90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY AND SERVICE
VALID IN THE U S A ONLY
SPECTRA MERCHANDISING INTERNATIONAL, INC. warrants this unit to be free from
defective materials or factory workmanshi for a eriod of 90 days from the date of original
customer urchase and rovided the roduct is utilized within the U.S.A. This warranty is
not assignable or transferable. Our obligation under this warranty is the re air or
re lacement of the defective unit or any art thereof, exce t batteries, when it is returned to
the SPECTRA Service De artment, accom anied by roof of the date of original consumer
urchase, such as a du licate co y of a sales recei t.
You must ay all shi ing charges required to shi the roduct to SPECTRA for warranty
service. If the roduct is re aired or re laced under warranty, the return charges will be at
SPECTRA’s ex ense. There are no other ex ress warranties other than those stated herein.
This warranty is valid only in accordance with the conditions set forth below:
1. The warranty a lies to the SPECTRA roduct only while:
a. It remains in the ossession of the original urchaser and roof of urchase is
demonstrated.
b. It has not been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, im ro er service, usage
outside the descri tions and warnings covered within the user manual or non-
SPECTRA a roved modifications.
c. Claims are made within the warranty eriod.
2. This warranty does not cover damage or equi ment failure caused by electrical wiring not
in com liance with electrical codes or SPECTRA user manual s ecifications, or failure to
rovide reasonable care and necessary maintenance as outlined in the user manual.
3. Warranty of all SPECTRA roducts a lies to residential use only and is void when
roducts are used in a nonresidential environment or installed outside the United States.
This warranty gives you s ecific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state. TO OBTAIN SERVICE lease remove all batteries (if any) and ack the
unit carefully and send it freight re aid to SPECTRA at the address shown below. IF THE
UNIT IS RETURNED WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD shown above, lease include a
roof of urchase (dated cash register recei t) so that we may establish your eligibility for
warranty service and re air of the unit without cost. Also include a note with a descri tion
ex laining how the unit is defective. A customer service re resentative may need to contact
you regarding the status of your re air, so lease include your name, address, hone
number and email address to ex edite the rocess.
IF THE UNIT IS OUTSIDE THE WARRANTY PERIOD, lease include a check for $60 00
to cover the cost of re air, handling and return ostage. All out of warranty returns must be
sent re aid.
It is recommended that you contact SPECTRA first at 1-800-777-5331 or by email at
custserv@s ectraintl.com for u dated information on the unit requiring service. In some
cases the model you have may be discontinued, and SPECTRA reserves the right to offer
alternative o tions for re air or re lacement.
