SECURITY GUIDANCE
Security Guidance
Weight Limitations
The user must perform all of the procedures in this manual.
This product is suitable for users with age between 18 to 75 years old.
Do not drive on public highway.
No over cross any gap which is over 100 mm (3.94") in width.
Never try to overpass obstacle which is over 40 mm (1.57") in height.
Wheelchair is suitable for both outdoor and indoor use, hospital, senior center, family
or similar circumstances use only.
The suitable environment of using electric wheelchair:
Temperature -10 ～+50℃, Atmospheric Pressure 860 ～1060hPa, Humidity 10% ～
93%.
Power Source Condition:
Charging Voltage AC 220V 50Hz, Battery Voltage DC 24V 6Ah, Power of Motor ≥
250W environmental conditions that might be harmful to the wheelchair (e.g. inclines
greater than 9 degrees, rain, snow, ice, etc.), such as temperature and humidity.
Operate wheelchair after it is under unfolded condition and only allow one person on
wheelchair all time.
The wheelchair is tested with simulation of human model at 120 kgs load capacity.
Your wheelchair is rated for a maximum weight capacity. Please refer to the product specifi-
cations table for this limit. Keep in mind that the maximum weight capacity includes the
combined weight of the user and any accessories mounted to the wheelchair. Stay within
the specified weight capacity of your wheelchair. Exceeding the weight capacity voids your
warranty. We will not be held responsible for injuries and/or property damage resulting from
failure to observe weight limitations.
We are not responsible for any damage and inquiry cause due to over
weight.
Not to drive on dangerous slopes.
Not to drive backwards when going up and down a hill. Max grad ability
is uphill 8°.

The wheelchair (Models D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E) has a base with Aluminium
alloy frame, two front wheels, two rear wheels, two anti-tip wheels, a seat, an adjustable
steering column, a tiller console, an electric motor, an electromagnetic brake, 2 rechargeable
Lithium-Ion Batteries with an off-board charger. The movement of the wheelchair is controlled
by the rider who operates the throttle lever, speed control dial and handle on the tiller con-
sole. The device is installed with an electromagnetic brake that will engage automatically
when the wheelchair is not in use and the brake cannot be used manually. The wheelchair
only can be operated on the flat road.
Indications for use:
It is a motor driven, indoor and outdoor transportation vehicle with the intended use to
provide mobility to a disabled or elderly person limited to a seated position.

away from babies and children. Do not use the plastic bag in cribs,
beds, carriages or playpens. The plastic bag is not a toy.

◎General Safety

Adjust the D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E Wheelchair to your personal comfort
level as much as possible.
Take your time to learn how the D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E Wheelchair works
in a private space before you begin operating around others.
Practice bending, reaching and transferring in and out of D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D /
D09E Power Wheelchair.
Always be aware of your surroundings.
If you are not sure the D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E can surpass an obstacle,
try to find another way around.
Make sure that electronic components such as the control panel, battery charge, and
other electronic controlled components avoid moisture. If these components encoun-
ter moisture, dry before use.
The D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E Wheelchair seat is designed for comfort, not
specifically for pressure relief; if you suffer from pressure sores, or if you are at risk
that they will occur, please consult your doctor.
Make sure the D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E Wheelchair is operating smoothly.
Check for any unusual noises, vibration, or a change in the ease of use; if you detect
a problem, get in touch with our service department.

Before sitting, make sure the D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E is switched off, this
will ensure the D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E will not move upon touching the
joystick.
Make sure the footrest is down.
Once on board, make sure your feet are safely on the footrest.

Be alert to the danger of motor vehicles on roads or in parking spaces.
At night or when it is hard to see, use reflective clothing and equipment.
The D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E is designed for use on firm, even surface such
as concrete, asphalt or indoor floor.
Do not operate the D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E Power Wheelchair in sand,
loose soil or over rough terrain, which could damage wheels,bearings, axles or
motors, or loose fasteners.

PRECAUTIONS
SAFE OPERATION
◎Getting Out Of The D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E Power Wheelchair
Do not operate the Fold Power Wheelchair D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E in
water of any kind.
Do not operate the Fold Power Wheelchair D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E up or
down staircase or escalators.
Do turn off the Fold Power Wheelchair D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E when exiting
the chair for safety.
Do practice driving the D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E Portable Electric Wheelchair
in a private, enclosed area.
Do not operate the Fold Power Wheelchair D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E while on
a moving vehicle such as a bus.
Do not lean your body to reach out of the D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E, causing
a balance issue.
Do not exceed the weight limited total of 120kgs for rider plus any items.
Pleasedo not drive the wheelchair on public road and make sure have safety belt
buckled before operation.

