in the manual is the latest information
made a ording to the newest produ ts.
There possibly are differen es between the
ontents in the manual and the a tual
situation of Kart as a result of the
improvement or hanges of the produ ts.

 The shape of this Off-road Kart for
leisure and entertainment is new
and unique. The frame is welded
with ex ellent steel pipe, whi h is
high in stru tural strength with
reliable safety.
 Front independent suspension and
arti ulated and ompli ated sho k-
absorber in the rear frame are
adopted, whi h is omfortable and

 Front wheel and rear axle hydrauli

3. Vehicle Assemblage
1. Take off the over and fixing
poles by using wren h.
2. Take out steer wheel and pan
head ru iform slot s rews or
hexangular flange fa e s rews
and install steer wheel on the
steer wheel fixing base (pay
attention to the pla e of steer
wheel, put the front turning
wheels parallel to the rear
wheels, let steer wheel with 3
strips up fa e the rear). Fasten
the s rew and put on the over
of steer wheel.
3. If it is equipped, put the
prote tive small plasti s ja ket
into the pipe of goods shelf, put
the s rew bolt ba kings into the
hexangular flange fa e rews
and then fix the goods shelf
with the ba king s rew.
4. If it is equippe3d, put the
prote tive large plasti s ja ket
into the pipe of body work, put
the s rew bolt ba kings into the
hexangular flange fa e s rews
and then fix the prote tive
pipes with the ba king s rew.
5. Take the oil tank from the box
and fix on the oil output mouth.
Fix oil tank on the supporter by
hexangular flange fa e s rews.
Put one end of non-burnign
rubber oil-input pipe into the
oil-output mouth. Take off the
dust-free over on the mouth of
the arburetor, put the other
end to the input oil mouth on
the arburetor.
6. Take out the hexangular s rews
and hexangular flange fa e nuts
and fix the seat.
7. Conne t the wires by the plugs
and s rew nuts whi h on the
poles of the battery to the
orresponding pla e (attention:
the positive wire onne ts to
the positive pole of the battery,
ba k wire onne ts to the
positive pole of the battery,
bla k wire onne ts to the
negative pole of the battery).
Tighten the s rews.
8. Plug in the joints of all lights on
proper position. Che k and
make sure that every s rew is
tight and then you an prepare
to use the kart.
4. Important Events and Safety
This Off-road Kart is more than a
toy and it will ause danger if
driving improperly. Please abide by
the following suggestions stri tly to
avoid the injury.
 You must not drive at an
ex essive speed. You must
ontrol the speed properly
a ording to the road
situation, the field of vision,
your driving experien es
and your operating
onditions.
 Keep a proper gap with the
other vehi les to avoid
ollision.
 Please examine the off-road
kart before driving. Making
sure that it is in the
ondition that safe driving
an be obtained. You an
inspe t a ording to the
pro ess and maintenan e
spe ified in the manual and
the explanation atta hed to
the omponents, making
sure that all the joints are
tightened and safe.
 Before starting the engine,
you must make sure that
the driver is on the seat and
the vehi le is in the
ontrollable state.
 You must drive with
defined loading apa ity,
with no over-loading driving.
 Never arry a passenger on
a single seat vehi le. A
multi-seat vehi le an only
arry defined number of
persons, don’t pi k up more.
And never arry the person
who is too young to step on
the footrest or unable to
grip the armrest.
 The passenger an only sit
on the passenger seat,
never sit on other lo ation
and must grip the armrest
tightly during driving.
 You must put your hands
on steer wheel all the time
when driving and make
sure that the running
dire tion is under your
ontrol.
 You must abide by the
operating pro edures and
methods when turning the
vehi le.
 You must pra ti e the low-
speed turning before you
ondu t the high-speed
operation. Please don’t turn
at an ex essive speed.
 You must do warming-up
exer ises before driving the
vehi le. Please read the
manual and all the warning
notes arefully before
driving and operate by
following stri tly the
pro edures and methods.
 Don’t lend the kart to
anybody that an’t drive it.
 You mustn’t drive the
vehi le on the street,
driveway or sidewalk.
 You mustn’t drive off-road
kart under the influen e of
drink or anesthesia agents
be ause this will badly
redu e your judging ability
and ause serious injury
and even death.
 You must drive on the
slippery and steep road
after mastering the skills of
driving for it is dangerous to
do so. Attention: driving on
the slippery, broken stone
or soft road will prolong the
braking distan e.
 You must drive on the
strange road slowly and
arefully.
 You must learn how to
drive off-road kart in a
proper way and a qualified
training oa h is a ne essity.
The driver must be more
than 16 years old and of
adequate understanding.
Intelligen e and judging
ability for ontrolling the
driving safety.
 You must add petrol to the
oil tank before you drive it
for the first time. If it is
two-stroke engine, you
must add the petrol with
proper quantity of engine
oil and the ratio of petrol
and engine oil is 25:1. If it is
four-stroke engine, you
must add the engine oil in
time a ording to the
requirement of the engine.
Attention: please don’t add
the fuel when the engine is
in operation or it is hot. You
must keep the sour e of
heat and the flame away
from the oil tank.
 You must adopt the tires of
size and type defined in the
manual and keep the tire at
the defined air pressure.
The proper air pressure an
ensure the reliable braking
and turning.
 Please don’t hange the
position and the state of
the omponents or add any
atta hments at your will.
 You mustn’t operate the
engine in a losed
environment be ause end
gas from it will be
dangerous to life.
 It is dangerous for any parts
of body or lothes to tou h
the engine, noise deadener
or any other revolving parts.
Please keep away from
them.
 You must follow the lo al
suggestions and rules to
drive the off-road kart in
helmet and prote tion
lothes.
 You must fasten the seat
belt when driving, with no
hand, foot or head exposing
outside of the vehi le.
 You must follow the rules
and the regulations of the
sports ground or the lo al
authorities when driving for
pleasure.
 Please don’t drive the
vehi le if your body
dimension or health
statuses are not suitable.
 Please keep the vehi le far
away from the resour e of
heat and fire if you store it
for a short time. Please
empty the petrol in the oil
tank if you store it for a
long time. Please store the
manual properly for the
ne essary usage.
 Certain experien es are
required to repair and
maintenan e the vehi le
and all the a tions of its
kind must be done under
the safe onditions.
5. Components and Operation
introduction
5.1 Location of components
See pi ture 1.1
5.2 Operation of components
 Steer wheel
Steer Wheel is used to
ontrol the dire tion of the
off-road kart and the kart
will turn right or left
a ording to the
orresponding operation.
 Braking Pedal
Braking pedal is operated
by left foot. It will work
when step hard forward
and the off-road kart will
slow down.
 Gas Pedal
Gas pedal is operated by
right foot. It will a elerate
when step hard forward
and slow down otherwise.
 Gear-engaging Device
If there is gear-
engaging devi e in your kart,
you must make lear the
fun tion and operating
ways of ea h gear so that
you an avoid the danger
arising from the
unexpe ted running.
The reverse gear
ontroller for this kart is
between the seats.
The gear-operating
ways for the engine are as
follows:
- Move the handle
ba kward and lo ate
the gear pole at the
ba k gear, the kart will
go ba kward.
WARNING:
You must keep the hands on steer
wheel to avoid the losing ontrol of the kart
when driving the off-road kart. Otherwise it
may ause serious a idents even death.
WARNING:
You must be skillful in the operation
and
the for e braking pedal and gas pedal when driving
initially off-road kart so that you an ontrol the
speed properly espe ially in the urves and among
the karts.
ATTENTION:
you must stop when
ondu t gear hanges.
 Control Panel (ignition key
and blanket switch

