Traffic safety first

3.1 The phone switch on/off

To open the phone or closed cell phone, please long press End key.
If you turn on the boards, but without inserting SIM card, there are two kinds of state:
"Insert SIM card" -- said no SIM card.
"Unlock" - if you set the monophone locks and SIM card password