CAUTION: OPERATE SAFELY
Make sure to bring the D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E Power Wheelchair to a
complete stop.
Turn off the D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E Power Wheelchair to avoid acciden-
tally opening the joystick and moving the wheelchair.
Raise the armrest so that you can conveniently exit the wheelchair.
Carefully and safely get out of the seat.
Never exceed a total weight of 120 kgs, total for the rider plus items carried.
Exceeding the weight limited is likely to damage the seat, frame or fasteners and
may cause severe injury to you or others.

Never sit in the D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E Power Wheelchair while in a
moving vehicle; an accident or sudden stop may cause you to be thrown from the
wheelchair.
Never transport the D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E Power Wheelchair in the front
seat of a vehicle as it may move and interfere with the driver.
Always secure the D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E Power Wheelchair so that it
cannot roll or shift when being transported in a vehicle.
The D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E Power Wheelchair is NOT approved to be
used with any tie down system, which is generally used to transport a seated user in
a powered wheelchair in a motor vehicle.

PRECAUTIONS
It is important to perform regular maintenance of your D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E
Power Wheelchair for longevity and warranty eligibility. Even a little cleaning now and again
will go a long way to keep your device looking and functioning like new.
Certified repair shops with trained professionals who specialize in electric wheelchairs
and scooters will be qualified to perform the service and maintenance on your D09 / D09B /
D09C / D09D / D09E Power Wheelchair.
We recommend you inspect your D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E Power Wheelchair
two or three times per year in the following areas:
Replacement parts and more major maintenance issues should be done by a professional.
Batteries are special lithium batteries designed specifically for use in the D09 / D09B
/ D09C / D09D / D09E Power Wheelchair.
Read all battery instructions before attempting to change or charge batteries.
When you don’t use the D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E wheelchair for long peri-
ods of time, please charge the battery every month to avoid the battery being dam-
aged.
Use fasteners that have been supplied by manufacturer.
Using the correct tools, tighten any fasteners that become loose as soon as possible.

Many of the screws, bolts and nuts on the D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E are special
high-strength fasteners. Replacing these fasteners with non-approved parts may cause
your D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E Power Wheelchair to result in faulty operation
and may cause harm to you or other people, therefore:
◎Fasteners
Never use non-D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E Power Wheelchair parts or make
changes unless authorized in writing by representative from our company. Doing so will
void the warranty and may create a safety hazard.

Frame: Tighten loose screws as necessary D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E Power
Wheelchair.
Wheels: Make sure they rotate easily. Significant resistance may require new bear-
ings.
Armrest: Look for excessive wear or if they are loose.

INSTALL SETUP
Your D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E Power Wheelchair will arrive carefully packaged in
a cardboard box.
Open the top of the box then turn the box on the side for easier pulling out the chair and
contents.
Total components as bellow:

To unfold the D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E, grasp the push bar and pull up while
holding down on the seat to unfold the chair and complete the assembly.

INSTALL SETUP
Sit on the chair and Lean backwards to make sure the clip locker which located below
the seat to the rear of the D09 / D09B / D09C / D09D / D09E, to lock the seat into place.
This step is very important !!!

Install the controller into the open slot on the arm of the chair, on the right side (if user
needed, can change to left side). tighten knob located under the armrest to secure the
controller in place.

Connect the controller wire harness to the CPU wire harness. Take care the line up the
pins properly as arrow tip indicate, so that they do not get bent, broken or damaged.

BATTERY SETUP
Just put the battery to battery shell on both side of wheelchair, hold the battery handle,
insert the other side of the battery into the opening of the battery tube until the battery is all
the way inside.
Press the buckle on the inner side of the battery box handle with your fingers, and then
grab the battery box handle and pull it out.

Steps:
BACKREST ANGLE FOR MODEL D09C, D09D
Backrest Angle Adjustment Step (For Model D09C, D09D)
1. Pull up hand lever of gas lift at back of backrest.
2. At the same time, hold top frame of backrest with one hancd and push down.
3. Release hand lever of gas lift when reach prefered angle of backrest.
4. Adjustment of backrest angel is completed.
1. Pull up lever of gas lift.
2. Keep on pressing lever till backrest autmatically return to original angel.
3. Backrest angel return to original postiong is completed.

Two adjusting sections availablefor backrest angle adjustment which can be adjusted by
hand, while backrest can be tilted forward fully for saving space.
Push two red round balls to the center togehter at the same time, the other hand push
or pull the top of back rest to the desired angel.
