Before using your Kaiser Baas Revo E3
E-Scooter please ensure you read and
understand the following product and
safety precautions.
• Please wear appropriate safety and
protective equipment including a helmet
before operating the E-Scooter.
• Make sure to wear comfortable clothes
andat,closed-toedshoeswhen
operating your E-Scooter.
• PleasecarefullyreadtheUserGuide,
which will assist in explaining the basic
working principles and provide tips
on how to best enjoy your E-Scooter
experience.
• Do not try to open or modify your
E-Scooter,asdoingsowillinvalidate
yourmanufacturerwarranty,andmay
cause failure to your device leading to
serious bodily injury or death.
• Do not use the E-Scooter to place
yourself or anyone else and their
property in danger.
• Do not operate the E-Scooter while
undertheinuenceofdrugsand/or
alcohol.
• Do not operate the E-Scooter when you
are restless or sleepy.
• Use your best judgment to keep yourself
out of dangerous situations with your
E-Scooter.
• DonotrideyourE-Scooteroof
curbs,ramps,orattempttooperate
inaskatepark,emptypool,orin
any environments that are set up for
skateboard tricks. The scooter is not a
skateboard.
• Donotturnsharply,especiallyathigh
speeds.

can damage your unit and cause failure
to the operating system leading to injury.
• Donotdriveinornearpuddlesofwater,
mud,sand,stones,gravel,debrisor
near rough and rugged terrain.
• The E-Scooter can be used on paved
roadsthatareatandeven.Ifyou
encounterunevenpavement,please
lift your E-Scooter over and past the
obstruction.
• Do not ride in inclement weather:
snow,rain,hail,sleet,onicyroadsorin
extreme heat.
• Do not ride in or near pools or other
large bodies of water.
• Bend your knees when riding on bumpy
or uneven pavement to absorb the
shock and vibration to help you keep
yourbalance.Ifyouareunsureifyou
cansafelyrideonaspecicterrain,step
oandcarryyourE-Scooter.
• Do not attempt to ride over bumps or
objects greater then 1.5cm even when
prepared and bending your knees.
• PAYATTENTION-lookatwhereyou
are riding and be aware of the road
conditions,people,places,propertyand
objects around you.
• Do not operate the E-Scooter in
crowded areas.
• OperateyourE-Scooterwithextreme
cautionwhenindoors,especiallyaround
people,property,andnarrowspaceslike
doorways and other narrow spaces.
• OperateyourE-Scooterwithextreme
consideration for people and property
at all times.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• Do not operate the E-Scooter while
talking,texting,orlookingatyour
phone.
• Do not ride your E-Scooter where it is
not permitted.
• Do not ride your E-Scooter near motor
vehicles or on public roads.
• Do not climb or travel down steep hills
with your E-Scooter.
• The E-Scooter is intended for use by a
singleindividual,DONOTattemptto
operate the E-Scooter with two or more
people.
• Do not carry anything while riding the
E-Scooter.
• Individualswithlackofbalanceshould
not attempt to operate the E-Scooter.
• Women who are pregnant should not
operate the E-Scooter.
• Young children under the age of 14
should not operate the E-Scooter
without proper instruction and
supervision from a responsible adult.
• Athigherspeeds,alwaystakeinto
consideration longer stopping distances.
• DonotstepforwardoyourE-Scooter.
• Donotattempttojumponoroyour
E-Scooter.
• Do not attempt any stunts or tricks with
your E-Scooter.
• Do not ride the E-Scooter in dark or
poorly lit areas.
• Do not ride the E-Scooter near or over
potholes,cracksorunevenpavement.

• Do not exceed the maximum or
minimum weight limits.
• Avoid driving the E-Scooter in unsafe
places,includingnearareaswith
ammablegas,steam,liquid,dust,ber,
whichcouldcausereandexplosion
accidents.

