Fault!?
Problems Please Check
Is the [Water Full] Indicator flashing? (P.12)
[Checking] Indicator flashing (P.7)? Press Button Lock Setting? (P.6)
Are the tank and float correctly installed inside the unit? (P.12, P.14)
Was the tank banged against the unit during insertion? (P.12)
→ Remove the tank and then reinstall it gently.
Is the Fan Blower mode set?
→ Fan mode will not retain water.
Is wet, cold air entering the room?
→ Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible while drying clothes.
Insufficient dehumidifying performance due to poor ventilation location
caused by the outside air vent facing toward window or facing toward
furniture.
Is the filter clogged (P.15), or is something blocking the air inlet or air outlet? (P.4)
Is the room temperature or humidity too low? (When temperature or humidity
is too low, dehumidifying capacity will also be reduced.)
If the [Automatic Dehumidifying] mode selected in the
[Function Selection]? (P.8)
In case the temperature range is beyond 7°C ~ 40°C, dehumidifying
operation will stop and become fan blower operation (P.7)
Is wet, cold air entering the room?
→ Avoid opening doors and windows while drying clothes.
Is there any other equipment in the room that releases vapor?
Did prior clothes drying cycle complete?
Is wet, cold air entering the room?
→ Avoid open doors and windows as much as possible while drying clothes.
Is there a heater in use near the unit? (If the surrounding temperature is
too high, the sensor will be unable to accurately judge the drying time.)
Is the air blowing onto the all clothes?
Are the clothes hung too closely together or in layers?
Is the Dehumidifier Unit tilted or fallen down?
Was the unit moved while there was still water in the tank? (P.4)
Has the float come off? (P.14)
The humidity does
not go down.
Water Tank is not full but the
Water Full Indicator is flashing.
Buttons do not operate.
No water remains inside the unit.
Long laundry drying period

First, check the following.
If problems cannot be resolved with the following procedures, please unplug the
power plug and contact the dealership or service station for resolution.
Is the Dehumidifier Unit tilted?
→ 1. Unplug the power plug and set the Dehumidifier Unit upright.
(Wipe clean of any spilled water.)
2.
Allow the Dehumidifier Unit idle standing for more than half of a day without
using it. (to dry the Unit completely in case any water has spilled inside)
3.
Connect the power plug again and restart the Unit dehumidifying operation.
Is the unit tilted angle too large?
→ Unplug the power plug and then reconnect it.
Are there any magnets or metal objects placed on top of the Unit?
Checking Indicator flashing
Problems Please Check
Faulty Dehumidifier Unit, please record the fault code and contact the
dealership or service station for resolution.
If there is any of the following condition, please make sure to unplug the power plug
and contact the dealership or service station for resolution.
When the Indicator is
continuously displayed
(not flashing), and displayed
a fault code (P.7 Checking)
This is the refrigerant flowing noise inside of Dehumidifier, not a faulty condition.

station immediately
(Emergency Handling Procedure)
Stop operation immediately when following conditions occurs, unplug the power plug and
contact the dealership or service station immediately.
Incorrect On/Off operations.
Switch electric leakage or fuse burned frequently.
Power cord or power plug heats up abnormally.
Burning smell or abnormal noise during operation.
Water leakage from the unit.
Other abnormal faulty condition.
Please have your power cord replaced by equipment manufacturer, service center, or qualified technician
for your own safety.
