BEFORE BEGINNING ASSEMBLY:
Check that the quantities of the parts received match those on parts list below.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
If a top or leaf panel should become cupped, do not be alarmed. The panel was flat when
it was manufactured. It is a natural characteristic of wood in an unfinished state to
cup from uneven moisture conditions. The figure at the right shows an exag-
gerated view of what could happen. This only means that the convex side
has absorbed moisture, or the concave side has dried out.
Usually a cupped panel will equalize and straighten out if both
sides are exposed to similar conditions for a day or so.

F — Wood Wedge — Qty. 4
H — 5/16" Washer — Qty. 8
J — Tack Glide — Qty. 4
I — #12 x 2" Pan Head
Screw — Qty. 20
G — 3" x 5/16" Lag Bolt — Qty. 8

1) Pound the Tack Glides (J) into the bottom of the Feet (D).
Using the 3" Lag Bolts (G) and 5/16" Washers (H), attach a Top Support (B) and Foot (D) to each
Leg (C). Tighten the bolts firmly.

2) Slide the Middle Support (E) into the holes in the middle of each leg. Note that the holes for the
wedges in the Middle Support are tapered. Using padding on a hammer to prevent damaging the
wood, tap the Wood Wedges (F) into the larger openings until snug.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
TOOLS REQUIRED:
Phillips screwdriver, Hammer, 5/32" Drill Bit, Drill, Tape Measure, 1/2" Socket.

3) Center the leg assembly on the bottom of the Table Top (A). Insert the #12 x 2" Screws (I)
through the holes in the Top Support (B). Tap them lightly to mark the screw locations on the
bottom of the Table Top.
Move the leg assembly aside and drill 5/32" pilot holes one inch deep.
Put the leg assembly back in place and tighten the screws down firmly.
