PROTECT YOUR FURNITURE!!
This product is equipped with non-skid rubber ‘feet’ to prevent the product from
moving when you operate the controls. These ‘feet’ are made from non-migrating
rubber material specially formulated to avoid leaving any marks or stains on your
furniture. However certain types of oil based furniture polishes, wood preservatives,
or cleaning sprays may cause the rubber ‘feet’ to soften, and leave marks or a
rubber residue on the furniture. To prevent any damage to your furniture we strongly
recommend that you purchase small self-adhesive felt pads, available at hardware
stores and home improvement centers everywhere, and apply these pads to the

POWER SOURCE (AC ADAPTOR ONLY)
The JCR-360 is powered by an external 120V AC adaptor with an output of
AC ~ 5V 2000mA.
The unit is also equipped with a battery back-up system for the clock that is powered
by 1 x CR2032 lithium battery (not included).
POWER CONNECTION

Plug the cord of the power adaptor into the DC IN JACK (#18) located on the
back of the JCR-360.
Plug the power adaptor into a 120V~ 60Hz AC household wall socket. The unit
is powered up and in standby mode when you see the display turn on and begin
flashing.
Battery Back-up system
1.) This unit is equipped with a battery back-up system located on the bottom of the
unit that requires 1 x CR2032 lithium battery (not included).
2.) Remove the screw that holds the battery compartment cover in place, and then
remove the BATTERY COMPARTMENT COVER (#12). Insert a CR2032 battery
(not included) into the battery compartment and make sure the positive and
negative (+ or -) sides of the batteries are in contact with the corresponding
terminals in the battery compartment. Replace the BATTERY COMPARTMENT
COVER (#12) and tighten the screw.

IMPORTANT:
If you operate this unit without a back-up battery inserted, you will need to
reprogram the clock, the alarms and the FM radio station presets if the power
is interrupted or if there’s a power outage.
Note:
●If power outage occurs, the unit automatically switches to the battery powersupply
and keeps the clock and alarm settings.
●When replacing the battery, do not disconnect the power adapter. Otherwise, all
clock and alarm settings will be lost.
●Only use a well-known brand of battery to ensure the longest life and best
performance.

Battery Precautions
• Replacement of batteries must be done by an adult.
• The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
• Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
• Exhausted batteries are to be removed.
• Only batteries of the equivalent type are to be used.
• Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.

batteries may explode or leak.
WARNING
DO NOT INGEST BATTERY, CHEMICAL BURN HAZARD
The battery compartment supplied with this product contains a coin/button cell
battery. If the coin/button cell battery is swallowed, it can cause severe internal
burns in just 2 hours and can lead to death.
Keep new and used batteries away from children. If the battery compartment does
not close securely, stop using the product and keep it away from children.
If you think batteries might have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the
body, seek immediate medical attention.
NOTE ON NON-MAGNETICALLY SHIELDED SPEAKERS
This unit is not magnetically shielded and may cause color distortion on the screen
of some TVs or video monitors. To avoid this, you may need to move the unit further
away from the TV or monitor if unnatural color shifts or image distortion occurs.
PLEASE READ BEFORE SETTING THE TIME / DATE / ALARMS
During the set-up process the unit will automatically revert back to the time after 10
seconds if you take too long going through the programming steps. To avoid having
this happen, we highly recommend reviewing all the set-up instructions first to
familiarize yourself with all the steps prior to actually programming the time and
alarms.
STANDBY MODE
STANDBY MODE is when the unit is first plugged into an AC power source (display
flashing) or after all the settings has been made and the time is showing on the
display. Standby mode is also enabled when the FM Radio and nature sounds are
off, no buttons are pressed and no alarms are sounding.

GETTING STARTED
TURNING THE UNIT POWER ON/OFF
When the unit is OFF (STANDBY MODE), tap the POWER / SOURCE
BUTTON (#7) on top of the unit to turn it ON. The last selected input mode icon
will show on LED display.
Tap the POWER / SOURCE BUTTON (#7) on top of the unit again to turn the
unit OFF and put it in STANDBY MODE.

