BRIGHT (+/-): Press + to increase the brightness
and - to lower the brightness (Off, 1, 2, 3, 4).

QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE
USB: Connect a USB flash drive
for audio playback.
POWER: Press to power
the unit ON/OFF.
VOLUME KNOB: Rotate
to adjust volume level
or to navigate through
menu options.
MENU: Press for Audio Menu, then press | or | to cycle through the menu
options (Bass, Treble, Balance, Fade, EQ, Loud. Rotate Volume knob to adjust.
Press and hold for System Menu, then press | or | to cycle through the menu
options (Beep, RCA Output, Weatherband Alert, Weatherband Alert Volume, Low
Battery Alert, Bluetooth, Preset Volume, Reset ). Rotate volume knob to adjust.
AUX IN: Insert 3.5mm audio jack.
SPEAKER OUTPUT ZONES:
Press any button (A, B, C)
to select speaker zone output.
TUNE/SEEK: Press to tune to previous
(|) or next (|) station, press and
hold to seek the next strongest station.
TUNE/SEEK: Press to tune to previous
(|) or next (|) station, press and
hold to seek the next strongest station.
PRESETS 1-6: Press and hold to save
the current station to the selected preset.
Press again to recall preset station.
ASPS: Press and hold to save the 18 strongest
stations in your area. Press once to automatically
scan through the stored channels.
SOURCE: Press to cycle through available modes (Bluetooth, Front AUX, Rear AUX, Coaxial,
Optical, Radio, Weatherband, Disc, USB). When “Disc” is reached, press ENTER to select.

CHANGE BANDS: To change between bands (FM1, FM2, FM3, AM1, AM2), press SOURCE
until “Radio” is displayed, then press ENTER to select. When current BAND is displayed,
press SOURCE to cycle through available bands and press ENTER to select.
PRESETS 1-6: Press to recall preset Weatherband station.
NEXT TRACK: Press to play
next track. Press and hold to fast
forward seek through the track.
STOP: Press to
stop playback.
INTRO SCAN: Press to
play each track for 10
seconds in sequential
order, and again to
toggle of f and play
current track.
||: Press to begin playback. EJECT: Press to eject the disc.
PREV TRACK: Press once to go
back to the beginning of current
track, twice to play the previous
track, or press and hold to fast
reverse seek through the track.

tracks.

NEXT TRACK: Press to play the next track. PAIR BLUETOOTH DEVICE: While in Bluetooth mode, press & hold to display system menu, press | or
| until Bluetooth Pair is displayed, then press ENTER. The JWM990 will be discoverable for 120 seconds;
search for Bluetooth devices using your mobile device, connect to JWM990 when found. Enter the pairing
password (0000), if requested.
||: Press to pause/resume.
CLOCK (H, M): Press and hold H or M until the clock begins flashing, then
press H to adjust the indicated hour and M to adjust the indicated minute.
ALARM (ON/OFF): Press to toggle ON/OFF.
ALARM (SET): Press and hold until the clock begins flashing, then press the H, M keys to adjust
the alarm time setting. Press ENTER to confirm. Press to engage sleep timer (0, 15, 30, 45, 60).
||: Press to pause/resume.
RANDOM: Press to play all tracks in random
order, press again for normal playback
REPEAT: Press consecutively to toggle repeat
(one, directory, all) playback of tracks
STOP: Press to stop playback.
FOLDER UP: Press to move
up in the folder list.
FOLDER DOWN: Press to
move down in the folder list.
NEXT TRACK: Press to play the next
track, press and hold to fast for ward
seek through the track. In folder view
press to move down in the file list.
PREV TRACK: Press once to go
back to play the previous track;
press and hold to fast reverse seek
through the track. In folder view
press to move up in the file list.
||: Press to pause/resume
RANDOM: Press

IPOD MENU: Press to enter the
iPod menu. Use | and | to
move up and down in the menu and
press ENTER to make a selection.
Pressing 5/DVD MENU will reverse
navigate through the menu.
