und wieder ein.
EINSTELLUNG ALARM HOHE/NIEDRIGE TEMPERATUR (NUR OPTION 3)
01. Drücken Sie [SET], der Wert HI (Hoch) blinkt dann.
02. Drücken Sie [ ] oder [ ] um den Alarmgrenzwert für hohe Temperatur einzustellen*.
03. Drücken Sie [SET], um den Alarmgrenzwert für hohe Temperatur zu bestätigen, und mit der Einstellung
des Alarmgrenzwerts für tiefe Temperatur beginnen.
04. Drücken Sie [ ] oder [ ] um den Alarmgrenzwert für tiefe Temperatur einzustellen*.
05. Drücken Sie [SET], um die Einstellung der Alarmgrenzwerte abzuschließen
06. Wird eine Temperatur außerhalb der eingestellten Grenzwerte gemessen, ertönt der Alarm. Durch Drücken
einer beliebigen Taste wird der Alarm ausgeschaltet, das HI- oder LO-Symbol blinkt aber weiter, bis die
gemessene Temperatur innerhalb der eingestellten Grenzen liegt.
* Indem Sie die Taste drücken und gedrückt halten, erhöht oder verringert sich der Wert automatisch und
durch Drücken des [ ] kann der Grenzwert aus- oder eingeschaltet werden.
AUS- UND EINSCHALTEN
Drücken Sie das [ ], um das Thermometer aus- oder einzuschalten.
BATTERIE WECHSELN
Wechseln Sie die Batterie, wenn die Anzeige schwächer wird.
HINWEIS
01. Reinigen Sie den Fühler sofort nach jeder Messung mit Reinigungstüchern, um eine Kreuzkontamination
zu vermeiden.
02. Wird der Maximal-/Minimalwert angezeigt oder ist die Data-Hold-Funktion aktiviert, kann das
Thermometer nicht ausgeschaltet werden, bis nicht alle aktivierten Funktionen freigegeben werden.
03. Weist das Thermometer einen anormalen Betrieb auf, drücken Sie einmal die Taste [RESET].
04. Wird das Thermometer länger nicht gebraucht, nehmen Sie die Batterie heraus, um ein Auslaufen der
Batterie zu vermeiden.
05. Verwenden Sie das Thermometer nicht bei Umgebungstemperaturen unter 0 °C / 32 °F oder über 50 °C /
122 ° F, sonst kann es zu falschen Messungen oder zur Beschädigung des Thermometers kommen.
06. Legen Sie den Prüühler nicht in einen Ofen.

RETENCIÓN DE DATOS
01. Pulse [HOLD] una vez para mantener la lectura de la pantalla y el icono “HOLD”
comenzará a parpadear.
02. Pulse el botón de nuevo para volver a la visualización normal.
MEMORIA DE TEMPERATURA MÁXIMA/ MÍNIMA
01. Pulse [MAX/ MIN] para visualizar la lectura máxima y seguidamente el icono “MAX”
comenzará a parpadear.
02. Pulse el botón una vez más para que aparezca la lectura mínima y seguidamente el icono “MIN”
comenzará a parpadear.
03. Pulse el botón de nuevo para volver a la visualización normal. ‘
04. Restablezca la memoria antes de registrar una nueva lectura máxima/ mínima.
05. Para restablecer la memoria, apague el termómetro y vuélvalo a encender.
CONFIGURACIÓN DE LA ALARMA DE TEMPERATURA ALTA/ BAJA (SOLO OPCIÓN 3)
01. Presione [SET] y el valor HI (alta) parpadeará.
02. Pulse [ ] o [ ] para congurar el límite de alarma de temperatura alta deseado*.
03. Presione [SET] para conrmar el límite de alarma de temperatura alta e iniciar la conguración del límite
de alarma de temperatura baja.
04. Pulse [ ] o [ ] para congurar el límite de alarma de temperatura baja deseado*.
05. Presione [SET] para nalizar la conguración del límite de alarma.
06. Cuando la temperatura sobrepase los límites establecidos, sonará la alarma. Si pulsa cualquier botón, la
alarma se detendrá. Sin embargo, el icono HI o LO (alta o baja) seguirá parpadeando hasta que la lectura
de la temperatura vuelva dentro del límite establecido.
*Mantenga pulsado el botón para aumentar o disminuir el valor automáticamente y, si pulsa [en el
icono] podrá cambiar el límite de apagado o encendido.
ENCENDIDO/ APAGADO
Pulse [ ] para encender/ apagar el termómetro.
SUSTITUCIÓN DE LAS PILAS
Cuando la pantalla empiece a verse borrosa, cambie las pilas.
NOTA
01. Limpie la sonda inmediatamente con toallitas después de cada medición para evitar el riesgo
de contaminación.
02. Cuando la pantalla indique la temperatura máxima/ mínima o se active la función de retención de datos,
el termómetro no se podrá apagar hasta que se desactiven todas las funciones activadas.
03. Si el termómetro muestra alguna anomalía en el funcionamiento, pulse el botón [RESET] una vez.
04. Si no va a usar el termómetro durante un largo período de tiempo, retire las pilas para evitar que se
produzcan fugas en las mismas.
05. No use el termómetro a una temperatura ambiente inferior a 0 °C/ 32 °F o superior a 50 °C/ 122 °F. De lo
contrario, podrían producirse lecturas incorrectas o daños en el termómetro.
06. No coloque la sonda de prueba dentro del horno.