SETTING THE DATE AND TIME
While setting the Date and Time, the unit may automatically revert back to the time
after 10 seconds if you take too long going through the programming steps. If this
happens, please review the set-up instructions prior to actually programming the
Date and Time.
The LED DISPLAY (#15) will be flashing when the unit is plugged in for the first time.
The unit is now in STANDBY MODE.
SETTING THE DATE AND TIME:
In STANDBY MODE, press and hold the TIME SET BUTTON (#1) until the YEAR
digits show on the display and begin to flash.
Repeatedly tap the DOWN BUTTON (#9) or UP BUTTON (#10) to select the
current year. Tap the TIME SET BUTTON (#1) to confirm the year.
The MONTH digits will be flashing on the display.
Repeatedly tap the DOWN BUTTON (#9) or UP BUTTON (#10) to select the
current month. Tap the TIME SET BUTTON (#1) to confirm the month.
The DAY digits will be flashing on the display.
Repeatedly tap the DOWN BUTTON (#9) or UP BUTTON (#10) to select the
current day of the month. Tap the TIME SET BUTTON (#1) to confirm the day.
“12H” will show on the display.
Tap the DOWN BUTTON (#9) or UP BUTTON (#10) to select between 12
hour clock format (12H) or 24 hour clock format (24H). Default is set to 12 hour
mode. Tap the TIME SET BUTTON (#1) to confirm the time format.
The HOUR digits will begin flashing on the display.
Repeatedly tap the DOWN BUTTON (#9) or UP BUTTON (#10) to set the
hour. Make sure the correct AM or PM time is selected when setting the hour. Tap
the TIME SET BUTTON (#1) to confirm the hour.
NOTE: The PM INDICATOR (#22) is located in the upper left part of the display.
The PM INDICATOR (#22) will light when the hour digits selected are for PM time.
The PM INDICATOR (#22) will be off when the hour digits selected are for AM
time.
The MINUTE digits of the clock display begin to flash.
Repeatedly tap the DOWN BUTTON (#9) or UP BUTTON (#10) to set the
minutes. Tap the TIME SET BUTTON (#1) to complete the date and time setting.

CHECKING THE DATE AND TIME:
In STANDBY MODE, repeatedly press the TIME SET BUTTON (#1) and the display
will step through the current date and time settings.
1st press – The set Day of the week (d1 – d7): Monday (d1) – Sunday (d7)
2nd press – The set Year
3rd press – The set Month / Date
4th press – The set Time

DUAL ALARM OPERATION
THE JCR-360 FEATURES 2 SEPARATE ALARMS THAT CAN BE SET
INDEPENTANT OF EACH OTHER AND ALLOW 2 DIFFERENT WAKE OPTIONS.
While setting the Alarms, the unit may automatically revert back to the time after 10
seconds if you take too long going through the programming steps. If this happens,
please review the set-up instructions prior to actually programming the Alarms.
SETTING ALARM 1 :
In STANDBY MODE, tap the ALARM 1 BUTTON (#8) and the alarm 1 time will
show on the display. IMMEDIATELY press and hold the ALARM 1 BUTTON
(#8) again while the alarm 1 time is showing.
The alarm 1 HOUR digits will begin flashing on the display and the AL1
INDICATOR (#14) will turn ON.
Repeatedly tap the DOWN BUTTON (#9) or UP BUTTON (#10) to set the
alarm 1 hour. Make sure the correct AM or PM time is selected when setting the
hour. Tap the ALARM 1 BUTTON (#8) to confirm the hour.
NOTE: The PM INDICATOR (#22) is located in the upper left part of the display.
The PM INDICATOR (#22) will light when the hour digits selected are for PM time.
The PM INDICATOR (#22) will be off when the hour digits selected are for AM
time.
The alarm 1 MINUTE digits will begin flashing on the display.
Repeatedly tap the DOWN BUTTON (#9) or UP BUTTON (#10) to set the
alarm 1 minutes. Tap the ALARM 1 BUTTON (#8) to confirm the minutes.
The DAYS alarm 1 will turn on will show and flash on the display.
Repeatedly tap the DOWN BUTTON (#9) or UP BUTTON (#10) to set the
days you want alarm 1 to turn on. Tap the ALARM 1 BUTTON (#8) to confirm
the days you want alarm 1 to turn on.
1 - 7 = Monday – Sunday (default)
1 - 5 = Monday – Friday only
6 - 7 = Saturday and Sunday only
The ALARM TYPE for alarm 1 will show and flash on the display.
Repeatedly tap the DOWN BUTTON (#9) or UP BUTTON (#10) to select one
of three different alarm types for alarm 1. Tap the ALARM 1 BUTTON (#8) to
confirm the alarm type for alarm 1.
● BEEPING ALARM: will show flashing on the display
● FM RADIO: the last FM radio station played will show flashing on the display
(example: )*
● NATURE SOUNDS: will show flashing on the display*
*NOTE: An extra step is added if you select FM RADIO (step 10A) or
NATURE SOUNDS (step 10B) as the ALARM TYPE.

