Skimmer Adjustment
Turning the quick-precise
adjustment knob will change the
water level within the skimmer
body chamber.
Turning the knob counterclockwise will open the outlet pipe, causing the water level within the chamber
to drop. Generally, opening the valve will lead to drier skimmate that is dark in color.
Turning the knob clockwise will close the outlet pipe, causing the water level within the chamber to rise.
Generally,closing the valve will lead to wetter skimmate that is light in color.
As a starting point, it is recommended to adjust
the water level within the skimmer body to
where the collection cup meets the neck.

The CO-2 / CO-3 / CO-5 / CO-6 have 2 water inlets to choose from,
so it could be set in two ways.
silicone cap
The original setting is the inlet A, the inlet B is covered by a silicone cap.
If you need to switch to the inlet B, please follow the steps:
Pull out the silicone cap
from the inlet B.

If you already
installed the pump,
lift the pump softly
to separate it from
the hose.
(2) Pull out the inlet tube
from the inlet A.
(pulling with the hose
would be easier)

(4) Loosen the center screw of the
diffuser a little bit, so we can
rotate the diffuser.

If you can’t reach the
central screw of the
diffuser, please loosen
the screws under the
main body, and
separate the main body
from the base, continue
to step (4).
(5) Rotate the water inlet of the diffuser to inlet B.
Tighten the center screw when the inlet is in position.
(If you have removed the main body, please install the main body
and silicone feet before attaching the inlet tube and pump)
(6) Attach the inlet tube
and the pump.

Regular maintenance of the pump will ensure a long life and maximum performance. You can clean the pump and its components by soaking in a general citric acid
solution (citric acid:water=1:1) once every 3 months.
