Installation
·This oven must be installed by qualified
personneltotherelevantBritishStandards.
·This oven is heavy. Take care when mov-
ingit.
·Removeallpackaging,bothinsideandout-
sidetheoven,beforeusingtheoven.
·Do not attempt to modify the oven in any
way.
DuringUse
·Thisovenisintendedfordomesticcooking
only. It is not designed for commercial or
industrialpurposes.
·Alwaysstandbackfromtheovenwhenopening
theovendoorduringcookingorattheendofitto
allowanybuildupofsteamorheattorelease.
·Alwayscookwiththeovendoorclosed,even
whengrilling.
·Appliancesbecomeveryhotwithuse,and
retaintheirheatforlongperiodsafteruse.
Care should be taken to avoid touching

·Takegreatcarewhenheatingfatsandoils
astheywilligniteiftheybecometoohot.
·Always use oven gloves to remove and re-
placefoodintheoven.
·Before cleaning the oven, either turn the
powerofforpullthemainsplugout.
·EnsurethatallcontrolsareintheOFFposi-
tionwhennotinuse.
·Donotleavecookwarecontainingfoodstuffs,
e.g.fat or oilin or on the oven in case it is
inadvertentlyswitchedON.
·When using other electrical appliances, en-
surethecabledoesnotcomeintocontactwith
thehotsurfacesoftheoven.

Mains on Light
The mains on light will come on when the oven
functioncontrolknobisset.
ThermostatControlKnob
Turnthethermostatcontrolknobclockwisetoselect
temperaturesbetween50°Cand250°C.
ThermostatControlLight
Thethermostatcontrolindicatorwillcomeonwhen
thethermostatcontrolknobisturned.Theindicator
will remain on until the correct temperature is
reached. Itwillthencycleonandofftoshowthe
temperatureisbeingmaintained.
SafetyThermostat
To prevent dangerous overheating (through
incorrect use of the appliance or defective
components), the oven is fitted with a safety
thermostat,whichinterruptsthepowersupply.The
ovenswitchesbackonagainautomatically,when
thetemperaturedrops.
Shouldthesafetythermostattriggerduetoincorrect
useoftheappliance,itisenoughtoremedytheerror
aftertheovenhascooleddown;ifontheotherhand,
the thermostat triggers because of a defective
component,pleasecontactCustomerService.
Cooling Fan
Thecoolingfanisdesignedtocooltheovenand
thecontrolpanel.Thefanswitchesonautomatically
afterafewminutesofcooking.Warmairisblown
out through the aperture near the oven door
handle.Whentheovenisswitchedoff,thefanwill
remain on in order to cool the oven and kitchen
cabinets properly, after which it switches off
automatically.
Theactionofthecoolingfanwilldepend
onhowlongtheovenhasbeenusedand
atwhattemperature.Itmaynotswitchinat
allatlowertemperaturesettingsnorrun
on where the oven has only been used
forashorttime.
Controls
Push-Pull control knobs
Thismodelisprovidedwithpush-pullcontrol
knobs.These knobs canbe completely sunken
inside the control panel when the oven is not
working.
Oven Function Control Knob
0Theovenisoff.
Ovenlight-Theovenlightwillbeon
withoutanycookingfunction.
InnerGrillelement only -Itcanbe
usedforgrillingsmallquantities.
FullGrill-Thefullgrillelementwillbe
on.
ThermalGrilling-Thisfunctionoffers
analternativemethodofcookingfood
items, normally associated with
conventionalgrilling.Thegrillelement
andtheovenfanoperatealternately,
circulatinghotairaroundthefood.
When using the thermal grill
cooking function, select a
maximumtemperatureof200°C.
Fan cooking - This allows you to
roast or roast and bake
simoultaneously using any shelf,
withoutflavourtransference.
Defrost Setting - This setting is
intendedtoassistinthawingoffrozen
food.