INSTALLAZIONE
01. Rimuovere il termometro dalla confezione.
02. Aprire il coperchio della batteria e inserire la batteria.
03. Estrarre la fascetta isolante della batteria.
04. Estendere completamente il cavo della sonda.
USO
01. Non appena il termometro viene acceso, esegue una prova automatica e visualizza tutti i segmenti per
circa 2 secondi, quindi indica immediatamente la temperatura misurata.
02. Inserire la sonda nella sostanza di prova a circa 25 mm / 1” minimo; eettuare la lettura quando
diventa stabile.

MANTENIMENTO DEI DATI
01. Premere [HOLD] una volta, per mantenere la lettura del display e l’icona [HOLD] inizia
a lampeggiare.
02. Premere di nuovo il pulsante per tornare alla schermata normale.
MEMORIA TEMPERATURA MASSIMA / MINIMA
01. Premere [MAX/MIN] per visualizzare la lettura massima e l’icona [MAX] lampeggia.
02. Premere ancora una volta il pulsante per visualizzare la lettura minima e l’icona [MIN] lampeggia.
03. Premere di nuovo il pulsante per tornare alla schermata normale. ‘
04. Prima di acquisire una nuova lettura di massimo/minimo, resettare la memoria.
05. Per resettare la memoria, spegnere il termometro e riaccenderlo.
IMPOSTAZIONE ALLARME ALTA/BASSA TEMPERATURA (SOLO OPZIONE 3)
01. Premere [SET] e il valore HI lampeggia.
02. Premere [ ] o [ ] per impostare il limite alto di allarme desiderato*.
03. Press [SET] per confermare il limite alto di allarme e l’impostazione del limite basso di
allarme iniziale.
04. Premere [ ] o [ ] per impostare il limite basso di allarme desiderato*.
05. Premere [SET] per terminare l’impostazione del limite di allarme.
06. Se la lettura della temperatura non rientra nei limiti preimpostati, viene e messo un allarme. La pressione
di un tasto qualsiasi interrompe il suono di allarme, anche se l’icona HI o LO continua a lampeggiare
nché la lettura non rientra nei limiti prestabiliti.
* Tenere premuto il pulsante per aumentare o diminuire il valore automaticamente, oppure premendo
sull’icona [ON] si disattiva o attiva il limite.
ACCENSIONE/SPEGNIMENTO
Premere l’icona [ ] per spegnere o accendere il termometro.
SOSTITUZIONE DELLA BATTERIA
Se la lettura diventa dicoltosa, sostituire la batteria.
NOTA
01. Pulire immediatamente la sonda con panni per la pulizia dopo ogni misurazione, onde evitare la
contaminazione incrociata.
02. Quando viene visualizzata la lettura massima/minima o se è attivata la funzione di mantenimento dei dati,
non è possibile spegnere il termometro nché tutte le funzioni attivate non vengano rilasciate.
03. Se il termometro funziona in modo anomalo, premere una volta il pulsante [RESET].
04. Se il termometro non viene utilizzato per periodi prolungati, rimuovere la batteria al ne di evitare perdite
dalla batteria.
