contentsof one blister (2
tablets) in 0,6 litres of water
in a vessel and pour the
mixture into the water tank
(J). Reinstall the tank. Make
sure it engages properly.

Removethe water tank (J)
from themachineandpour
outthewater.
Push the unlocking lever
inwards and fold up the
cartridge holder.
Pull out the old filter
cartridge.
Install the new cartridge
carefully.
Properly adjust the
cartridge,otherwise the
cartridge holder will not
engage.
Refill the water tank (J)
with tap water and reins-
tall it in themachine.
Place any jug (min. 0,5 l)
under t he pi vot i ng
nozzle(Q).
The colour of the water
may have changedslightly.
This in no way affects the
taste.
The system gives off
steam.

The filter cartridge loses
its aeffect fter drawing off
50 litres.
You know your Claris filter
needs replacing when the
below signals appear.
If youdraw off less than50 litres the
cartridge should be replaced after
twomonths. There will benospecial
messagedisplayed, but you will find
a special disc for setting the date on
which the filter cartridge should be
replaced.
Note: If display shows "UNIT
CALCED" in spite of using a
C l a r i s f i l t e r , c h a n g e
programming from " FI LTE R
NO" to "FILTER YES". (See
Programming Filter in your
Instructions for Use).