 Ignition Key
Turn the ignition key lo kwise
to the first gear and braking
indi ator will be on.
Engine-start: Ele tri start
(ignition key is on ontrol panel),
you an start the engine by
turning ignition key lo kwise
to the se ond gear.
 Blanket switch
If you want to stop the engine,
you an prose the red blanket
swit h until it stops.
 Turning lamp switch
 Light Switch
 Horn Switch
The horn will be swit hed on if
pressed and off if loosened.
 Seat
you an adjust the lo ation of
seat by moving the hand lever
under the ushion. You an
move the hand lever, and then
move to the pla e ne essary
and loosen the hand lever.
Attention: please resume the
lo ation of the hand lever.
 Oil tank (cover)
There is a blowhole on oil tank
over, whi h should not be
blo ked.
Please add the petrol no more
than the ne k bottom of oil
feeding mouth when adding.
You must fasten oil tank over
after finishing adding petrol.
 Hand brake
The hand brake of this kart is
between the two seats. The
kart will be braked if you pull
upward the hand brake when
stopped and will be loosened if
you put down the brake.
6. How to drive off-road kart properly
6.1 Preparations before driving
Su h preparations are
ne essary as re eiving the
proper training and guidan e,
he king your off-road kart and
making sure that it is in good
ondition and learning the rules
of driving safely. You must put
on the prote ting equipment,
su h as helmet and long-sleeve
lothes.
6.2 Vehicle check before driving
It is ne essary for you to spend
few minutes on he king your
off-road kart before driving so
that you an save time and
keep safe in the long-way
driving. This in ludes the
following items:
a. Adding of engine oil
If you use it for the first time,
you must add petrol and engine
oil in it. The petrol number is 90
or above.
You must add oil to the engine
in time a ording to the using
requirement and the engine oil
number is:
- Crank ase:
SAE15W/40SE, 0.9L;
- Gear ase:
85W/90,0.18L;
b. Quantity of Petrol
You must add petrol in time if
the quantity of petrol is not
adequate so that it will not
break down on the way. You
should he k the leakage of oil
tank.
. Brake
Please he k the operation of
the brake and adjust the free
path when ne essary.
d. Tires
You should he k the tightness
of the s rew bolt and s rew nut,
the state and the air pressure of
the tires to see if it is suitable to
drive
e. A elerator
SPECIAL ATTENTION:
1. The petrol in the oil tank and the engine
oil in the engine have been emptied for
the safe transportation before starting,
please add petrol and engine oil to the
defined pla e.
2. If the kart has gear shift then you must
shift the gear into the orre t position
before starting the kart and then run with
the ne essary gear.
WARNING:
Please don’t add petrol or engine
oil when the engine is running and keep the
oil tank away from the hear resour es and
flame.

