Operation:

Assembl :
Operation:
1. Wheel Assembly:
a. Insert the casters into caster brackets.
b. Place lock washer over caster threaded stud.
c. Place nut onto threaded stud.
d. Tighten. (S Fig. 1)
Operation:
1. Remove the cap A and fill the tank with oil no more than the
maximum level shown on the level gauge indicator B.

2. Replace the cap and tighten. (S Fig. 3)
3. Close air valve C. (S Fig. 4)
4. Open valve C to pressurize the tank 45 psi (maximum of 80 psi).
Monitor the pressure using pressure gauge E. (S Fig. 5)
NOTE: A safety valve F is installed to prevent over pressurization of the
tank. The safety valve is calibrated at 90 psi.
6. To dispense fluids, squeeze the hanld on the fluid delivery gun G.

Operation:
1. Wheel Assembly:

2. Replace the cap and tighten. (S Fig. 3)
3. Close air valve C. (S Fig. 4)
4. Open valve C to pressurize the tank 45 psi (maximum of 80 psi).
Monitor the pressure using pressure gauge E. (S Fig. 5)