IMPORTANT: If you selected the BEEPING ALARM in step 9, skip to step 11.
10A. IF YOU SELECTED FM RADIO:
a) Repeatedly tap the DOWN BUTTON (#9) or UP BUTTON (#10) to
select the volume level (01 – 15) for the FM radio.
b) Tap the ALARM 1 BUTTON (#8) to confirm the FM radio volume level.
NOTE: The FM RADIO will begin playing the last FM radio station you
listened at this set volume level once the wake time is reached.
c) Proceed to step 11.
10B. IF YOU SELECTED NATURE SOUNDS:
a) Repeatedly tap the DOWN BUTTON (#9) or UP BUTTON (#10) to
select one of six different nature sounds.
b) Tap the ALARM 1 BUTTON (#8) to confirm the nature sound.
c) Repeatedly tap the DOWN BUTTON (#9) or UP BUTTON (#10) to
select the volume level (01 – 15) for the nature sound.
d) Tap the ALARM 1 BUTTON (#8) to confirm the nature sound volume level.
e) Proceed to step 11.
The LAMP BRIGHTNESS LEVEL for alarm 1 will show and flash on the display.
Repeatedly tap the DOWN BUTTON (#9) or UP BUTTON (#10) to set the
lamb brightness level (L00 – L20) for alarm 1. Tap the ALARM 1 BUTTON
(#8) to confirm the lamp brightness level.
NOTES ON THE LAMP BRIGHTNESS SETTING:
A. The LAMP (#13) will automatically turn ON at the lowest brightness level
(L01) 30 minutes before the set wake time.
B. The LAMP brightness will gradually increase until it reaches the brightness
level set in step 12 (L01 – L20) when the wake time is reached.
C. L00 is LAMP OFF, so if the brightness is set to L00, the LAMP (#13) will not
turn on 30 minutes before the set wake time or when the wake time is
reached.
D. The LAMP (#13) will not turn on if you are setting the alarm within 30 minutes
of the wake time.
ALARM 1 is now set. The AL1 INDICATOR (#14) will remain ON and the display
will revert back to the current time.

SETTING ALARM 2 :
Alarm 2 is set the same way you set Alarm 1, but using the ALARM 2
BUTTON (#6).
1. Repeat Steps 1 – 13 for setting Alarm 2 using the ALARM 2 BUTTON
(#6).
2. The AL2 INDICATOR (#17) will turn ON while setting alarm 2 and will remain
on once ALARM 2 is set.