it an move freely and if it an
resume its position.
f. Ignition key and blanket
swit h
Please he k the joints and
plugs if they are tight and work
properly.
g. S rew bolt, s rew nut,
fastener
Please he k the wheel axles to
see if the s rew bolts are tight
and to see if the other s rew
bolts and s rew nuts are tight
and reliable. You must make
sure that the s rew bolts of
steer wheel is tight and reliable
and the front wheels turn in the
same dire tion of the steer
wheel freely.
h. The lower part of vehi le
and exhaust system please
he k and lear the dust,
plants and the other foreign
substan es that will
possibly ause fire of wrong
operation.
You must lear all the faults
before driving and you an
also ask help from the
dealer of fran hiser if you
fail to do so.
6.3 Steps of start the engine
 Put the vehi le on the flat
pla e.
 Put ignition key to the
lo ation of starting the
engine, with no more than
8 se onds every time.
Please press slightly gas pedal
and repeat the above-
mentioned steps if you fail to
start it for several times.
6.4 Running-in
The new vehi le must
experien e the running-in
period before normal use. The
running-in period is during the
first 1000km traveling distan e.
Please don’t run at a too fast
speed or even tread gas pedal
to the bottom in the first few
weeks driving the new vehi le.
The right way to run in the
engine will be of gear help for
the life and performan e. It will
be better to run in the engine at
a various revolving speed.
6.5 Driving
You should hoose a safe and
flat pla e without any obsta les
and vehi le to ondu t the
initial driving.
After starting the engine and
allowing running for a moment
for warming-up, you an drive
by grasping steer wheel, seeing
the front ways and treading gas
pedal gradually.
WARNING:
It will in rease the possibility of
the a idents if you don’t he k the vehi le
and lear the faults before driving. You
should he k it a ording to the pro edures
and maintained in the manual and make sure
that the vehi le is in good and safe ondition.
6.6 Turning
You should ontrol the speed
properly when turning and it will be
diffi ult to run in the expe ted
dire tion and tra k if you run at an
ex essive speed.
You should use gas pedal and
braking pedal properly to ensure
the se urity when turning. And you
should lur h to the turning
dire tion.
6.7 Stop
It will be better for you to hoose a
flat pla e to park the vehi le.
When parking, you should loosen
gas pedal and tread braking pedal,
redu ing the speed until it stops.
After parking the kart, you an
loosen the brake pedal only after
pull up the hand brake so that you
an avoid the automati moving.
7. Maintenance of off-road kart
7.1 Routine Maintenance
The following is the routine
maintenan e table. It is made
a ording to the general
situation and you must ondu t
the maintenan e more
frequently if he driving
environment is worse and dust
is more.
ATTENTION
:
you should pra ti e the turning at a
low speed firstly and in rease the speed
gradually to get familiar with the operating
features of the off-road kart.

