Before using your Kaiser Baas Revo E3
E-Scooter please ensure you read and
understand the following product and
safety precautions.
• Please wear appropriate safety and
protective equipment including a helmet
before operating the E-Scooter.
• Make sure to wear comfortable clothes
andat,closed-toedshoeswhen
operating your E-Scooter.
• PleasecarefullyreadtheUserGuide,
which will assist in explaining the basic
working principles and provide tips
on how to best enjoy your E-Scooter
experience.
• Do not try to open or modify your
E-Scooter,asdoingsowillinvalidate
yourmanufacturerwarranty,andmay
cause failure to your device leading to
serious bodily injury or death.
• Do not use the E-Scooter to place
yourself or anyone else and their
property in danger.
• Do not operate the E-Scooter while
undertheinuenceofdrugsand/or
alcohol.
• Do not operate the E-Scooter when you
are restless or sleepy.
• Use your best judgment to keep yourself
out of dangerous situations with your
E-Scooter.
• DonotrideyourE-Scooteroof
curbs,ramps,orattempttooperate
inaskatepark,emptypool,orin
any environments that are set up for
skateboard tricks. The scooter is not a
skateboard.
• Donotturnsharply,especiallyathigh
speeds.

• DonotabuseyourE-Scooter,doingso
can damage your unit and cause failure
to the operating system leading to injury.
• Donotdriveinornearpuddlesofwater,
mud,sand,stones,gravel,debrisor
near rough and rugged terrain.
• The E-Scooter can be used on paved
roadsthatareatandeven.Ifyou
encounterunevenpavement,please
lift your E-Scooter over and past the
obstruction.
• Do not ride in inclement weather:
snow,rain,hail,sleet,onicyroadsorin
extreme heat.
• Do not ride in or near pools or other
large bodies of water.
• Bend your knees when riding on bumpy
or uneven pavement to absorb the
shock and vibration to help you keep
yourbalance.Ifyouareunsureifyou
cansafelyrideonaspecicterrain,step
oandcarryyourE-Scooter.
• Do not attempt to ride over bumps or
objects greater then 1.5cm even when
prepared and bending your knees.
• PAYATTENTION-lookatwhereyou
are riding and be aware of the road
conditions,people,places,propertyand
objects around you.
• Do not operate the E-Scooter in
crowded areas.
• OperateyourE-Scooterwithextreme
cautionwhenindoors,especiallyaround
people,property,andnarrowspaceslike
doorways and other narrow spaces.
• OperateyourE-Scooterwithextreme
consideration for people and property
at all times.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• Do not operate the E-Scooter while
talking,texting,orlookingatyour
phone.
• Do not ride your E-Scooter where it is
not permitted.
• Do not ride your E-Scooter near motor
vehicles or on public roads.
• Do not climb or travel down steep hills
with your E-Scooter.
• The E-Scooter is intended for use by a
singleindividual,DONOTattemptto
operate the E-Scooter with two or more
people.
• Do not carry anything while riding the
E-Scooter.
• Individualswithlackofbalanceshould
not attempt to operate the E-Scooter.
• Women who are pregnant should not
operate the E-Scooter.
• Young children under the age of 14
should not operate the E-Scooter
without proper instruction and
supervision from a responsible adult.
• Athigherspeeds,alwaystakeinto
consideration longer stopping distances.
• DonotstepforwardoyourE-Scooter.
• Donotattempttojumponoroyour
E-Scooter.
• Do not attempt any stunts or tricks with
your E-Scooter.
• Do not ride the E-Scooter in dark or
poorly lit areas.
• Do not ride the E-Scooter near or over
potholes,cracksorunevenpavement.

• Do not exceed the maximum or
minimum weight limits.
• Avoid driving the E-Scooter in unsafe
places,includingnearareaswith
ammablegas,steam,liquid,dust,ber,
whichcouldcausereandexplosion
accidents.

OPERATING RANGE
Please notice the E-Scooter can travel a
distance of 15-25 km on a fully charged
battery in ideal conditions. The following
are some of the major factors that
willaecttheoperatingrangeofyour
E-Scooter.
Terrain: Asmooth,atsurfacewillincrease
yourdrivingdistance,whiledrivinguphill,
as well as rough or uneven terrain will
reduceyourdistancesignicantly.
Weight:Theweightoftheusercanaect
drivingdistance,alighteruserwillhave
further range than a heavier user.
Ambient temperature: Please ride and
store the E-Scooter under recommended
temperatures,whichwillhelpmaintain
drivingdistance;batterylife,andoverall
performance of your E-Scooter.
Maintenance: Overchargingthebattery
can reduce battery life. For best battery
health do not charge for more than 3 hours
at a time.
Speed and Driving Style: Maintaining a
moderate speed will increase your travel
distance; while travelling at high speeds for
extendedperiods,frequentstarts,stops,
idling,alongwithfrequentacceleration
and deceleration will reduce your overall
distance.
05 - ENG BATTERY INFORMATION 06 - ENG
This section is intended to provide you
basic information about your battery
and charger. Please read this section
carefully. For user safety and to prolong
thelifeofyourbattery,aswellasimprove
batteryperformance,pleasefollowthese
guidelines.
When the battery indicator shows low
batterycapacity,pleasechargeyour
battery for 3 hours using the charger
provided. To fully recharge your battery
please follow the instructions under
charging your E-Scooter (page 18).
Battery Warning
Failure to follow the Safety Precautions
listed in the Battery Warning could lead
to serious bodily injury and death. Seek
immediate medical attention if you are
exposed to any substance that is emitted
from the battery.

