IMPORTANTI ISTRUZIONI DI SICUREZZA
Durante l’uso di apparecchiatura elettrica, è importante rispettare le
norme di sicurezza di base per prevenire il rischio di incendi, scosse
elettriche, ustioni o altre lesioni o danni. Leggere attentamente le

1. Questo apparecchio può essere usato da

con l’apparecchio. Le operazioni di pulizia e di
manutenzione non possono essere effettuate

sorvegliati.
2. Tenere il dispositivo e il cavo di
alimentazione fuori dalla portata dei bambini di
età inferiore a 8 anni.
3. L’apparecchio non deve essere azionato
per mezzo di un timer esterno o di un sistema di
comando a distanza separato.
4. Pulizia della parte superiore:
Staccare la spina e lasciar raffreddare
completamente l’apparecchio prima di
procedere alla pulizia. Pulire la superficie della
parte superiore delle due fessure con un panno
umido; poi, asciugarla con un panno asciutto o
con della carta assorbente.
5. Pulizia della vaschetta raccogli briciole:
La vaschetta raccogli briciole si trova nella parte
inferiore del tostapane. Afferrare la maniglia del
vassoio ed estrarlo completamente. Buttare via
le briciole e lavare il vassoio con acqua calda
e sapone. Le macchie più ostinate possono
essere rimosse usando un tampone di nylon.
La vaschetta raccogli briciole non è lavabile in
lavastoviglie. Lasciare asciugare completamente

il vassoio prima di reinserirlo nell’apposito spazio.
6. Avvertenza: Svuotare frequentemente la
vaschetta raccogli briciole, altrimenti le briciole
si accumuleranno nel vassoio e potrebbero
prendere fuoco se non si svuota regolarmente.
7. La superficie esterna può surriscaldarsi
quando l’apparecchio è in funzione.
8. Il pane potrebbe bruciare, di conseguenza
non usare il tostapane vicino o al di sotto di
materiali combustibili, ad esempio tende.
9. Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato,
deve essere sostituito dal produttore o dal suo
agente di servizio o da una persona qualificata
per prevenire ogni rischio.
10. NON toccare le superfici calde.
11. Per proteggersi dalle scosse elettriche, non
immergere il cavo, la spina o qualsiasi altra parte
non rimovibile del tostapane in acqua o altri
liquidi.
12. NON usare il dispositivo se il cavo di
alimentazione o la spina sono danneggiati, se

indicato per qualsiasi tipo di esame, riparazione o
modifica riguardante l’apparecchio.

inseriti nel tostapane, perché potrebbero causare

materiali infiammabili, per esempio tende o
simili, durante l’uso.
20. NON togliere le fette di pane quando il
tostapane è ancora collegato.
21. Non accendere il tostapane se è lasciato
incustodito.
22. Se la vaschetta raccogli briciole non viene
pulita regolarmente potrebbe verificarsi il rischio
di incendio.
23. NON utilizzare spugne metalliche per la
pulizia. I componenti potrebbero rompersi.
Inoltre, se la spugna entra in contatto con delle
parti elettriche, potrebbe esserci il rischio di
scosse elettriche.
24. NON cuocere, scaldare o tostare torte di riso,
fette di pane bruciato o altri cibi al di fuori del

COME USARE L’APPARECCHIO
Ruotare la manopola del timer selezionando il livello desiderato,
inserire le fette di pane all’interno delle fessure (lo spessore della fetta
di pane non può essere inferiore di 15 mm alla larghezza della fessura,
altrimenti la fetta non riuscirebbe a restare in posizione), abbassare
la leva: il tostapane entrerà in funzione. Una volta completata
la tostatura (per cui quando il pane ha raggiunto la doratura
predefinita), la leva scatterà verso l’alto sollevando le fette di pane.
Consiglio:
Al primo utilizzo, si consiglia di far funzionare a vuoto il tostapane
impostando la manopola di controllo sul livello 3 e tenendo la leva
di inserimento abbassata per rimuovere la finitura di protezione
dell’elemento riscaldante. A questo punto, l’apparecchio emetterà
del fumo; è normale. Si consiglia di usare il tostapane in un ambiente
ben ventilato. Dopo il primo utilizzo, lasciare raffreddare il tostapane
prima di usarlo ancora.
PULIZIA
• Prima di procedere alle operazioni di pulizia, spegnere
l’apparecchio e scollegarlo dalla presa, lasciandolo raffreddare.
• Rimuovere le briciole dalle fessure del tostapane e dalle
griglie, facendo attenzione a non inclinare l’apparecchio.
Successivamente, togliere il vassoio raccogli briciole per gettare
via le briciole, quindi reinserirlo nell’apposito spazio.
• Rimuovere le briciole dal tostapane.
Pulizia delle pareti esterne:
Pulire le pareti esterne del tostapane con un panno morbido umido;

