NOTES BEFORE STARTING
Important - Please read these instructions fully before starting the
assembly!
● Make sure you have all the components and tools listed in pages
4-18.
● Remove all the fittings from the flat boxes and separate them into
their groups.
● Do not stand or put weight on the parts, this could cause damage.
● Note your Serial Number, which is visible on package Base Part 5
(starts with AK followed by 6 digits, e. g. AK001234), or check page
27 of this manual for further guidance on how to locate the Serial
Number.
● Keep children and animals away from the work area, small parts
could choke if swallowed.
● Please note that it is a job for 2 people.
● Make sure you have enough space to layout the parts before
starting.
● Assemble on a flat level surface to avoid damaging the unit or your floor.
● Do not use power drills/drivers for inserting screws, as it could damage the unit. Only use hand
screwdrivers.

Begin from the bottom of the
frame. You will need two bottom
bars from package 2, labelled
bottom back right (single
triangle) and bottom front right
(single square),as well as one
of the side panels from package
4.
Align one of the bottom bars
with the panel at a 45°angle.
Make sure the rivets are facing
outwards.