• Donotattempttomodify,change,or
replace your battery.
• Do not use your E-Scooter if the battery
beginstoemitodor,overheats,or
begins to leak.
• Donottouchanyleakingmaterials,or
inhale fumes emitted.
• Do not allow children and animals to
touch the battery.
• The battery contains dangerous
substances,donotopenthebattery,or
insert anything into the battery.
• Please only use the charger provided
with the E-Scooter.
• Do not attempt to charge the E-Scooter
if the battery has discharged or emitted
anysubstances.Inthatcase,thebattery
should be abandoned for safety.
You can choose to either charge your
battery while in the E-Scooter or remove
your battery from the E-Scooter to charge
in another location.
Step 1: Ensure that the charging port is
clean and dry.
Step 2: Plug the charger into the power
socket,thenconnectthecablewiththe
powersupply(100V240V;50,60Hz),make
sure the light on the charger lights up.
Charging your E-Scooter
Step 3: Put the DC connector plug into the
charging port of the E-Scooter or Battery
Unit. The indicator light on the charger
shouldchangetoRED,indicatingthatyour
E-Scooter is now being charged. When the
RED indicator light on your charger turns
to GREEN then your E-Scooter or Battery
Unit is fully charged. A full charge typically
occurs within 3 hours.
Charging your Battery Unit
Step 4: Please unplug the charger from
your E-Scooter or battery and from
thepoweroutletwhenyouarenished
charging.
• Pleasefollowalllocal,stateandfederal
lawsinregardstorecycling,handling
anddisposingofLithiumIonbatteries.
• The E-Scooter should only be shipped
in its original packaging.
• Do not throw away your box as you
will need your E-Scooter packaging for
future use.

• Use only the E-Scooter charger that you
received in your box.
Onlytheindicatorlightonthechargerwill
tell you the status of the battery during
charging.
Alternatively,theE3E-Scooterbatterycan
be recharged externally by plugging the
charging cable into the charging port on
the battery.

Important notes about Charging
Ifthegreenlightonyourchargerdoes
not turn RED when you plug it into your
E-Scooter,itcouldmeanyouhaveto
check the cables to ensure you have a
proper connection; or that your E-Scooter
is already fully chaged. Push and hold
your power button next to the charging
port to check the status of your battery in
the display.
• Donotovercharge,asthiswillaectthe
life of the battery.
• The best charging temperatures are
between 0°~35°. Extreme cold and
extreme heat will prevent your battery
from charging fully.
• Make sure to unplug your charger before
standingonoroperatingyouE-Scooter,
as this can be very dangerous.
INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE 10 - ENG
Your E-Scooter requires routine inspection
and maintenance. This chapter describes
maintenance steps and important
operating tips. Before you perform the
followingoperations,ensurethepowerand
charging cable is disconnected.
Inspecting and Cleaning your E-Scooter
Disconnectthechargerandturnoyour
E-Scooter.
Routinely check the body of the E-Scooter
and tyres for damage or excessive wear.
Avoid using water or other liquids and
cleaners on the E-Scooter for cleaning. Wet
acleanclothwithcleansoapywater,rinse
thecloththoroughly,andwipethebodyof
the E-Scooter making sure that water does
notgetintothepowerbutton,charging
port,thefootmats,ortyres.
Storing your E-Scooter
Fully charge your battery before storing.
IfyouarestoringyourE-Scooterforan
extendedperiodoftime,pleasefully
charge your E-Scooter at least once every
three months.
Iftheambienttemperatureofthestorage
locationisbelow0°,pleasedonotcharge.
You must bring the E-Scooter into a
warmer environment before charging.

Specicationsformoredetails.
To prevent dust from getting into your
E-Scooter,trywrappingitorsealingitwith
its original packaging.
StoreyourE-Scooterindoors,inadryand
suitable temperature.
Users who disassemble the E-Scooter will
forfeit their right of warranty.

What you need to know
YourE-Scooterwillcomepre-charged,but
itisrecommendedthatbeforeusing,you
charge the battery for 3 hours using the
charger provided.
The power will be shut down if it idles for
veminutes.

4. TwisttheBuckleLockasperimage,until
thefoldingwrenchisxedandsecure.
2. Lift the Steering Column up so it’s upright.
Unfold your E-Scooter
1. With your right hand press down on the
rearfender.Withyourlefthand,pullupthe
Steering Column until the Locking Clip is
released from the Locking Latch on the
rear fender.
3. Lift the Folding Wrench up towards
the Steering Column until it secures the
Steering Column in place.

5. Attach and tighten the brake lever with
the supplied Allen Key.
6. Installthehandles,byscrewingthe
handles onto the E-Scooter and tighten.
