Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Causes Solution
The reel drum cannot be
turned when the air hose is
being extended or rewound.
The reel drum is locked. Release the lock plate.
The tool runs slowly or will not
operate.
1. The air pressure is low.
2. The air pressure dropped.
3. The air hose is leaking.
1. Adjust air regulator to the correct working pressure for tool.
2. Make sure that the air connection hose is of the proper size and
length. Do not use multiple hoses connected together with quick-
connect ttings, which will result in pressure drops and reduce
tool power.
3. Tighten and seal all NPT threads of the hose ttings in your air line
with thread sealant tape. Replace if the hose is damaged.
