The Water ~ Your coff is around 98-99% wat r so it’s important to nsur you

The Coffee ~ This machin will optimis th flavour of m dium ground coff , to
d liv r full body, aroma and tast . B sur b for you buy that th coff is
suitabl for a filt r machin . Or if you grind your own b ans s t th grind r to
m dium coars n ss. If th particl s ar too small, wat r will pass through th filt r
too slowly r sulting in ‘ov r- xtraction’; your coff will tast bitt r. If particl s ar

th spoon suppli d. (Not : Th

5 Clos th lid and put th caraf on
th hotplat . NOTE: The lid
must be fitted to the carafe
and closed in order to
operate the anti-drip valve.
6 Plug in and switch on.
7 Don’t r mov th caraf until
br wing has finish d.
