Universal Li-ion Battery Charger User Manual
Please read the instructions carefully before use to
avoid ill effect of the charger for improper use and
may result in fire, electric shock or injury in
serious situations

1) The unit can charge 1-2 AA/AAA nickel-cadmium/nickel hydride
rechargeable batteries or 1-2 Li-ion batteries each time.
2) If you want to charge nickel-cadmium/nickel hydride rechargeable
batteries or 1-2 Li-ion batteries, please put the batteries into cell slots
and note the “+”and ”-”marks in the slots.
3) After connecting the charger with power supply, LED will flashes
for a while and then turn off.
4) There are two LEDs: red LED and green LED. The red LED lights
when the battery is being charged. The green LED lights when
charging is finished.
5) When charging is finished or when the unit is not used, please
unplug the charger and take out the battery.

1. New rechargeable battery will not perform best until is used for 2-3
times. For rechargeable battery kept more than 1 week, it should be
charged again before it is used because the electricity can lose
automatically.
2. It is normal to find the battery a little hot during charging process.
The battery temperature will recover after it is full.
3. For the purpose of best performance of charging, please use the
Charger the unit in a ventilated indoor circumstance.
4. The charging time differs from the different capacity of battery.
5. If the charger is not used for a long time, please take out the battery.

1. The battery charger should only be used on nickel-cadmium/nickel
hydride rechargeable batteries/ Li-ion batteries.
2. Please don’t charge other kind of battery (i.e. alkaline battery, carbon zinc
rechargeable batteries and other unlisted battery), which will cause Battery
leaks or explosions
3. Do not use power strip/extended socket or other accessory not approved
by security institution in order to prevent fire, electric shock or injury.
4. Must cut off the mains before the charger is cleaned or after used.
5. Do not wet, burn or disassemble the charger and battery; Do not put the
battery in a short circuit; Do not put any metal or articles into the charger.
6.The battery charger is only used in indoor circumstance so you should not
use it in rainy, snowy or other vile weather.

Output 2: USB 5V –2100mA(max) ±10%
1）When USB is loading 5V / 1000mA -2100mA,
there will be no charging current for Output 1.
2）When USB is loading 5V / 1000mAor below,
charging current for output1 will be half.
3）When PC USB inputs, input current is 500mA
or below and USB output current is 500mAor
below.
4）When PC USB input, charging current for
output 1 will be 250mA. When USB is loading，
there will be no charging current for Output 1.