WARNING:
You should ut off the engine when ondu ting
maintenan e and otherwise it will possibly damage the moving and
hot parts.
WARNING:
1. When ondu ting maintenan e, please read the operation guidan e and warning signs
and prepare the ne essary tools and auxiliary materials.
2. The lean, flat, ventilating and bright pla e should be hosen to ondu t the
maintenan e. The engine should be stopped unless ne essary. Please hoose the real
produ ts if it is ne essary to hange the omponents.
3. Please ask help from dealers of the produ er if you annot ondu t the maintenan e by
yourself.
4. It will be better for you to ask the dealers of the produ er to repair of maintenan e the
items with, unless you have enough tools, maintenan e parameters and experien es.
7.2 Sparking Plug
 Take off the ap of
sparkling plug.
 Dust the tray of sparkling
plug.
 Take out sparkling plug by
wren h.
 Inspe t the ele trode and
repla e it if the ele trode
and the non ondu tor are
burnt in a improper way.
 A new one should be
installed if sparkling plug is
apparently burnt or the
non ondu tor is broken.
 Inspe t the distan e
between the ele trodes.
The normal distan e is 0.61-
0.71mm. You must make it
to the right pla e arefully if
the distan e is not proper.
 Please drive the s rew by
hand if installing sparkling
plug to avoid sliding-
filament.
 After the above-mentioned
step, you an drive fasten it
½ ir le (for new sparkling
plug) or ¼ - 1/8 ir le (for
used sparkling plug) by the
spe ial wren h for sparkling
plug.
7.3 Air cleaner
Routine leaning is ne essary
be ause dust will be left in air
leaner during the use. Frequent
leaning should be ondu ted if
driving in the dusty area.
7.3.1 Cleaning of air cleaner
 Take off the plasti
prote ting ja ket.
 Take off the over of Air
leaner.
 Take the filter out of
the air leaner.
 You an lean the
leaner in the
dissolvent of
inflammable and high
flash point. Then soak
the filter in the lean
engine oil for 5 minutes
and squeeze out the
rest engine oil.
 Dust the empty air filter
box, the over and the
entran e and pla e the
dry filter into air filter
box.
7.4 Brake Staff
Dish Brake is adopted in the
vehi le and you should inspe t
the free path of brake pedal,
the joints of the braking system
and the leakage.
Routine inspe tion is ne essary
for the braking disks to make
sure that it doesn’t rea h the
extreme points.
ATTENTION:
you should ti
ghten sparkling plug
and otherwise it will ause the damage of
engine as a result of overheating.
ATTENTION:
You should not tighten it
to squeeze out the rest engine oil and
the otherwise will damage the filter.
 Free Path of brake
pedal
The distan e between the
initial position of the pedal
and working position
means free path of brake
pedal.
 It is ne essary for you
to repla e the braking
disk if it is less than
3mm thi k.
 Please repla e the
braking pedal if it is not
a tive. Please pay
attention to spring,
s rew bolt, lin hpin and
the pipe when repla ing.
7.5 Accelerator
 The free path of
a elerator is 3 – 5 mm,
whi h an be measured
from the initial position
to the position where
the revolution begins to
rise.
 It is ne essary to adjust
a elerator able and
the s rew nut in the
end of arburetor if
free path of a elerator
is not in its proper
distan e. You should
lo k it after adjustment.
 Please repla e
a elerator able if it is
damaged.
 Inspe t the return
spring of a elerator
pole and repla e if it
annot work properly.
7.6 Tire check
 The tires of the vehi le are
low pressure ones. The
over-high or over-low air
pressure benefits nothing
to the proper performan e.
The measure of air pressure
should be ondu ted under
the ool state.
 Depth of tire he ker
Please he k surfa e and
side and make sure that
there is no ra k on it, no
foreign substan es in it and
no leakage of air. You
should repla e the tire if
the depth of tire he ker is
less than 2mm.
7.7 Battery
 You must onne t the
red wire to “+” pole and
the bla k wire to “-
“ pole when installing
the battery. You should
repla e the battery if it
annot store ele tri ity.
Generally speaking,
battery should be
repla ed every 2-3
years.
 Safety wire safety fuse
must be installed in the
safety wire box. If
safety wire is frequently
damaged, there is
possibly a short ir uit
or over-loading.
The han e of safety
wire:
a. Open safety wrie
box and take out
the safety wire
plate.
b. Insert the new
safety wire plate
into safety wire box.
. Resume the over
of safety wire box.
7.8 Carburetor
The idle speed adjusting s rew
bolt on arburetor is used to
adjust the speed of idle speed.
Tighten the s rew and the seed
will slow down; loosen the
s rew and the speed will speed
up. You must adjust the speed
to the lowest stable position
when adjusting.

arburetor need ertain
experien es and please onta t
dealers of fran hiser for
te hni ians help.
7.9 Steering system.
Routine s rew inspe tions for
the steering pole, steering
ma hine and turning pole are
ne essary. Toe-in: you adjust
them by pulling pole and the
distan e is 3-6mm.
