INTRODUZIONE
Il presente manuale contiene la descrizione del funzionamento e le istruzioni necessarie per eseguire
correttamente le principali operazioni di utilizzo dell'abbacchiatore elettrico V12. Si raccomanda
l’utilizzo di ricambi originali. Le parti non originali oltre a far decadere la garanzia potrebbero risultare
pericolose riducendo la durata e le prestazioni della macchina. Il manuale è considerato parte
integrante della macchina. Nel presente manuale è allegata la Dichiarazione di Conformità CE.
Si consiglia di leggere attentamente questo manuale prima dell'utilizzo.
USI PREVISTI E NON PREVISTI
La macchina è destinata ad essere utilizzata esclusivamente per la raccolta delle olive tramite
vibrazione. Essa è destinata ad uso professionale. Gli operatori devono avere idoneità comprovata ed
essere in grado di leggere e comprendere quanto riportato nel presente manuale. La macchina dovrà
essere utilizzata considerando le norme vigenti in materia di prevenzioni infortuni, le condizioni di
utilizzo e le caratteristiche della macchina stessa. L'uso della apparecchiatura è vietato ai bambini.

Su ogni Abbacchiatore è serigrafata una identificazione fig.1 riportante

- Matricola: Vedere marcatura CE
N.B. Per assistenza e ricambi indicare i dati sopra indicati.

MESSA IN FUNZIONE
-Astine in carbonio n°8
-Chiave bloccaggio astine Brugola 4mm
-Assicurarsi che la tensione di alimentazione dell’attrezzatura sia 12 V
-Estrarre i componenti della confezione
-Inserire le astine in carbonio (A) sui fori (B) fig. 1
- Assicurarsi che le astine vadano in battuta
-Stringere Vite (C) con apposita chiave (D) in dotazione
-Inserire Anti-breaking
SI CONSIGLIA DI STRINGERE E CONTROLLARE PERIODICAMENTE LE VITI (C)

UTILIZZO
-Collegare coccodrilli cavo di prolunga alla batteria rispettando la polarità
-Estendere l’asta alla lunghezza desiderata e bloccarla vedi (REGOLAZIONE ASTA TELE.)
-Premere il pulsante sulla testina (Fig.5) evitando di tenerlo sulle parti in movimento
REGOLAZIONE ASTA TELESCOPICA
-Tenere bloccata con una mano la parte inferiore asta (F) Fig. 2
-Aprire la levetta bloccaggio asta (H) come (Fig. 3)
-Allungare l'asta (G) alla posizione desiderata
-Bloccare l'asta con la levetta bloccaggio (H) come (Fig. 4)
AVVERTENZE ANTINFORTUNISTICHE
-Utilizzare l’attrezzo solo da terra in condizioni di sicurezza
- Indossare un equipaggiamento di protezione idoneo alle operazioni da effettuare; indossare gli
occhiali di protezione e verificare che gli indumenti siano attillati al corpo. Evitare di portare
cravatte, collane, cinture o capelli lunghi non raccolti che potrebbero impigliarsi o infilarsi tra gli
organismi in movimento.
-Utilizzare scarpe con suole antiscivolo e guanti (Fig.2)
-Obbligo di indossare cuffie antirumore.
-Una persona sotto l’effetto di alcool o che assuma farmaci che riducono la prontezza di riflessi o
droghe non è autorizzata a movimentare o comandare l’attrezzo, né ad eseguire su essa
operazioni di manutenzione o riparazione.
-Affidare l’attrezzo solo a persone che conosono le istruzioni per l’uso o addestrate da persone
autorizzate.
-Tenere l’attrezzo lontano dai bambini ed animali.
-E’ vietato manomettere i dispositivi di sicurezza.
-L’Utente è responsabile di pericoli o incidenti nei confronti di altre persone o loro proprietà.
-Non utilizzare l’attrezzo quando si è in equilibrio precario.
-E’ vietato all’operatore di usare l’attrezzo operando su una scala.
-Utilizzare l’attrezzo solo per la raccolta di olive, caffè, mandorle, pistacchi.
D.P.I. PREVISTI
Nell'uso della attrezzatura è obbligatorio far uso di: - Guanti di sicurezza - Occhiali
SICUREZZA NELLA MANUTENZIONE
-Prima di effettuare qualsiasi intervento di manutenzione sulla macchina assicurarsi che
l'alimentazione sia staccata.
-Le operazioni di manutenzione devono sempre essere eseguite da personale qualificato per queste
specifiche funzioni.
-Al termine delle operazioni di manutenzione e riparazione, prima di riavviare la macchina, il
responsabile tecnico deve assicurarsi che i lavori siano conclusi, le sicurezze ripristinate e che siano
state rimontate le protezioni.
-Durante le operazioni di manutenzione o riparazione è obbligatorio l'uso di idonei indumenti protettivi
quali:
Guanti Elmetto Cuffie Scarpe antiscivolo ed
anti schiacciamento
Le regolazioni, a sicurezze disinserite o senza carter, devono essere effettuate da un solo operatore;
durante queste operazioni è vietato l'accesso alla macchina ai non addetti.
Evitare depositi di polvere sulla macchina, soprattutto sul motore elettrico e sui fori di aspirazione.

