precision, strong compatibility, which can operate with the CAD of
HPGL. Besides, it operates fast and stable.
Before using this template cutting machine, you’d better read this
manual to make sure that you will work with it effectively. If you have
any questions, you will go to the local sellers for further help!
With the easy upgrading of the garment template cutting machine and its
plotting software, we will develop and improve their functions to meet
our customers’ individual demands. This manual is subject to change
without notice. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Chapter 1. Safety Notice
Safety notice: before using this template cutting machine, please read the
following instructions:
1.
The template cutting machine should be installed horizontally. If the template
cutting machine is in uneven status, it cannot work normally.
2.
After installation, you should adjust the height of stand until the machine is in a
horizontal state. The GTCM shall not be installed on the vibrating or unstable
ground.
3.
Please connect this machine to the power supply according to the machine’
rated voltage. Don’t connect the GTCM to the socket with unstablevoltage.
The unstable power may result in the performance degradation, and damage
the power panel. If the power is not stable, please install the regulator.

4.
The plug should be connected to the panel with the ground wire. Don’t move
out plug’s needle. If the machine is not connected with the ground wire, the
ESD will harm the human body and damage the parts of the machine.
5.
Don’t connect the GTCM with the photoprinter, air-conditioner or other power
consumption machines on the same line. If the GTCM is connected with
other power consumption machine in parallel, the sum of their power should
not be bigger than the max power of the plug.
6.
Don’t use the wearing power line. Please pull the plug out of the socket when
the machine is not used in a long time.
7.
When you clean the GTCM firstly, you have to pull the plug out. Don’t let the
liquid draw into the machine, otherwise it may cause short circuit or damage
to the template cutting machine.
8.
Don’t maintenance or dismantle this machine without any instructions that
stated in this manual. Don’t clog or place other goods in the machine working
room.
9.
During the operation of the GTCM, don’t put your hands into the machine or
touch the trolley and otherparts.

Chapter 2. Application Notice
Whether you are familiar with the template cutting machine for garment
template or not, please read the following application notice:
2.1
application condition
(1)
The operating temperature range of o Celsius to 35 Celsius. Don’t put or
operate this machine under the intense light, radiation or the thermal
energy.
(2)
The operating humidity under room temperature ranges from 20% to
80%. Don’t use the machine in the wet and dust condition. Once the
water vapor condensed in the machine with the dust, the short circuit or
bad contact will happen, which effects the operation of the machine.
(3)
Don’t put the milling plotter in the harsh EMI environment or beside the
magnetic items.

2.2
other notices:
(1)
Don’t move the GTCM’s holder by hand, otherwise the GTCM may be
damaged.
(2)
Except take on or off the GTCM, don’t screw the fixed nuts on the
holder.
(3)
Don’t add lubricant into the , otherwise the machine may not
operate very well.
(4)
After using the GTCM, please cover the dust proof.
(5)
Don’t switch on or off the machine unnecessarily, otherwise it may affect
the functions of the electronic components.
(6)
During the operation, don’t stand against to the machine or put hands on
the track’s cover.
(7)
If you want to connect or regulate the signal wire, you should make sure
the machine is power off.

□
4.2
Installation of the Stand and the machine table: (the instructor of the
machine as following pictures)

(1)
firstly, installing the support beam and the two lateral stand.
(2)
after fixing the whole support, put the machine table on the support
and tighten the screw.
(3)
using the leveller for testing whether the machine table is horizontal.
4.3
Install paper:
Place the paper roller onto a chart drum. First, put the chart drum onto the
paper supporting shaft as illustrated in the graph and move it to the right
place; hold the fixtures tightly on both sides; and then tighten the
fastening screw.
(1)
Firstly, the GTCM shall be inserted into the appropriative knife shell
and tightened by the screw.
(2)
After resetting: Using the tele controller to press the key No. 12 in
order to make the spindle case move to the reset position.

(3)
The spindle motor shall be put on the spindle case carefully which is
on the lowest position, in order to let the point of milling cutter be in the
same horizontal plane with the limit device. Then, the spindle motor
should be tightened by the screw.

(4)
After that, according to the thickness of sheet, filling the options in
the MarkCad.
Remark: Because the error on the height of the spindle motor is
introduced after the changing of milling tool, this error should be
calculated before working. The calculation method is stated as follows:
1.
If you use the sheet thickness of 1mm for test, you should fill 0.8 or
less in the Mark Cad. Then, you shall mill that sheet by the machine and
test whether it can be cut through.
2.
If it can not be cut through, you should increase the thickness value
that you fill in the Markcad.
3.
If the sheet is milled through, you should test whether it is milled too
deep. If it is milled too deep, you should decrease the thickness value that

you fill in the Mark cad.
4.
If the sheet thickness is 0.8 in the Mark Cad by 1MM, the error is 0.2.
Then you should minus 0.2 from the sheet thickness which you use in
your work when you change the sheet of the different thickness.
5.
If you use 2MM, you should fill the 1.8MM as the sheet thickness in
the MarkCad.
4.5
connecting to the power supply and the computer
(1)
Make sure the machine is switched-off and make sure the power
supply is 110V/220V, then connect the power cable with the power
supply.
(2)
According to the computer setting, the USB communication line
should be connected to the ports of the machine and the computer.
Then, fix the Support. Before the above installation, the machine
and the computer have to be power off.
