Sleep Timer
1.Rotate the <POWERSELECT> to thevalid charging
position.
2.In the unitoff mode, press the button< SLEEP>
repeatedly to selectyour desired sleeptimer from
05~90 minutes.
3.If you selectthe sleep timer, the unitwill turn on
automatically after afew seconds withthe icon " "
and the minuteappearing in thedisplay.
4. While reachingyour setting sleeptime,the unit will
turn off automatically.

the next setting.

button, the unit is auto scan tuning the stations. When
auto tuning the strong signal, the unit will broadcast the

Using the Antenna
While listening tothe FM orAM programs,please
extend the telescopicantenna fully andget close tothe
window to getthe best reception.The unit uses an
internal, ferrit barantenna forAM or LW. While
listening to theAM orLW programs, please rotatethe
unit to getthe best reception.

Input FM BandFrequency
After inputting FMband number,press the <FM/AM>
button shortly tolisten to FMprogram.
Input AM Band Frequency
First select thefrequency range(MW,AM or LW), then
input the frequencynumber.After inputting thenumber,
press the <AM> button to confirm.
NOTE: While inputting thefrequency number,the number "0"at the end
of the frequencycan be deleted.The time betweentwo steps is limited,
please perform quicklyotherwise the inputtingis invalid.

There is themoister and temperatureindicator in the
left side ofthe unit, theupper indicator displays
temperature and thedownside displays moister. You
can press the<C/F>jack in thebattery compartment
with the pointyobject to convertbetween the
fahrenheit and celsius.

If the unit operates erratically, please turn off the unit
and take out the AA batteries for several minutes
then install batteriesagain, the unitwill work normally.

Dynamo Charging
You can charge the unit either in radio on mode or off
mode.
1. Push the<CHARGE> switch to"IN" position.
2.Turning the hand crank, the built-in dynamo will
start to generateelectricity and chargethe Ni-MH
batteries automatically.
There are fourways to chargethe Ni-MH batteries:
dynamo charging, solarcharging, external adapter
charging and PCcharging. The "CHARGE" light will
be on whiledynamo and solarcharging.
Before charging, pleasepush the "CHARGE"switch
to"IN" position.

CHARGING Ni-MH BATTERIES
You can charge the Ni-MH batteries either in radio on or