successivamente, asciugarlo con un panno asciutto. Non usare mai
fili d’acciaio, panni abrasivi o altri detergenti corrosivi che potrebbero
rovinare la finitura dell’apparecchio.
MANUTENZIONE
Non smantellare l’apparecchio e non sostituire il cavo senza l’ausilio
di personale qualificato. In caso si riscontrassero problemi durante
l’uso dell’apparecchio, farlo riparare presso un centro di assistenza.
In caso di difetti di fabbricazione dell’apparecchio, portarlo presso
un centro di assistenza autorizzato, che si occuperà di verificare se
l’apparecchio può essere usato in sicurezza o meno a titolo gratuito.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should
always be followed to prevent the risk of fire, electric shock, burns, or
other injuries or damages. Please read all instructions before use.
1. This appliance can be used by children
aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and knowledge if they
have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way

4. Cleaning top surface:
Unplug from outlet and allow to cool before
cleaning. Wipe the surface on the top of the
bread slots with a damp cloth and dry it with
another cloth or paper towel.
5. Cleaning crumb tray:
The removable crumb tray is located at the
bottom. Grasp the handle of the crumb tray and
pull out completely. Dispose of crumbs and wash
the tray in hot, sudsy water. Stubborn spots can
be removed with a nylon mesh pad. The tray is
not safe for dishwasher. Dry the tray thoroughly
and naturally before re-inserting into its slot in
the toaster.
6. Warning: Empty the crumb tray frequently.
Crumbs will accumulate in the crumb tray and
could catch fire if not emptied periodically.
7. The outer surface may get hot when the
appliance is operating.
8. The bread may burn, therefore do not use
the toaster near or below combustible material,

such as curtains.
9. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent
or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a
hazard.

SELECTING THE BROWNING LEVEL

HOW TO USE THE APPLIANCE
Set the control knob to the suitable position, put the bread slice into
the toast slots (the thickness of the bread slice cannot be 15mm less
than the width of the slot, otherwise, the slice cannot get stuck.) and
press down the lever, then the toaster begins to toast. As soon as
the toasting cycle is completed (that is, the bread has been exactly
browned as preset.), the slices of bread will automatically be ejected.
Suggestion:
Before first use it is suggested having the appliance without bread
operated with the control knob set to grade 3 and the lever in down
position to remove the heating element protection finish. At this

time, the appliance will smoke. This is normal. It is recommended to
have a good ventilation of air. After the first heating, let it cool down
naturally before being used again.
CLEANING
• Before cleaning, switch off and unplug the appliance and have it
cool down.
• Remove the crumbs from the browning slots and grids with the
appliance not tilted. Then, open the door, clean away the crumbs
and put the door back to the appliance.
• Clean away crumbs from toaster.
• Remove the crumbs from the browning slots and grids with the
appliance not tilted. Then, slide out the tray, clean it and put it
again into the appliance.
Outside cleaning:
Clean the outside of the appliance gently with a damp and soft cloth,
and then wipe it with a dry cloth. Never use steel wire, abrasive cloth
or other caustic cleaning agents, as they will damage the finish of the
appliance.
MAINTENANCE
It is not allowed to dismantle the appliance or change its cord by
yourself. If there is any trouble with the appliance, please have it
adjusted or repaired by service agency.
During use, if any defect of the appliance is suspected, please take it
to service agency or its authorized
service agency. They will check for customers without charge if the
appliance can be used safely or not.

mit warmem Wasser und Seife spülen. Die
hartnäckigsten Flecken können mit einem
Nylon-Schwämmchen entfernt werden. Die
Krümelschublade ist nicht spülmaschinenfest.

Die Schublade vollständig trocknen lassen, bevor
Sie sie wieder in das vorgesehene Fach einsetzen.

bei unregelmäßiger Entleerung Feuer fangen
können.

Toaster nicht in der Nähe oder unter brennbaren
Materialien wie z.B. Gardinen und Vorhänge.

Kundendienstmitarbeiter oder einer
entsprechend qualifizierten Person ausgetauscht
werden, damit jegliches Risiko vermieden wird.