SMAL TIMENTO DELLA MACCHINA
Staccate la macchina dalla alimentazione elettrica e tagliate il cavo di collegamento.
La macchina è costituita da materiali che è possibile recuperare.
Consegnate la vostra macchina dimessa ad un centro ufficiale di riciclo materiali.
Lo smaltimento deve essere effettuato comunque in conformità alle norme di legge vigenti.
RICERCA ANOMALIE
In caso di non funzionamento accertarsi che:
−Coccodrilli cavo di prolunga collegati alla batteria rispettando polarità
−Il fusibile sia integro

INTRODUCTION
This manual contains the description of the operation and the instructions necessary to correctly
perform the main operations of use of electric olive harvester v12. The use of original spare parts is
recommended. Non-original parts, in addition to invalidating the guarantee, could be dangerous and
reducing the life and performance of the product. The manual is considered an integral part of the
machine. The EC declaration of conformity is attached to this manual.
We recommend carefully reading the instruction.
EXPECTED AND UNEXPECTED USE
The machine is destined to be used exclusively for olive collection by vibration. This is destined for
professional use only. Operators must have proven quality and be able to read and understand the
contents of this manual. The machine must be used considering the regulations in force regarding
accident prevention, the condition of use and the characteristics of the machine itself. Children are not
allowed to use the equipment

EQUIPEMENT

- Locking key allen rods 4 mm
PUT IN USE
- Make sure the power supply voltage of the equipment is 12 v
- Take out the package components
- Insert the carbon rods (A) on the holes (B)
- Make sure the stine go to beat
- Tighten screw (C) with opposite key (D)
- Insert anti-breaking
We recommend that you periodically tighten and check the screw

USE
-Connect the extension cable crocodiles to the battery respecting the polarity
-Extend the rod to the desired length and lock it see (tele rod adjustment)
-Press the button on the head avoiding to keep it on the moving part
TELESCOPIC ROD ADJUSTMENT
-Hold the lower part of the shaft locked with one hand (F) fig. 2
-Open the rod locking lever (H) as (Fig. 3)
-Extend the rod (G) to the desired position
-Lock the rod with the locking lever (H) as (Fig. 4)
ACCIDENT PREVENTION
-Use the tool only from the ground in safe conditions
-Use a protection equipment suitble for the operations; use safety glasses and verify that clothing is
close to the body. Avoid wearing ties, necklaces, belts or loose hair that could get caught or slipped
between moving organisms
- Use shoes with non-slip sole and gloves. (Fig 2)
-Is required to wear ear muffs
- A person under the influence of alcohol or drugs that reduce alertness is not hallowed to use the
machine or perform maintenance or repair
- Entrust the tool only to people how know the instructions for use or who have been trained by
authorized persons
-Keep the machine away from children and animals
-Tampering with the safety devices is prohibited
-The user is responsable for any danger or accident to other people or their property.
-Do not use the machine when you are in precarious balance
-Do not use the machine when you are on a ladder
-Use the machine only to pick olives, coffe, almonds and pistachios

SAFETY IN MAINTENANCE
-Before doing maintenance make sure that the power supply is disconnected
-Maintenance operations must be done by qualified staff
-At the end of the maintenance and repair, before restarting the machine, the technical manager
must ensure that the work has been completed, the safety devices and the protections have been
restored
-During maintenance operations you must use protective clothing as:
Gloves Helmet Hearing protection anti-slip and anti-crushing shoes
Adjustments with safety devices disconnected or without casing must be done by a singol operator;
During these operations it is forbidden to access the machine to someone not authorized.
Avoids deposits of dust on the machine, on the electric die and on the extraction holes.

MACHINE DISPOSAL
Disconnect the machine from the power supply and cut the connection cable
The machine is made up of materials that can be recovered
Deliver your machine discharged to an official materials recycling center
The disposal must be done in accordance with the law in force
ANOMALIES SEARCH
If the machine does not work make sure that:
−The crocodiles cable must be connected respecting the polarity
−The fuse is intact