OPERATING RANGE
Please notice the E-Scooter can travel a
distance of 15-25 km on a fully charged
battery in ideal conditions. The following
are some of the major factors that
willaecttheoperatingrangeofyour
E-Scooter.
Terrain: Asmooth,atsurfacewillincrease
yourdrivingdistance,whiledrivinguphill,
as well as rough or uneven terrain will
reduceyourdistancesignicantly.
Weight:Theweightoftheusercanaect
drivingdistance,alighteruserwillhave
further range than a heavier user.
Ambient temperature: Please ride and
store the E-Scooter under recommended
temperatures,whichwillhelpmaintain
drivingdistance;batterylife,andoverall
performance of your E-Scooter.
Maintenance: Overchargingthebattery
can reduce battery life. For best battery
health do not charge for more than 3 hours
at a time.
Speed and Driving Style: Maintaining a
moderate speed will increase your travel
distance; while travelling at high speeds for
extendedperiods,frequentstarts,stops,
idling,alongwithfrequentacceleration
and deceleration will reduce your overall
distance.
05 - ENG BATTERY INFORMATION 06 - ENG
This section is intended to provide you
basic information about your battery
and charger. Please read this section
carefully. For user safety and to prolong
thelifeofyourbattery,aswellasimprove
batteryperformance,pleasefollowthese
guidelines.
When the battery indicator shows low
batterycapacity,pleasechargeyour
battery for 3 hours using the charger
provided. To fully recharge your battery
please follow the instructions under
charging your E-Scooter (page 18).
Battery Warning
Failure to follow the Safety Precautions
listed in the Battery Warning could lead
to serious bodily injury and death. Seek
immediate medical attention if you are
exposed to any substance that is emitted
from the battery.

• Donotattempttomodify,change,or
replace your battery.
• Do not use your E-Scooter if the battery
beginstoemitodor,overheats,or
begins to leak.
• Donottouchanyleakingmaterials,or
inhale fumes emitted.
• Do not allow children and animals to
touch the battery.
• The battery contains dangerous
substances,donotopenthebattery,or
insert anything into the battery.
• Please only use the charger provided
with the E-Scooter.
• Do not attempt to charge the E-Scooter
if the battery has discharged or emitted
anysubstances.Inthatcase,thebattery
should be abandoned for safety.
You can choose to either charge your
battery while in the E-Scooter or remove
your battery from the E-Scooter to charge
in another location.
Step 1: Ensure that the charging port is
clean and dry.
Step 2: Plug the charger into the power
socket,thenconnectthecablewiththe
powersupply(100V240V;50,60Hz),make
sure the light on the charger lights up.
Charging your E-Scooter
Step 3: Put the DC connector plug into the
charging port of the E-Scooter or Battery
Unit. The indicator light on the charger
shouldchangetoRED,indicatingthatyour
E-Scooter is now being charged. When the
RED indicator light on your charger turns
to GREEN then your E-Scooter or Battery
Unit is fully charged. A full charge typically
occurs within 3 hours.
Charging your Battery Unit
Step 4: Please unplug the charger from
your E-Scooter or battery and from
thepoweroutletwhenyouarenished
charging.
• Pleasefollowalllocal,stateandfederal
lawsinregardstorecycling,handling
anddisposingofLithiumIonbatteries.
• The E-Scooter should only be shipped
in its original packaging.
• Do not throw away your box as you
will need your E-Scooter packaging for
future use.

• Use only the E-Scooter charger that you
received in your box.
Onlytheindicatorlightonthechargerwill
tell you the status of the battery during
charging.
Alternatively,theE3E-Scooterbatterycan
be recharged externally by plugging the
charging cable into the charging port on
the battery.

Important notes about Charging
Ifthegreenlightonyourchargerdoes
not turn RED when you plug it into your
E-Scooter,itcouldmeanyouhaveto
check the cables to ensure you have a
proper connection; or that your E-Scooter
is already fully chaged. Push and hold
your power button next to the charging
port to check the status of your battery in
the display.
• Donotovercharge,asthiswillaectthe
life of the battery.
• The best charging temperatures are
between 0°~35°. Extreme cold and
extreme heat will prevent your battery
from charging fully.
• Make sure to unplug your charger before
standingonoroperatingyouE-Scooter,
as this can be very dangerous.
INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE 10 - ENG
Your E-Scooter requires routine inspection
and maintenance. This chapter describes
maintenance steps and important
operating tips. Before you perform the
followingoperations,ensurethepowerand
charging cable is disconnected.
Inspecting and Cleaning your E-Scooter
Disconnectthechargerandturnoyour
E-Scooter.
Routinely check the body of the E-Scooter
and tyres for damage or excessive wear.
Avoid using water or other liquids and
cleaners on the E-Scooter for cleaning. Wet
acleanclothwithcleansoapywater,rinse
thecloththoroughly,andwipethebodyof
the E-Scooter making sure that water does
notgetintothepowerbutton,charging
port,thefootmats,ortyres.
Storing your E-Scooter
Fully charge your battery before storing.
IfyouarestoringyourE-Scooterforan
extendedperiodoftime,pleasefully
charge your E-Scooter at least once every
three months.
Iftheambienttemperatureofthestorage
locationisbelow0°,pleasedonotcharge.
You must bring the E-Scooter into a
warmer environment before charging.
CheckunderBatteryInformationand
Specicationsformoredetails.
To prevent dust from getting into your
E-Scooter,trywrappingitorsealingitwith
its original packaging.
StoreyourE-Scooterindoors,inadryand
suitable temperature.
Users who disassemble the E-Scooter will
forfeit their right of warranty.