Before the first Use of the Oven
Toopenthe oven door, alwayshold
the handle in the centre.
Remove allpackaging,bothinsideand
outsidetheoven,beforeusingtheoven.
Beforeusingforthefirsttime,theovenshouldbe
heatedupwithoutfood.
During this time, an unpleasant odour may be
emitted.Thisisabsolutelynormal.Itiscausedby
manufacturingresidues.
Ensuretheroomiswellventilated.
The oven will work only if the time day
has been set (see the relevant
instructions).
1. Switchtheovenfunctioncontrolknob
tofancooking .
2. Set the thermostat control knob to
250°C.
3. Openawindowforventilation.
4. Allow the oven to run empty for ap-
proximately45minutes.
This procedure should be repeated with the full
grillfunction forapproximately5-10minutes.
Then let the oven cool down. Then
dampenasoftclothwithwarmwaterand
alittlemildwashing-upliquidandusethis
tocleantheovencavity.
Before using for the first time, carefully
washtheovenaccessoriesaswell.

The oven will only work if the time of
day has been set.
However,theovencanalsobeoperated
withoutanyprogramme.
Setting the time of day
Whenthepowersupplyisswitchedon,oraftera
powerfailure,the“Time”pilotlampwillflashonthe
display.
To set the correct time of day:
1. Pressbutton“ ”or“ ”.
2. After the setting is carried out, wait for 5
seconds:the“Time”pilotlampwillgooutand
the display will show the set time. The
applianceisreadyforuse.
To reset the correct time of day:
1. Press buttonTime functions repeatedly to
selectthe “Time”function.Therelevantpilot
lamp will start flashing. Then proceed as
describedabove.
Thetimeofdaycanonlybereset ifnoautomatic
function(cookingdurationorendofcooking)
hasbeenset.
In the event of a power failure, all the
settings(timeofday,programmesettingor
programmeinoperation)willbecancelled.
Whenthepowerisrestored,thenumbers
inthedisplaywillflash,andtheclock/timer
hastobereset.

“Cooking Duration” function
Thisfunctionallowstheoventoautomaticallyswitch
offattheendofaprogrammedcookingduration
time. Place food in the oven, select a cooking
functionandadjustthecookingtemperature.Press
button Time functions repeatedly to select the
“Cooking Duration” function. The relevant pilot
lamp willstartflashing.Then,proceedasfollows:
To set the duration time:
1. Pressbutton“ ”or“ ”.
2. After the setting is carried out, wait for 5
seconds: the "Cooking Duration" pilot lamp
willcomeonandthedisplaywillreverttothe
timeofday.
3. When cooking time is over, the oven will be
switchedoffautomaticallyandanacousticalarm
will be heard, while the pilot lamp will start
flashing. Turn the oven function and the
thermostatcontrolknobtozero.
To switch off the acoustic alarm, press any
button.
NOTE:turningtheacousticalarmoffwillreset
theoventomanual,andiftheovenfunction
andthethermostatknobsarenotsettozero
theovenwillstarttoheatagain.
To cancel the duration time:
1. Press buttonTime functions repeatedly to
selectthe“Cooking Duration”function.The
relevantpilot lamp will flash and the display
willshowtheremainingcookingtime.
2. Press button “ ” until the display shows
“0:00”.After5secondsthepilotlampwillgo
out and the display will revert to the time of
day.

“End of cooking” function
Withthisfunction,youcansettheoventoswitchoff
automaticallywhenaprogrammedendofcooking
timeisover.Placefoodintheoven,selectacooking
functionandadjustthecookingtemperature.Press
buttonTimefunctions repeatedlytoselect the
“Endofcooking”function.Therelevantpilotlamp
willstartflashing. Then,proceedasfollows:
To set the end of cooking time:
1. Pressbutton“ ”or“ ”.
2. After the setting is carried out, wait for 5
seconds:the“Endofcooking”pilotlampwill
comeonandthedisplaywillreverttothetime
ofday.
3. When cooking time is over, the oven will be
switchedoffautomaticallyandanacousticalarm
will be heard, and the pilot lamp will start
flashing. Turn the oven function and the
thermostatcontrolknobtozero.