RADIO OPERATION
ALARM 1 ON: In STANDBY MODE, press and hold the ALARM 1 BUTTON
(#8) until the AL1 INDICATOR (#14) turns ON. ALARM 1 is now armed and will
turn ON at the set time and day.
ALARM 1 OFF: In STANDBY MODE, press and hold the ALARM 1 BUTTON
(#8) until the AL1 INDICATOR (#14) turns OFF. ALARM 1 is now disarmed and
will not turn on.
ALARM 2: Repeat steps 1 and 2 using the ALARM 2 BUTTON (#6) and
observing the AL2 INDICATOR (#17) for turning ALARM 2 ON and OFF.
Once the set wake time is reached and the selected alarm is sounding,
AL1 INDICATOR (#14) or AL2 INDICATOR (#17) will begin flashing to show
which alarm is sounding.
Press the POWER / SOURCE BUTTON (#7) once to silence the alarm for the
day. The ALARM INDICATOR will stop flashing and the alarm will automatically
reset for the next day selected.
NOTE: The selected alarm will sound for 60 minutes and then turn off if no
buttons are pressed. The alarm will automatically reset for the next day selected.
When the selected alarm sounds, tap the ALARM SNOOZE BUTTON (#4) to
temporarily turn off the alarm and activate the snooze function. The alarm will stop
and turn on again 9 minutes later. This can be repeated again within the remaining
60 minutes from the set alarm time.
Press the POWER / SOURCE BUTTON (#7) once to cancel the snooze function
or silence the alarm for the day. The alarm will automatically reset for the next day
selected.
NOTE: The selected alarm will sound for 60 minutes and then turn off if no buttons
are pressed. The alarm will automatically reset for the next day selected.
In STANDBY MODE, tap the POWER / SOURCE BUTTON (#7) on top of the
unit to turn it ON.
If the unit is in FM RADIO mode, the last FM radio station played will show on
the display.
If the unit is in NATURE SOUNDS mode, press and hold the POWER /
SOURCE BUTTON (#7) to switch to FM RADIO mode. The radio station
frequency will show on the display (example: ).

MANUAL TUNING: Repeatedly tap the DOWN BUTTON (#9) or UP
BUTTON (#10) to manually change the FM station. Use the manual tuning
method to tune in weaker stations that are bypassed during AUTOMATIC
TUNING.
AUTOMATIC TUNING: Press and hold either the DOWN BUTTON (#9) or
UP BUTTON (#10) until the radio station showing begins to scan. Release
the button and the unit will automatically tune to the next radio station with a
strong broadcast signal.
Tap the VOLUME DOWN BUTTON (#8) or VOLUME UP BUTTON (#6)
to adjust the volume control to the desired volume level.

HINTS FOR BEST RECEPTION:
The receiver has a build-in FM wire antenna attached to the back of the unit.
This wire antenna should be unwrapped and fully extended for the best reception.
NOTE: Automatic tuning depends on the signal strength of the broadcasting
station, so weak stations may be skipped. You can manually tune to find the
weak stations if a station gets skipped. With strong signals, the tuner may stop
before it reaches the actual broadcast frequency, so you may need to manually
tune for the best reception.
In STANDBY MODE, tap the POWER / SOURCE BUTTON (#7) on top of
the unit to turn it ON.
If the unit is in FM RADIO mode, the last FM radio station played will show on
the display.
If the unit is in NATURE SOUNDS mode, press and hold the POWER /
SOURCE BUTTON (#7) to switch to FM RADIO mode. The radio station
frequency will show on the display (example: ).
Tune to a radio station you want saved in memory using the DOWN BUTTON
(#9) or UP BUTTON (#10).
Press and hold the MEM/M+ (TIME SET/Y-M-D) BUTTON (#1) until the next
available preset memory number begins flashing on the display. (Note:”P01”
will flash on the display if you are programming preset for first time).
Tap the DOWN BUTTON (#9) or UP BUTTON (#10) to select the preset

