Installing the XP Series Powador Grounding Kit
1. Remove all connected cables from the ground fault monitor.
2. Take out the circuit board and the ground fault monitor.

4. Remove the cable from the cable duct (wires P4P-PCB2 and P4N-PCB2).
3. Remove the cables connected to connector CN5 on the DSI circuit board (wire P4P-PCB2, P4N-PCB2).

5. Remove the PE cable.
6. For negative grounding (-) of the PV generator, remove wire MP1002.
* For positive grounding (+) of the PV generator, remove wire MN1002.

7. For negative grounding of the PV generator, remove wire MP1002 from the fuse at the
DC+ input.
For positive grounding of the PV generator, remove wire MN1002 from the fuse at the
DC- input.
8. Use the blade receptacles as shown (wires K4B1-TD10 and K4C1-TD10).
* The blade receptacles are needed to connect the leads to the fuse holder.

9. Mount the XP series Powador grounding kit in the inverter.

10. Ensure the correct installation direction of the grounding fuse.
The stud has to face towards the switch.
In the case of reverse installation the inverter will not be notified if the fuse blows.

Open the fuse holder and connect wire MN1002 to the fuse holder in order for negative
grounding (-) of the PV generator.
For positive grounding (+) of the PV generator, wire MP1002 must be connected.
11. Connect wire K4B1-TD10 to point 1 of the fuse holder, and wire K4C1-TD10 to point 2
(see the following figure).

14. Close all covers.
13. Connect the PE cable on the grounding screw.
