To avoid damaging this product, assemble it on a soft, non-abrasive surface such as carpet or cardboard.

NOTE: This lantern requires the use of one 120V, 60Hz,
100-Watt max, medium-base type A bulb (not included).

Care and Cleaning
Clean the lamp with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use any cleaners with chemicals, solvents, or harsh abrasives.
Important safety instructions
This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature to reduce the risk
of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the
outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord
unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.

Assembly and installation instructions
Remove two rubber washers and roof from the
lantern cage by unscrewing two thumb screws.
Prior to installing the bulb, inspect the
socket for silica packet. If packet is present,
then remove and throw away. Do not expose
it to children or pets.
Install one 120V, 60Hz, 100-Watt max,
medium-base type A bulb (not included) into
the socket of the light fixture.
Replace the roof onto top of the lantern cage,
then secure with two rubber washers and two
thumb screws.
Raise the fixture to post for wiring. Connect
the fixture bare copper wire to the green (or bare, or
green & yellow) supply ground wire using a wire
nut, connect the white fixture wire to the white (or
ribbed) supply wire using a wire nut, connect the
