KüschallAGguaranteesthattheirwheelchairsarefreefromdefectsand
arefullyfunctional.Thewarrantycoversallfaultsanddefectswhichare
verifiablyattributabletofaultyconstruction,substandardmaterialsor
poorworkmanship.Warrantyclaimsagainstthemanufacturermayonly
bemadebythedistributorandnotbytheuseroftheproduct.
Thewarrantydoesnotcovernormalwearandtear,theconsequences
ofimproperhandlingordamage,poormaintenanceandincorrect
assemblyorcommissioningbythepurchaserorathirdpersonorfaults
whichareattributabletocircumstancesbeyondourcontrol.Wearing
partsarenotcoveredbytheguarantee.Thewarrantyisvoidedif
modificationsaremadetotheproductwhichwerenotauthorisedand
notperformedbythespecialistdealerorifinappropriateaccessories
orsparepartsareused.Thewarrantydoesnotcoverconsequential
costsarisingfromtherectificationofdefectssuchasfreightandtravel

Thetermofthewarrantyis24months.Theframeisguaranteedfor

ThewheelchairhasbeentestedinaccordancewithEN12183.It
includesatestforflammability.
1.4Intendeduse
Theactivewheelchairispropelledmanuallyandshouldonlybeused
forindependentorassistedtransportofadisabledpersonwithmobility
difficulties.Whenusedwithoutanassistant,itshouldonlybeusedby
personswhoarephysicallyandmentallyabletousethewheelchair
safely(e.g.topropelthemselves,steer,brake).Thewheelchairshould
onlybeusedonlevelgroundandaccessibleterrain,aswellasindoors.
Thisactivewheelchairneedstobesubscribedandfittoyourspecific
healthcondition.

IMPORTANT!
–Alwayscheckthepushhandlesbeforeusingthe
wheelchair,astowhetherthehandgripsaresecure,
cannotbeturnedandcannotbepulledoff.
Foldablepushhandles(optional)
Foldablepushhandlesareusedwhenthepushhandlesareonly
requiredoccasionally.
1.Tofolddownthepushhandles,holdthewheelchairwithonehand.
Gripthepushhandlewiththeotherandusingyourthumbactivate
therelease(1)thatisconcealedundertheplastic.
2.Atthesametimepullthepushhandlebackwards(2)andfoldit
down(3).
3.Tofoldthepushhandlesup,bringthepushhandleintothe
horizontalpositionuntilitengages.
IMPORTANT!
–Makesurethatthepushhandledoesactuallyengage
sothatitdoesnotaccidentallyfolddownwhile
pushingthewheelchair.

Yourwheelchaircanbefittedwithapelvicbeltwhichwillprevent
youfromslidingforwardinthewheelchairorfromfallingoutofthe
wheelchair.
WARNING!

–Ensurethatyouaresittingfullybackintheseatand
thatthepelvisisasuprightandsymmetricalas
possible-notforwardononesideortiltedback.
–Positionthelapbeltsothatthehipbonescanbefelt
abovethebelt.
–Adjustthelengthusingthebucklessothatthereis
justsufficientroomforyourhandtoslidebetween
yourbodyandthebelt.Itisrecommendedthat
theclaspiskeptinacentralposition,i.e.make
adjustmentstoeachside.

buckleB.Thepelvicbeltopens.
Closingthepelvicbelt
1.PushthecatchAintothebuckleB.
2.PullthebeltCuntilyouareheldsecurelyinthewheelchair.

Withthetipperaid,anassistantcantipthewheelchairmoreeasily,in

4.Movethewheelchairtoastableobject(doorframe,heavytable),
whichyoucanuseforsupportandholdontoitfirmlywithone
hand.
