Assembly Instruction Spool Valve

Disassemble the Power Survivor according to
chapter “Seal Replacement” in the manual.

Prepare the spare parts and grease the
spool valve seals.

Lightly grease the borehole before
inserting the spool valve.

Place the assembly tool over the bore-
hole with the cone-shaped taper on top.

Press the spool valve by hand into
the borehole.

Use the screw as an extension to
press the spool valve completely
into the borehole.

The repair is complete when the spool
valve is entirely inside the housing.

Disassemble the Power Survivor
according to chapter “Seal
Replacement” in the manual.

Push the valve sleeve out
of the housing. It’s very
stiff!

Push the valve sleeve by hand into the pump housing until it goes stiff.
Turn the assembly on a flat ground and push down until the spool valve
is flush to the pump housing.
ATTENTION: Pushing the valve sleeve too far might damage the
O-Rings.

Remove the old spool valve from the sleeve.
Push the new spool valve (with a housing screw) completely into the valve sleeve.
Grease the O-Rings.

Place the valve sleeve with the cone
end to a table and push the spool
valve threw the assembly tool into
the sleeve.
