2.4.Fill water to the chemical tank:
2.4.1.The chemical tank can be injected directly into the water inlet of the top of the cover of the
chemical tank, and can be directly pumped by the spray pump in the clean water source. However,
the switch of the ball valve should be converted according to the Fig.5. (When the filter is cleaned,
the switch is in the pumping mode and can play the role of the main switch of the spray system).
2.4.2.When the spray pump is directly used to add water to the medicine box, the main switch of the
pipeline control valve must be closed.
2.4.3.First injects about 20L of water into the chemical tank, starts the machine, makes the spray
pump work, rinse the filter and the filter screen at the sprinkler head with clean water, and ensures
that the nozzle is free from blockage. If necessary, the sprinkler should be removed in time for
cleaning.
2.4.4.Fill water to the chemical tank according to the needs, and add the liquid chemical (the
concentration of the liquid should be matched according to the instructions of the pesticide

2.5.Spray control (Pipe controller-5 Way):
As mentioned above, the boom is divided into three sections, which are left, middle and right, which
are independently controlled by three switches. The control device is located on the right side of the
seat, as shown in Fig.6. And two rear wheels are equipped with a compensatory sprinkler, with the
middle part of the sprinkler shared by a spray switch. This pipeline controller is 5-way, and the other
two are standby to connect to spray leg by the user. When the chemical tank is filled, the ball valve is
switched to the spray model (as shown in Fig.5). The control switch is opened (position as the Fig.6),
and the pressure is adjusted to 0.2-0.5 by adjusting the pressure knob. Open the spray switch, pull it
to the inside, control the pipeline, and the left, middle and right three spray switches control the spray
switch of the three segment of the boom on the left, middle and right.

2.6.Determination of spray volume and operating speed:
The amount of spray is related to spray pressure and walking speed. The spray pressure and
operating speed must be determined before operation. The forward speed should not be too fast,
otherwise the turbulence of the machine will affect the spraying uniformity.
The formula for calculating the walking speed: V=40g
QB
Formula: V-sprayer travel speed, unit km/h,g-Spraying quantity of sprayer, unit l/min (total volume
of each sprinkler)

2.7.Adjustment of the spraying quantity of the nozzle and operation:
2.7.1.In addition to adjusting the spray pressure of the whole machine, the spray volume of the
nozzle can also fine tune the single nozzle and rotate the pressure of the sprinkler head.
Adjust the bolt to achieve the best atomization effect.
2.7.2.During the operation, adjust the hand throttle to make the engine speed at 2000 rpm. Expand
the boom, switch the handle of the hydraulic switch, open the handle of the control valve, open the
shunt switch of the control valve according to the operation needs, adjust the pressure to the required
pressure through the pressure regulating switch, and start the operation after confirming that there is
no one in the working area (if equipped with manual throttle).
Note:
1.Pay attention to all kinds of obstacles during operation to prevent damage to boom.
2.The working pressure should not exceed 1.0MPa to avoid reducing the service life of the nozzle and
preventing the hose from bursting.
3.If the nozzle is blocked, shut down the nozzle, remove the nozzle, use a soft special brush (such as
toothbrush) to clean up the sundries. Do not use iron wire, screw driver and other forced treatment,
otherwise the nozzle will be damaged, the spray fog shape, nozzle flow and spray uniformity will be
affected, and the nozzle life will be reduced.
2.7.3.The service life of the matching nozzle of this machine is 400 hours. If it exceeds 400
hours, you should purchase the nozzle with our company or dealer in time. Spraying
continuously beyond the service life of the nozzle will lead to uneven spraying and
even cause pesticide damage.
2.7.4.When the spray is normal, the height of the sprinkler or the crop is about 50 cm, which
can be adjusted with the height of the crop.

18
2.7.5.When spraying, there should be a clear indication of the walking route to prevent re
spray or leakage.
2.7.6.The driver must keep the forward speed and working pressure stable.
2.7.7.When different solutions need to be replaced during the working process, open the
discharge valve at the bottom of the chemical tank to discharge the liquid chemicals in the
tank. Go to a safe place that doesn't pollute the environment.
2.8.Boom locking mechanism:
The boom locking mechanism is in the locking state (default state) when the boom is transported.
During field operation, pull the "locking handle" to the driver's direction to pull the locking pin out
of the clamping hole, so that the boom can automatically adjust the balance during the machine
walking. There is a button at the end of the "locking handle". Before pulling the handle, press and
hold the button, and then release the button for positioning.
2.9.Track width adjustment and transmission chain (wheel track adjustment range:1550-1750 mm).
2.9.1.Track width adjustment, as shown in Fig.11 (left front wheel, take front axle track width
adjustment as an example, the same method for rear axle)

2.9.1.1.Park the machine on a stable ground (such as flat cement ground), tighten the parking
brake, support the longitudinal beam of the frame with a reliable support (can be used with
hydraulic jack), so that the left and right front wheels are about 5cm above the ground. Pay
attention to the support operation during the process, it is not allowed to touch other relevant
parts such as axle "tooth package" and steering rod; block the tire at both ends along the rotation
direction of the two rear wheels with wooden square or brick to prevent the wheel from moving
(block the front wheel in the same way when adjusting the rear wheel). After confirming that
the support is stable, the wheel track adjustment operation can be carried out, and the minimum
track width is the factory.
2.9.1.2.Loosen the nut on the positioning bolt 2 and pull the positioning bolt 2 out of the hole
(tighten clockwise and loosen anticlockwise).
2.9.1.3.Disconnect the split pin on the positioning pin 9 and pull the locating pin 9 out of the
fixed tie rod 8; there are two locating pins on each side, and take out the other positioning pin
with the same method.
2.9.1.4.Loosen the nut on the U-bolt 6 with a wrench. After all the nuts on the U-bolt are
loosened, take down the U-bolt 6 and press plate 5 and put them aside.
2.9.1.5.Pull the transmission box 1 or tire outwards (this step is best operated by two people,
because this part of the parts are heavy), pull the movable beam 3 out of the fixed beam 4. Note
that there are positioning holes on the movable beam 3 and the fixed beam 4, and the distance
between the positioning holes is 50 mm, which can be adjusted according to the actual needs,
and align the holes corresponding to the movable beam and the fixed beam. Insert the
positioning bolt 2 into the corresponding hole of the movable beam and the fixed beam, and
tighten the nut.
2.9.1.6.During the adjustment process, the movable pull rod 10 will also pull out from the fixed
pull rod 8, and the corresponding positioning holes in the two pull rods need to be aligned. If
there is a small amount of deviation, the adjusting nut 11 can be turned for adjustment. Note that
the two adjusting nuts have left and right teeth, which need to be adjusted. (the nut of the right
tooth is tightened clockwise and loosened anticlockwise; the nut of the left tooth is tightened
anticlockwise and the needle is loose in time). Then, insert the positioning pin 9 into the
