1. Prepare and clean parts of motor box
3. Add the supplied hard plywood reinforcements
on both sides of the motor box
5. Glue the rear bulkhead, and the top motor box
using hard plywood
2. Using Epoxy glue the motor box parts
4. Bottom motor box plate and bulkheads are inserted
next and glued
6. Triangular spruce is used for reinforcement inside
the motor box, behind the firewall

7. Complete the top, bottom and sides of fuselage
9. Fit the bottom fuselage frame onto the motor box
8. Glue the GFK hinges for holding the rudder
to the bottom of the fuselage tail
10. Start adding bulkheads around the fuselage
bottom part
12. Add the sides of the fuselage frame11. Insert the top fuselage frame, and continue
with fitting the bulkheads

16. 3×3 mm spruce sticks glued onto the turtle deck15. 5×5 mm spruce sticks glued onto the bottom

23. Using fine sandpaper sand to smooth finish.
If necessary use filler where needed to achieve
smooth finish
24. Temporarily fitting the engine and ingition
onto motor box

Rudder

34. Use 2 mm balsa for sheeting of the horizonal stab