What you need to know
YourE-Scooterwillcomepre-charged,but
itisrecommendedthatbeforeusing,you
charge the battery for 3 hours using the
charger provided.
The power will be shut down if it idles for
veminutes.

4. TwisttheBuckleLockasperimage,until
thefoldingwrenchisxedandsecure.
2. Lift the Steering Column up so it’s upright.
Unfold your E-Scooter
1. With your right hand press down on the
rearfender.Withyourlefthand,pullupthe
Steering Column until the Locking Clip is
released from the Locking Latch on the
rear fender.
3. Lift the Folding Wrench up towards
the Steering Column until it secures the
Steering Column in place.

5. Attach and tighten the brake lever with
the supplied Allen Key.
6. Installthehandles,byscrewingthe
handles onto the E-Scooter and tighten.

1. Press the lock button and pull the
dashboard up.
2. Remove the battery cap by unscrewing.
3. Insertyourngerthroughthepulltab
and lift the battery

INSTALLING THE BATTERY UNIT 17 - ENG
1. Press the lock button and pull the
dashboard up.
2. Align the battery groove and slowly
insert the battery. (Note: Please pay
attention to the groove direction).
3. Tighten the battery cap.
4. Lockthedashboardtonishinstalling
the battery.
HOW TO RIDE YOUR E3 E-SCOOTER 18 - ENG
Warning:WhileusingyourE-Scooter,
there is always a risk of falling. We highly
recommendyoualwayswearacertied
safety helmet.
1. Turn on the E-Scooter by pressing the
Power button for 3 seconds. Check the
power level indicator.
2. Oncethepowerison,liftthekickstand,
place one foot on the deck and one foot on
the ground.
The E-Scooter is push to start so you need
toreachaminimumof6km/hbeforethe
acceleratorwillstartworking.Pusho
using your foot on the ground to reach a
speedofover6km/h.

You can push the accelerator and when
you feel safe place both feet on the deck.
Push the accelerator button to increase the
speed of your E-Scooter.
Cruise Control
You can activate Cruise Control by
maintaining a constant speed with the use
oftheaccelerator.Toactivate,holdthe
desired speed for 6 seconds (accelerator
position)untilyouhearabeepsound,then
release the accelerator.
Applying the brake or pushing the
accelerator will disable the Cruise Control.

3. Tostopriding,releasethethrottleand
apply the brake to gradually coast to a stop
thenstepotheE-Scooteronefootata
time. Be extra cautious when dismounting
forthersttime.
Warning: The E3 Scooter has combined
braking system ( Disc & Electronic ) and
aphysicalrearfenderbrake,themain
combinedbrakeshouldbeusedrst.
Inanemergencysituationyoucanuse
both the electric brake and rear brake at
the same time.
DONOTstepontherearbrakeforalong
time as it could damage the tyre or fender.
4.TurnotheE-Scooterwhenyouhave
nishedusingitbypressingthepower
button for 3 seconds.

Folding your E-Scooter
1. Twist the Buckle Lock on the folding
mechanism as per the image.
3. Guide the Steering Column down until
theLockingClipisxedintotheLocking
Latch on the rear fender.
2. Push the Folding Wrench forward until it
is pushed down.

To turn on the light: When the E-Scooter

To change Speed Modes: Turn on the
