Insert the frame on the

BEFORE YOU USE THE aXtion™ RUGGED WATER-RESISTANT CASE, READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. IMPROPER USE OF THE CASE WILL
RESULT IN DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE.
aXtion™ Cases come in several models. Your aXtion™ Case is designed for the product listed on the package. For instance, if you purchased the aXtion
™ Case for the tablet, it is only intended for use with, and only warrantied for proper use with an iPad Mini and for use with no other device. Because
different devices have different specifications, please refer to the packaging for your aXtion™ Case to determine whether your device will be protected by
the aXtion™ Case.
All aXtion™ Cases are certified Water-Resistant. This means the aXtion™ is water-resistant in circumstances as specified by The Joy Factory for that case.
If you have any questions about whether your case will protect against water in certain situations, contact The Joy Factory prior to using the case in those
situations.
Do not use your aXtion™ Case in the shower or bathtub. Do not use your aXtion™ Case in pools, lakes, rivers or oceans. The aXtion™ Case is not for use
when swimming. Do not submerge your aXtion™ Case in water or underwater.
It is critical that before using your aXtion™ you first test the aXtion™ Case without your cell phone or tablet in the case. It is especially important to ensure
that you are properly using the locking mechanism when exposing the aXtion™ to water. Improper use of the locking mechanism will render your aXtion
™ Case non-water resistant and will damage your phone or tablet. Do not use your aXtionTM with an device installed without first ensuring you are readily
familiar with your aXtion™ Case and how it functions.
The Joy Factory will replace your aXtion™ Case if it has any manufacturing defects, free of charge. If you believe the case has a manufacturing defect,
cease use immediately and contact The Joy Factory by email at [email protected] or by telephone at [phone], Monday through Friday,
9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time. Unfortunately, The Joy Factory is not able to replace or pay for replacement of phones, tablets, or any additional items
which may be damaged from use of aXtion™ case with manufacturing defects.
If the aXtion™ Case is damaged for any reason, or is not functioning properly for any reason, immediately stop using it. The Joy Factory expressly
disclaims all liability and all warranties, whether express or implied, for use of an aXtion™ Case that has been damaged for any reason. The Joy Factory
will not replace an aXtion™ Case that is damaged, other than an aXtion™ Case with a manufacturing defect, nor will it replace, or pay for replacement of,
phones, tablets, or any additional items which may be damaged due to use of a damaged or altered aXtion™ Case.
The Joy Factory disclaims all liability for lost aXtion™ Cases and any device stored in a lost case.
Do not use your aXtion™ Case with any other case or bumper. Use of an additional case or bumper will render the aXtion™ Case non-water resistant, and
The Joy Factory disclaims all liability from such use and will void any and all warranties, express or implied.
Any alteration to your aXtion™ Case will void any and all warranties and guarantees, whether express or implied, and The Joy Factory disclaims any and
all liability for damages arising from use of an altered aXtion™ Case.
Using the aXtion™ Case with any device other than the specified tablet could lead to an improper seal of the case and will render the case not
water-resistant. The Joy Factory disclaims all liability and all warranties, whether express or implied, for use of the aXtion™ Case with any device other
than the specified tablet.

このたびは私共TheJoyFactoryIncのaXion™防水ケースをお買い上げいただき誠にありがとうございます。
本製品をご利用になる前に、この注意書きをよくお読みになり、正しくお使いください。
誤った使用方法によりご利用された場合、携帯機器に深刻な障害を及ぼすことがあります。
aXion™防水ケースは、各携帯機器それぞれの機種専用に設計されています。ご使用の機種に対応しているか、パッケージをよくご確認ください。機器のシリーズ名が同じでも
、異なるモデルでは寸法や仕様が異なりますので、十分にご注意ください。もし、対応機種以外の携帯機器でご利用された場合はケースの性能を保証いたしかねます。
ケースの防水性能はパッケージ等に記載しております。
水中でもご使用いただける「IPX8水中形」、あらゆる方向からの噴流水による有害な影響がない「IPX5 防噴流形」、あらゆる方向からの飛まつによる有害な影響がない「IPX4
防まつ形」などの保護等級の表示をご確認のうえ、防水性能を上回る環境でのご使用はお避けください。
（IPXの次の数字が、防水保護等級を表わします。Xは防塵性能を意味し、数字が表示されていることがあります。）
本製品を初めてご使用になるときは、必ずケースのみの状態でテストし、防水が正常に機能するかよくご確認ください。ロックが不完全な状態では防水機能が働きませんので
、ケース の ロックは確 実 に行ってください。
携帯機器に、他のケースやカバーをつけた状態で本製品に装着すると防水機能が正常に働きませんので、他のケースやカバーは取り外してください。
万が一、製品に製造上の不備があった場合は製品をお取替えいたしますので、お買い上げの販売店にご連絡ください。
本製品が何らかの原因で破損、変形したり、正常に機能しなくなった場合は直ちに使用を中止してください。なお、ご使用開始後に生じた不具合による製品のお取替えには応
じかねます。
本製品を加工、あるいは改造して使用された場合の性能保証はいたしません。
機器及びケースの紛失、本製品を使用した結果生じた、機器及びケースへのいかなる損害につきましても、製造者および販売者は一切の責を負いかねます。