WIE DAS GERÄT ZU BENUTZEN IST
Drehen Sie den Timerknopf auf den gewünschten Röstgrad und
führen Sie die Brotscheiben in die Schlitze ein (die Brotscheibe darf
höchstens 15 mm schmaler als die Schlitzbreite sein, sonst bleibt die
Scheibe vermutlich nicht an ihrem Platz), senken Sie den Hebel: der
Toaster schaltet sich ein. Sobald der Toastvorgang abgeschlossen ist
(also wenn das Brot die gewünschte Bräunung erreicht hat), rastet
der Hebel aus und hebt die Brotscheiben an.
Ein Tipp:
Bei der ersten Verwendung wird empfohlen, den Toaster leer zu
betreiben, indem der Bedienknopf auf Röstgrad 3 gestellt und
die Absenktaste betätigt wird, so wird das Schutzfinish beim
Heizelement entfernt. Jetzt könnte Rauch aus dem Gerät austreten,
aber das ist normal. Es empfiehlt sich, den Toaster in einer gut
belüfteten Umgebung zu verwenden. Nach dem ersten Gebrauch
den Toaster abkühlen lassen, bevor er erneut verwendet wird.
REINIGUNG
• Schalten Sie vor der Reinigung das Gerät aus und ziehen Sie den

Stecker aus der Steckdose, damit es abkühlen kann.
• Entfernen Sie die Brotkrümel aus den Toasterschlitzen und von
den Gittern und achten Sie darauf, das Gerät nicht zu kippen.
Ziehen Sie anschließend die Krümelschublade heraus, um die
Krümel wegzuwerfen, und setzen Sie die Schublade dann wieder
ins Krümelfach ein.
• Die Krümel aus dem Toaster entfernen.
Die Reinigung der Außenwände:
Reinigen Sie die Außenwände des Toasters mit einem weichen,
feuchten Tuch und trocknen Sie ihn dann mit einem trockenen
Tuch ab. Verwenden Sie niemals Stahldrähte, scheuernde Lappen
bzw. Schwämme oder andere korrosive Reinigungsmittel, die die
Oberfläche des Gerätes beschädigen könnten.
WARTUNG
Bauen Sie das Gerät nicht ohne Fachpersonal auseinander und
tauschen Sie das Kabel nicht aus. Wenn bei der Verwendung
des Geräts Probleme auftreten, lassen Sie es von einem
Kundendienstcenter reparieren.
Im Fall von Herstellungsfehlern am Gerät bringen Sie es zu einem
autorisierten Kundendienstcenter, das kostenlos prüft, ob das Gerät
sicher verwendet werden kann oder nicht.

PRODUKTS NACH EG-RICHTLINIE 2012/19 / EU
Dieses Symbol zeigt, dass dieses Gerät in der ganzen EU nicht im
Hausmüll entsorgt werden darf. Das Gerät muss einer örtlichen
Sammelstelle für das Recyceln oder einem Verkäufer, der diesen
Dienst liefert, übergeben werden.
Das Symbol der durchgestrichenen Mülltonne zeigt, dass das Gerät
am Ende seiner Lebensdauer nicht im Hausmüll entsorgt werden
darf. Das Gerät muss an einer örtlichen Sammelstelle für das
Recyceln für elektrischen und elektronischen Geräten abgegeben
werden. Um Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschäden zu vermeiden, die
von unkontrollierter Entsorgung von Abfällen verursacht werden
können, soll man das Gerät verantwortungsbewusst recyceln.
Um Ihr gebrauchtes Gerät zurückzugeben, verwenden Sie bitte
das Rückgabe- und Sammelsystem oder wenden Sie sich an den
Händler, bei dem das Produkt gekauft wurde.
Sie können dieses Produkt für ein umweltverträgliches Recycling
verwenden.
Der Benutzer ist dafür verantwortlich, das Gerät am Ende seiner
Lebensdauer dem Recyclingcenter zu übergeben, sonst wird er
durch die Sanktionen, die in den geltenden Rechtsvorschriften zur
Abfallbehandlung vorgesehen sind, bestraft werden.
Die korrekte Lieferung des Geräts, das nicht mehr verwendet wird,
in einem Recyclingcenter zur Behandlung und Entsorgung in der
Umwelt, trägt dazu bei, negative Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt
und die öffentliche Gesundheit zu vermeiden, und ermöglicht das
Recycling der Materialien, aus denen das Produkt hergestellt ist.