Tap the MEM/M+ (TIME SET/Y-M-D) BUTTON (#1) to confirm the setting and
the selected preset memory location will stop flashing.
Repeat step #4 thru # 7 to store up to 10 stations.
LISTENING TO NATURE SOUNDS
In STANDBY MODE, tap the POWER / SOURCE BUTTON (#7) on top of
the unit to turn it ON.
If the unit is in FM RADIO mode and the radio station is
showing, press and hold the POWER / SOURCE BUTTON (#7) to switch to
NATURE SOUNDS mode.
If the unit is in NATURE SOUNDS mode, the display will show the current
NATURE SOUND playing:

Repeatedly tap the DOWN BUTTON (#9) or UP BUTTON (#10) to select
the nature sound you want to listen to. The selected sound will show for a few
seconds and then change back to the clock.
Tap the POWER / SOURCE BUTTON (#7) to turn the unit OFF when you are
done listening.

To activate the sleep timer, tap the POWER / SOURCE BUTTON (#7) to turn
the unit ON.
Press and hold the POWER / SOURCE BUTTON (#7) to select between FM
RADIO or NATURE SOUNDS, and select the radio station or nature sound you
want to listen to.
Tap the SLEEP BUTTON (#11) and the sleep time will appear on the display.
Repeatedly tap the SLEEP BUTTON (#11) to select a sleep time in minutes:
120 – 90 – 60 – 30 – 15 or OFF (to cancel)
The unit will turn off after the selected time expires.
To cancel the sleep timer, tap the SLEEP BUTTON (#11) repeatedly until timer
shows “OFF”.
To turn the unit OFF before the selected SLEEP TIME expires, tap the
POWER / SOURCE BUTTON (#7) once and the unit will turn OFF.

Note: Press the SLEEP BUTTON (#11) once while the SLEEP TIMER is active to
check the remaining time.
The SLEEP TIMER allows you to turn OFF the FM Radio or Nature Sounds after a
designated time is reached.
In STANDBY MODE, tap the DIMMER BUTTON (#11) repeatedly to select one of
the three brightness settings for the LED DISPLAY (#15) (Hi – Mid – Lo).
The LED DISPLAY (#15) display brightness defaults in the “Mid” brightness level.
Note: Display brightness will automatically set to Hi mode if you turn on reading lamp
or mood light.
Tap the LAMP ON/OFF BUTTON (#4) to turn ON the LAMP.
Tap the LAMP BRIGHTNESS DECREASE BUTTON (#5) or LAMP
BRIGHTNESS INCREASE BUTTON (#3) to adjust the brightness level.
There is total 20 levels of lamp brightness to choose from.
LAMP ON/OFF BUTTON (#4) again to turn the LAMP OFF
Tap the MOOD LIGHT / BUTTON (#2) to turn the MOOD LIGHT ON.
The MOOD LIGHT will automatically change colors.
Press and hold the MOOD LIGHT / BUTTON (#2) to stop the light from
changing colors and remain lit on one of the colors.

THE UNIT FEATURES A REAR MOUNTED USB CHARGING PORT (#19)
(DC 5V 1 A) FOR CHARGING YOUR CELL PHONE
Plug the standard end of a USB charging cable (not included) into the USB
CHARGING PORT (#19) located on the back of the unit. Plug the other end of
the charging cable into your device.
Check the battery charging indicator on your device to make sure the charging
process starts normally.
Unplug the cable when your device is fully charged.
CAUTION:
Before charging, please refer to the user manual of the device you wish to charge
to make sure the charging current requested does not exceed 1A (1000mA).
Overloading the charging circuit may damage the unit permanently and void the
warranty.
1. The USB charging port of this unit supplies a DC 5V output at 1000 mA maximum
current to charge your smart phone or portable device battery and it cannot
support any other voltage range.
2. Make sure the device you want to charge has a battery charge rating of DC 5V
only.
3. The USB port of this unit is designed for smart phone or portable device battery
charging only and it cannot support data transfer or connect to computer.
4. Do not connect the USB port of this unit to other external power charger USB
ports, it may damage both units and void the warranty.

1.) Some smart phones and portable devices use proprietary USB connections and

If the cabinet becomes dusty, wipe the exterior with a soft dust cloth only. Never
