JBL marine loudspeakers and amplifiers, as
well as the MPS1000 subwoofer, have been
engineered to hold up to the brutal marine
environment without missing a beat.
LOUDSPEAKERS
The MS6100, MS6200 and MS9200 loudspeakers
are designed specifically for marine applications.
Waterproof motor structures, sealed cones and
integrated grilles ensure that these speakers
will stay afloat for years. Features include:
•One-piece cast-polymer basket holds up, even
after excessive exposure to sun and salt
•Sealed magnet protects the motor structure
from water
•Rubber surrounds outlast foam and offer
superior cone-edge suspension
•Grille-mounted tweeter allows the front of the
woofer cone to be sealed, protecting the motor
structure from sea spray and washdowns
•Stainless-steel mounting hardware is included
with all three models
AMPLIFIERS
•JBL marine amplification has been engineered
to withstand harsh marine conditions, with fully
“marinized” circuit boards to ensure flawless
power delivery, year after year
•Onboard 12dB electronic crossovers provide
tuning options for systems of any size
•Variable bass-boost circuit provides additional
bass tuning to optimize performance, regardless
of location
•Low-profile heatsink allows for installation in
tight spaces
POWERED SUBWOOFER
The JBL MPS1000 is a self-enclosed, self-
powered subwoofer that allows you to put bass
anywhere you want. Simply cut an appropriate
hole, mount it and wire it up. No need to wire up
separate amplifiers or build boxes. This powerful
solution is ready to rock with minimal installation.
•Built-in 12dB electronic crossover allows
adjustment between 70Hz and 170Hz
•Built-in bass EQ provides 40Hz adjustment
between –6dB and +3dB
•Controls are located on the front panel, under
awatertight protective cover
•250-Watt Class D amplification
